It's a game-changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Smartsheet to plan my projects and keep everything on track, and I couldn't be more pleased with its performance, I use it every day! This app is incredibly helpful and has become an essential tool for my workflow. It's very easy to implement and use, whether you're using your browser or the app.
One of the standout features for me is the Gantt chart option. It provides a clear, visual representation of project timelines and dependencies, making it easier to manage tasks and deadlines. While the interface is user-friendly, there is still a learning curve, particularly for those who are not familiar with project management software. For very complex projects or advanced needs, Smartsheet might lack some of the sophisticated features available in specialized project management tools.

Smartsheet solves the problem of disjointed project management by providing a centralized platform for planning, tracking, and collaboration. What do you like best about the product?
Really ffective templates for managing complex projects down to simple todo lists. Easy to view and manage your tasks/deliverables in whatever format you prefer, kanban etc with greate reporting and sharing options.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need put in a bit of work to get the best out of Smartsheet, but it will reward you for it.

Efficiency and Proficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is an invaluable software program that our organization would be lost without. We use Smartsheet for multiple purposes and it has improved our proficiency and efficiency immeasurably. We especially appreciate the workflows and automations. We use it for all of our timesheets which we can then import into Quickbooks to automate invoicing. We also appreciate the integration options with other software programs like Quickbooks and DocuSign that allows us to set up automations, saving invaluable time. I kind of geek out about Smartsheets and even have a sign that says "Relax I have q spreadsheet for that"
What do you dislike about the product?
My chief "complaint" about Smartsheet is that I don't have an option to automate templates. For example every month I create a new timesheet for each employee from their template and if they automated it would save a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time Efficiency and Profiency - paired with other software and integrations it is saving me invaluable time that allows me to focus on other tasks. We have so many contracts/projects and reminders to keep track and setting up workflows and automations really streamlines our operations so the wheels don't fall off!
Overall, greatly beneficial to use on an every day basis

Difficulty logging in at times. It doesn't auto log in

It allows for me to present my project timelines and workback schedules.

It's a good way for multiple people to be on the same page and connected on a project

Some of the templates and integration features are not intuitive. More detailed tutoritals would make the produce more usable.

Smarsheet allows multiple people from different companies to stay on the same page and ensure projects are following along their timelines correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
Very simple and straight forward which makes it easy to use for most anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
when I load from MSP it doesnt always load corretly

The entire team can access it with a paid license or me generating a PDF for viewing
Smartsheet has strengthened project management in our organization
What do you like best about the product?
Using Smartsheet as our preferred tool for project management has allowed our organization to create a streamlined, easy to use, and accessible Project Management Office for Executive projects and team projects alike. The various tools and features and easy integration allow us to keep ALL related information in one place. Project managers can organize and access the details daily, while executive viewers can easily view the high level information on dashboards as often as needed. The Smartsheet learning community and customer service team is really accessible and helps with implementing new tools into the design of our projects. There is a really low barrier to entry, especially for users who are not the actual project manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we have experienced is the time it takes to upskill the people who will actually need to know formulas, etc., for the detailed project management operations, but once that is done it is really worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has helped us solve our biggest problem of project and portfolio management. We did not have any consistent project management system or tool, so the organization did not know how many or which projects were ongoing at any point in time. Smartsheet is our chosen tool for project management at the executive level for our Project Management Office, and most of the manager-level staff also choose Smartsheet for project management.

Filtering capabilities could be better. Similar to Excel

Ability for the entire organization to work off of one source of the truth

Easy to teamwork. Good use for list and tasks. The dashboard creation is also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would use the same functions and commands as MS Excel.
