Smartsheet enables thorough coordination, and the interface is simple yet elegant
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Smartsheet is so interactive. As one of the admins for our site Smartsheet, it is so easy to develop reports for different viewpoints of the same data and project tasks. Lastly, I really enjoy that everyone can discuss project tasks right in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Developing a calendar viewpoint to track project tasks similar to google calendar is presenting many challenges. The project has been shelved while the Smartsheet team investigates for a solution. Additionally, I wish being added as an owner for a task would automatically trigger a notification, but that does not seem to be the case at this time. It requires that individuals be tagged in the comments section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is helping ease the coordination required in order to complete project tasks. Project tasks require buy off from many stakeholders. Smartsheets does a great job providing a discussion board for dialogue and questions/concerns to be addressed. Smartsheet is helping savetime spent coordinating projects. It has replaced several weekly meetings everyone used to have on the calendar. Additionally, emails were extremely challenging to follow and now when you require pertinent information about a project, you can find it immediately in one of the Smartsheet reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use; can create a project plan quickly by using a previous plan as a template.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only onething I think it would be better if we can customize the Symbol column to add more selections besides the preset ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to control the time and resources consumed by one or more projects. Especially when you manage a team, the team members' workload and capacity are important to allocate and prioritize new projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Its like a high powered, more expansive excel! We do everything on Smartsheet with my company and we havent even utilized all of its features! Its user friendly, easy to learn, easy to master! Its organized, efficient, effective, and keeps us on track with each other- from Manufacturing, to sales, to marketing, to retail! Communication and information is available every step of the way in our processes. One of the best tools I have used, and I have been in retail management for almost 15 years, now! I use smartsheet every single day! It was simple to bring in and utilize company wide. We recieve frequent correspondance about available trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a little bit of a learning curve at first because it was new to me. This is a wonderful tool once you grasp its features. I recommend the built in training materials and webinars available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication, follow through, organization, ease of locating information, project management and execution
Smartsheet It's an excellent tool to keep track of my homework progress and is easy to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
We have used smartsheet for years. It has helped my team to effectively communicate and organize activites they are working on. We use the dashboards to quick views into the work being done and track progress. We use smartsheet daily for projects and normal day to day processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part for our use is the restriction on lines/data in each sheet. While 20,000 lines is great, we have noticed many times that if there is formating and multiple people in the sheet at a time it gets very slow around 5000 lines. The slowness has caused work to be written over on accident by other users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Dashboards have been great to show our progress and a quick glance for others. It is helping to cut down on work I need to do to report out on the team's progress manually.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to share sheets among teams and collaborate seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instances where it doesn't as closely mirror the features of Excel as I would like. Since so many people are used to using Excel, the more similarities that exist, the more helpful the tool is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet makes it easy to collect information in one place for entire teams to access. Its usefulness for task management is top-notch, and as a manager, it makes it easy for me to ask teams to use it to monitor and report on progress. Collaborating within Smartsheet is easy and makes a remote working environment easier for all of us using it.

Keeping track of the reagents and also its multiuser so everybody can see whats happening

Downside could be, you get lost in using when you have lot of sheets

Company wide it helps to track all the production and manufacturing side
A Complete and Seamless Envrironment
What do you like best about the product?
I use smartsheet to track, sort, and update client visits. Creating a workspace to gather the information is incredibly easy and accessible, whether you're tech-savvy or not. The client-facing form is clean and can be customized with very little input, which streamlines my day-to-day work. I have the sheet linked to the main form I use opened daily on my phone or computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as I love using smartsheet and how often I do, I wish it was easier to integrate it into the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Power Automate, which is a great tool for reducing redundant tasks. That aside, the dedicated desktop app is not reliable, and I find myself opening the browser tab instead.

Smartsheet allows me to consolidate the many requests & client visits that we host or organize. Having this information centralized, online and available to as many key users as needed
