Expand Your Power to Collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheets allows my team and I to work with each other, but also include external consultants and collaborators from other businesses. Email alerts about workflows assigned specifically to you keep you focused on priority items. We can see real-time updates on tasks and projects as they happen. All these features help us seemlessly track and implement projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheets can give you too many options and features for a simple use case. It can feel overwhelming for new users who are looking for something more basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheets expands who, where, and when users can collaborate. Ease of use and access makes this tool superior to all other options.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform facilitates document management by allowing users to attach files directly to tasks, projects, or discussions. This ensures all relevant information is easily accessible and organized.
I have used Smartsheet for a year and am getting into the more sophisticated uses and functionality.
What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful to be able to collaborate in the sheets with team members where changes can be made to data simultaneously. We are currently looking into adding more features and had a demo with the Resource Management tool which looks very appealing to our company right now for team scheduling. The general Smartsheets are easy to use for team members of all levels of experience and technical abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the conditional formatting to be somewhat limited, but it is not a vital feature for most of the work I need to do in the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project scheduling. Scheduling conflict resolution. Outsourcing and culling analyses. Resource management.
Excel 2.0. Life Changing!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can have all our reports in one. We can share the reports and use them for process approvals which has been "life changing" for us. We used to send out everything for signatures and now smartsheet takes care of this for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that one cant change a report to a sheet or viceversa. It makes it difficult as process change and needs change. I also wish we had the option to make certain columns visibile to some and not others. Also would be nice if we could add mroe than 1 sheet in one report, similar to excel. Other than that, I have very little to complain about Smartsheet.

Great Resource for our team
What do you like best about the product?
We primarily use smart sheets for three funtions that we really enjoy. I use it most often to update org charts. I really enjoy how I can download the data from our system and then just upload it all into smartsheets and it will create the org chart (over 500 people). It is also very easy to use to update or change anyone manually. The second thing we use it for it is the sticky cards. This helps with our year planning and the easy that eveyrone can use it to add ideas and update their thoughts. Finaly function is the task management. I enjoy how we can tag different people and make sure everyone stays on task and the timeline does not need to change. It is a quick review for management to verify we are on task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't discovered any downsides yet. There is a learning curve, but after that it is a pretty easy platform to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps everyone on the same collaborative page and on track.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of updating status and also the filters. This makes life so easy. Also the fact that you can link documents and also connect it with various smartsheet for different functions.
I like the fact that it has all the functions of an excel with advanced features and setups.

Can't think of one. I use smartsheet for various projects and so far the experience is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration is much easiers and does not have to go trough the hassle of doing an excel then uploading on server and then sharing and doing live updates using google drive.
Intuitive and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to link multiple projects together. It is easy to use and easy for others to learn. There is a low barrier to entry in getting team members on board so it build collaboration quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface feels a bit out of date, however, it is very effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a source of truth for cross-functional teams on deadlines and deliverables.
Smartsheet is something essential to have in any office for detailed planing and management.

The amount of details that can be managed, imported and exported through smartsheet.

it would be more usfull if complicated functions can be aproachable in one press.

Smartsheet has been been bery benificial with our cost control system, project schedules, and work flows. which have been well organised now.
