Intuitive and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to link multiple projects together. It is easy to use and easy for others to learn. There is a low barrier to entry in getting team members on board so it build collaboration quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface feels a bit out of date, however, it is very effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a source of truth for cross-functional teams on deadlines and deliverables.
Smartsheet is something essential to have in any office for detailed planing and management.

The amount of details that can be managed, imported and exported through smartsheet.

it would be more usfull if complicated functions can be aproachable in one press.

Smartsheet has been been bery benificial with our cost control system, project schedules, and work flows. which have been well organised now.

We have integrated Smartsheet into our business operations for several years, utilizing it for diverse purposes such as project management, survey data collection, and request management. The platform's capability to organize notes, attachments, and other critical information in an Excel-like format is remarkably advantageous. Moreover, its seamless integration with Tableau, which we employ for reporting, enhances our data analysis and visualization processes. Smartsheet's extensive features prompt a reevaluation of conventional workflows, offering innovative solutions that significantly enhance efficiency and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new user introduced to Smartsheet a few years ago, I initially encountered a notably steep learning curve, particularly with some of the more advanced functionalities. However, this initial challenge is mitigated by the abundance of resources available to assist users in mastering the platform. Smartsheet’s comprehensive knowledge base, tutorials, and community forums provide invaluable support, facilitating a smoother transition and deeper understanding of its capabilities.

It allows us to have our projects all in one place in one format.

It is impressive tool, it is very easy to use

We can collebrate as team on multiple projects and be in sync, in a very effective way.

I wish it has a windows desktop application that can workoffline and have online sync option.

It make team collebration much easier.
An intuitive tool with a nice UI and plenty of features
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and has a UI that increases adoption of the tool. The customer support I've received in the recent months has been great who has been talking to my work about a data shuttle they can implement for us and a tool like that will be invaluable to day to day activities I use Smsrtsheet for.
What do you dislike about the product?
limitations in reporting (i.e., to sort reports on multiple levels, by 1 group then sorting those by another level of filtering.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to write detailed and comprehensive project plans to serve my job and report of projects with ease instead of taking up tie writing reports/meetings.

i appreciate the automation and option to build sheets, reports, dashboards, and charts to meet the needs of my team.

I have not had down sides of utilizing this product.

We are now able to see work updates in real time from any location. We have also autmated report uploads to allow for smoother transfer of data.
