What do you like best about the product?
We use card view for our setup. It works awesome for the techs to be able to add in parts, and quantities, along with adding pictures in also. We use it for approvals, and estimates, and lead times on parts. Keeps everything visible to service advisors, and parts team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to see history of movement in card view. You can switch to grid, and allows you to view it that way. Just a little annoying, but workable

Smartsheet is a powerful work management platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable on our projects and a strong support for our teams on enterprise-level projects, it helps in excellent data collection and reporting via forms and dashboards, in case of issues they have a reliable customer support and onboarding resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steeper learning curve for our agents unfamiliar with spreadsheet-style tools, some limitations are there in file previewing and sorting automation, most importantly pricing can be a concern for smaller teams with tight budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to build reusable checklists and timelines for my tasks, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Smartsheet lets me create industry-specific demo flows and track which ones resonate most with clients. I also use forms and automated workflows to guide clients through setup steps like integration to our platform. I also di log edits, compare results, and even share workflows with collaborators. Its automation and reporting help me identify bottlenecks and improve turnaround time for support or demo delivery.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a solid tool for managing projects and tracking tasks. It’s flexible like a spreadsheet but adds helpful features like automation, reminders, and collaboration. It takes a little time to get used to, but once set up it makes team coordination and project tracking much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app / UI is a bit clunky compared to the desktop version like navigating, quick edits., feel less polished on smaller screens.

Smartsheet keeps projects organized and everyone on the same page, saving time and improving collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can build alerts, add and remove users easily. I do enjoy having the option to customize dashboard views
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there is a limit on how many cells you have and limitations on sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheets is allowing a central location to find necessary information. It is allowing flexibility to not have to check every detail every day as the customized alerts and customizable features allow this flexibility.
