What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, various views for filtered view for users,
What do you dislike about the product?
saving features, sometime it does not save the files. dashboard can be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very useful in creating project plans. Sending survey using various custom forms it makes more powerful. However, forms feature can be improved. It does not allow to change colum or row view to change as per the quesitons demand

What do you like best about the product?
You can work with your own creativity. This means that smartsheet can be used for many purposes in my company
What do you dislike about the product?
when it comes to really large projects in smartsheet with many links. smartsheet may function a little slower. this is sometimes annoying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We first worked with online versions of Excel. This does not work at all if you want to work with multiple people in 1 sheet at the same time. with smartsheet this works flawlessly.
Smartsheet helps u keeping track of tasks and helps us to notify colleagues of important changes
What do you like best about the product?
The notification possibilities are really helpful, together with all the other automatic workflow options. The API is also very usefull if you want to integrate Smartsheet in other software. We use Smartsheet in our everyday practice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The billingproces could be easier. It is difficult to add new users to a previously created automatic export via mail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep track of open tasks, both in a project and as separate tasks.
Project planning tool which not always used as project planning tool
What do you like best about the product?
System is very much similar to Excel or Google spreadsheets from format point of view therefore it is quite easy to start working within the system without additional system specific trainings and also easy to implement your ideas as start to work in new envirement. I personaly use the system on a daily basis both on corporate projects and also on my personaly created tools for myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation suggested by the system is not sufficient; There is no possibility to obtain values from other lines/tasks in case of trigering of automation by a line (easy example - one task is done and you need to inform owner of another task that he could start or just to send this owner of another task some information in the email).
Next point is files attached to the tasks - it will be super helpful if there will be possibility to work with files (word/excel) online in the system without donwloading and uploading it each time.
Why "duration" is in days only? Recently I wanted to create time tracker for tasks which I need to measure in minutes (or hours). I could enter this value manualy, but in case of any mathematical actions (for exaple sum of all spent times) result will be only in days with no exceptions;
For may colleagues it is very unusual and unfamiliar concept that some tasks which are momentar actions they still need start and finish date (as it is actualy the same date);
In case of projects created through ControlCenter any changes in automation or structure of templte there is no possibility to apply this chages to already created projects. Therefore in case of any bug fixes or improvements are made there is still huge tail of old projects stil with bug or old functions.
Reports feature is very unflexible - there is lack of possibility to apply filters for viewer only at the moment without "change" of report. So we are forsed either to created huge ammount of very specific very narrowly created reports for each and every ocasion or to download the wide report to apply filters localy in Excel. Therefore it is higly desirable feature to have possibility by any user apply filters or sort function for columns which will be visible only for that user in that moment without changes of the core setup of the Report.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to maintain and track tasks for a large team.Very useful for timesheeting on weekly basis quickly.User friendly frontend charts for managers to get a snapshot of their team's progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not live refresh while many people are working on the same sheet which sometimes tends to loose data

Smartsheet greatly reduces the time sheeting process for all our team members.
It also has a great forum to manage individual tasks and the team's task.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the collaborative aspect. It is user friendly also.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if it is a feature, but when setting dates, it would be good to receive notifications. would be great for scheduling tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building schedules, allowing all members of staff to collaborate and review tasks and when they are likely rto be completed. helps us schedule our builds.
Lots of useful features
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create algorithms to link pages and use forms, easy to use and intuitive UI. We use it frequently for project tracking and inventory management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to implement or change algorithms if you are not specifically trained, minor features like lack of headings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has helped us implement a seamless inventory system that tracks aliquots, total amount of reagents, etc.

The ability to filter in 1 million different ways and the ability to mention someone's name they get notified regarding their action

Inability to filter and provide sums for the filtered groups when you have costs assigned to those line items.

Helps me keep track of team deliverables, updates, and help set reminders by responsibility person in an easier manner

Access to LIVE business data anytime, anywhere (from any smart device with WI-FI connection)
What do you dislike about the product?
Losing access to Smartsheet for whatever reason can definitely hamper business operations, esspecially if you rely on it day to day.

Centralising our production schedule and procurement list so key stakeholders can jump in and view progress.
Great product for simple project management
What do you like best about the product?
Reports and dashboards. Both of them are very useful for data analysis. More complex reviews are available using Excel connector
What do you dislike about the product?
No possibility to have formulas over reports. Sometimes it is slow when loading a sheet.
