Overall is good, sometimes the automaiton flow will have some error
What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty straightforward and simple to use. It has many features to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
we need to save after when we have done input. And need to refresh it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps our company to solve the workflow problem. We have an approval flow for the payment request, we need our employee to submit their request to get the payment send out.
PMing made easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SmartSheet is always coming up with new tools to incorporate into our PM'ing toolbox and it's ability to be shared with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish that there was more customizability with the platform in terms of formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SmartSheet has allowed us to scale our PM'ing at our firm, especially with our clinical practice.

Very easy to start working with and also very powerful when you get into the more advanced features.

I had difficulty getting functions to work properly.

Smartsheet allowed me to very simply create a centralized form for data input that feeds a database that I can track info in.
Solid Product Providing Significant Business Advantage
What do you like best about the product?
SmartSheet is easy to use, and anyone comfortable with Excel can become comfortable with SmartSheets. There are a significant number of advanced features that takes it beyond Excel in some areas, but not all. We use Smartsheet for nearly every aspect of our day to day, but have yet to use every feature. A few highlights are SmartSheet forms, which allow us to collect information from outside vendors without giving them user access to our sheets. The built in attachment system allows us to track and store documents where they belong.
It being online in the cloud and easily accessible from anywhere is a huge boon.
Overall, solid product. Easy to implement and I would strongly recommend it. Of course, do your own research as to whether Smartsheet's features work for your unique needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet does not quite match Excel in some of the more advanced tabling/macro/graphing features, but I don't personally need them and can always fire up Excel.
There is occasional slowness and downtime but that has proven to be very rare so far.

Easy to use and accessible spreadsheets and trackers allowing for improved collaboration.
Solid Cloud-Based Work-Sharing Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been a great tool to utilize for work-sharing needs with another company that does not share the same SharePoint or IT-systems. We are able to work in the same documents and receive real-time updates from the others utilizing the Sheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
The programming for some features is more difficult to use than Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team-wide calendar and using sheets with users from multiple companies for real-time updates and accurate information.
Smartsheet is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet helps our interior design firm function seamlessly. It's been a great tool for the team and we would be lost without it. The gantt chart is definitely a game changer.

Sometimes it feels like you can't connect it to other programs and you are confined to just the functions on Smartsheet.

What do you like best about the product?
We can customize the automation approval workflow and it sends email and requests approvals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be more limitations while many people are using the same spreadsheet (some should be restricted to not touch the data input from other people).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a software/platform that our business team can upload the data and get approvals from managers, and Smartsheet did solve this for us.
