Great Organizational Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet makes it easy to put all the necessary information in one place and for multiple coworkers to access and use the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
When Smartsheet emails come in with approved information, the grid is skewed and it's hard to read the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheets allows multiple users to input necessary information and requires some fields so all the necessary information is input.

Customization features and integration of pages and forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Refreshing can be a bit out of sync. The rigidity of some of the logic can be a bit of a constraint at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a scheduling system and project request manager. We have also expanded it to tracking resources. We can store our data and responses as the project progresses. It is a convenient management tool.

Smartsheet has been an invaluable tool for managing our company’s Quality Management System (QMS). Its user-friendly, spreadsheet-like interface has centralized our document control processes, including procedures and training materials, making it incredibly easy to maintain and update our documentation. The dashboard feature is particularly outstanding, as it allows us to display our company’s quality objectives in a clear and accessible manner for the entire organization. This transparency has greatly improved our team’s awareness and alignment with our quality goals.
Implementation was very easy, and we were up and running in no time. We use Smartsheet every day, and its seamless integration capabilities make it simple to import and export data, ensuring our information is always current and accessible. Although I haven't had the need to reach out to customer support, I am confident that they are quite helpful based on the overall quality of the service.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that the dashboard won't update automatically. You have to manually go to the sheet it's pulling the data from to refresh the information. This can be a bit cumbersome, especially when dealing with multiple sheets or when trying to provide real-time updates to the team. An automatic refresh feature would significantly enhance the usability and efficiency of the dashboard.

Great for monitoring project progress
What do you like best about the product?
The overall structure is great! Love all the filtering and grouping options. I am a big fan of the card view.
What do you dislike about the product?
The card view lacks certain features such as assigning a project to multiple users. It would be good if this could be visualized in card view.

Kepping track of all ongoing projects and being on top of them. Helps improve efficiency and productivity.
Advanced Tools for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I find Smartsheet's wide array of tools to help manage projects and keep my work organized are immensely helpful. Smartsheet allows me to both keep my personal work in order and also makes collaboration with others more efficient. The seemingly unlimited number of uses and features is particularly appreciated! Smartsheet offers software that is unique - it combines the best of both excel and other project management software while maintaining near total customizability. Their support team and resources are also to-notch. These are tools that I utilize each and every day as a team leader, project manager, and employee, and I'm grateful that once they are set up, they are easy to continue using day after day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for Smartsheet implementation did take me a bit of time. With the wealth of webinars, guides, and information offered both from Smartsheet and from people inside and outside of my organization, I was able to build tools that suited my specific needs. I just had to set aside several good blocks of time to ensure I was able to maximize their features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is allowing me to document, track, and collaborate on a multitude of ongoing projects. Things do not 'slip through the cracks', timelines are clear, and collaborators know what role they play. I am able to keep my entire list in one place, and prioritize what comes next. Both for personal and group projects/tasks, this provides immense value to me.
I use Smartsheet on a daily basis and love the capabilities.
What do you like best about the product?
I use multiple Smartsheets daily and I I really appreciate the versatility of Smartsheet and the ease with which I can collaborate with others within my team and other parts of the organization. Overall, I have found Smartsheet fairly easy to use and have found it simple to implement automations when needed. While I still need to learn more technical skills (i.e. formulas), I have been able to easily learn how to complete any task or function I've attemped so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that it was a little easier to learn how to use forumals and to set up reports and dashboards. However, I know there are services that can make these things a little easier, I just don't yet have access to them through my organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest ways Smartsheet has helped my team is that it has made it simple for my team to track all of their work in one location so I can easily look up the status of every project on one sheet. Reports based on that sheet and reports from other locations also give me a daily 10,000 view of our workload.
Great project tracking tool
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is an daily, essential tool as a project manager due to the array of functionality it offers. It is a must to keep projects and tasks on track, and very easy to use. We've implemented it across broader teams and it has been a fairly seemless integration process. Their customer support is readily accessible and available whenever you need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides that I can think of at this time. It is essential in my everyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is creating orgnaization within my company. It helps me track projects and provides plenty of tools for crafting a project start to finish.

The autonomy and ability to do so much within the software itself.

Super hands on which can be a little annoying at times but hey, at least it's great customer service. I'd rather this than not.

It's allowing tasks/action items towards organizational goals to be visualized and tangible through the system.

It is easy to use and update the scheudle;

We like the way it can be used to improve colaboration and we greatly enjoy the automations. It has allowed us to build systems for recieving reciepts and tracking our daily work schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is like a very smart version of excel. I think it could be more outside the box on how communications between team members go. One xample is the way slack works for communication on a project. It would be nice to do that kind of stuff in smartsheets to help do everything in one system.
