Great for Tracking Implementation Progress and Delays
What do you like best about the product?
It allows to track progress and delays in areas of implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way you filter columns requires not only entering the searched value but on entering you need to select a matching value from the list. It would be better to have just a list like in excel file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives you a quick insight into the progress of an implementation.
Effortless Scheduling with Intuitive Gantt Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to drag the cells on the Gantt chart in Smartsheet, as it makes moving schedules effortless. It's particularly useful for dragging and shuffling conflicting projects to decide on the best fit scenario. Additionally, the initial setup of Smartsheet was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging not being able to utilize cells on a Sunday and would like the option to toggle that function on and off. Also, being able to set Smartsheet with Monday or Sunday as the first day of the week would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps me manage project schedules and overlaps. I like that I can drag cells on the Gantt chart to easily shuffle conflicting projects and find the best fit.
Flexible, Color-Coded Campaign Organization with Helpful Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many ways to organize ad campaigns in different formats. I love the ability to color code based on status or certain dates. All of the functionality is very helpful. It also allows us to integrate other documents that my company uses very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is difficult to mass-update sheets. For example, we have a master sheet that we copy for nearly all ad campaigns, but if we wanted to make a change across all of our sheets, we have to make that change manually to each workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me tracking the life of an ad from the buy to when I am able to send the final product to a vendor or teammate. It allows me to evaluate how all campaigns are performing and whether we are getting materials on time from our internal teams.
Flexible Views in Smartsheet Make Scheduling and Standups Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The different ways to view data depending on your needs and requirements. The gantt view and card views are great for looking and scheduling and stand ups
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet lacks some basic customisation features that other products have. An example would be to be able to remove or move totals in reports to the bottom

Smartsheet helps me manage my teams tasks, the automated alerts set up help my team understand when something has gone wrong or is behind

What do you like best about the product?
It allows for quite a bit of functionality and flexibility in how it allows me to navigate a huge dataset.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are moments when the breakouts or drop downs don't work quite as smoothly as I would like, but those instances are relatively few and far between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've truthfully not noticed as much in the way of updates on the program itself. But I don't consider that a bad thing either, as I've always found it to work smoothly and be easy to understand. Sometimes if it ain't broke, it doesn't need fixing.
Smartsheet Makes Project Assignments Quick and Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Smartsheet is to use and navigate. I rarely, if ever, run into issues when entering information or making edits. I also appreciate being able to assign projects to other team members quickly and with minimal effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found anything I dislike about Smartsheet so far. It performs well, and overall it’s been better than other applications I’ve used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet makes it easy for multiple users to add to and edit projects. Anyone on the team can update items and leave comments, which helps keep collaboration moving. I like having everything in one place so it’s simple to monitor what’s going on across the project.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the simplicity of Smartsheet, which makes it easy to use and understand. I also find the email functionality very helpful since all notifications are sent directly to my email.

Automation needs more options and self-service.

I use Smartsheet for tracking and approvals in change management. It's easy to understand, and all notifications are sent to emails, which I find simple and efficient.
Keeps Projects Organized and Task Assignments Simple
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me be organized on projects. I am able to assign tasks to PMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get a little clunky specially if lots of files are loaded within a line item/cell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the dynamic view. It is a great tool to show a refined version of the report to senior members.
