What do you like best about the product?
I like how Smartsheet is easy to use and you can configure it the way that fits your needs. We use it for variety of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. Sometimes I struggle to navigate through it, but that's not Smartsheet's fault. It's whoever is managing our Smartsheet within the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use it as a spread sheet to connect us with other departments from our company.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Smartsheet is its intuitive spreadsheet-style interface, which is paired with robust automation and collaboration capabilities. This combination allows me to easily track work, set up alerts and approvals, and keep my team aligned in real time, all without the need for complicated project management software. Additionally, the dashboards and reports make it simple to transform data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of Smartsheet is that its more advanced features, such as automation, resource management, and in-depth reporting, can be complicated to set up and frequently necessitate a higher-tier license. Additionally, performance may decrease when working with very large sheets, and there is a noticeable learning curve once you move past basic spreadsheet-like functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Martsheet addresses the issue of fragmented work tracking and limited visibility among teams by bringing everything together in a single platform. It consolidates tasks, timelines, and ownership, while also automating reminders, approvals, and status updates. As a result, collaboration has become smoother, manual follow-ups have decreased, and there is now greater real-time insight into project progress and potential bottlenecks.

The multiple uses - appliance ordering, vendor scheduling, etc.

Great for KPI Tracking, Needs Improved Formatting
What do you like best about the product?
I like the dashboard and the automation features in Smartsheet. The automation setup is handy and gives us everything we need. The reports in the dashboards help me to overview my tasks, showing how things are coming along, what's still pending, and what's done. This really helps me stay on top of key issues and track my audit work efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate the conditional formatting. I wish I could change the format of a particular cell instead of the whole column. The dashboard doesn't offer much flexibility of filtering, which is a drawback. Initially, it is a bit of a difficult task to let everyone shift to Smartsheet because they need to get to know the various views like the Gantt and grid views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps me keep track of dates and DSC expiry. It reminds me of important things I often forget and displays KPIs easily, helping me understand where I'm lacking. The dashboard and summary sheets provide insights for better decision-making.

What I appreciate most about Smartsheet is its combination of simplicity and robust functionality. The interface feels familiar, much like a traditional spreadsheet, yet it greatly enhances my ability to track tasks, manage timelines, and assign ownership. Collaboration is seamless, with updates appearing instantly and automated alerts reducing the need for manual follow-ups. All in all, Smartsheet makes it easy to keep work organized and ensures everyone stays aligned with minimal effort.

One thing I dislike about Smartsheet is that some features feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users. Advanced automation and reports take time to understand. Also, performance can slow down when working with very large sheets, and the pricing feels slightly high for smaller teams or individual users

Smartsheet helps solve the problem of tracking work across multiple people and projects in one place. Instead of relying on emails or scattered spreadsheets, everything is visible and organized. This makes it easier to know who is working on what, track progress, and meet deadlines. It saves time, reduces confusion, and helps me stay more organized and focused on priorities
Empowers Collaboration Like Excel on Steroids
What do you like best about the product?
I think of Smartsheet as Excel on steroids. It enables our company to collaborate and share information efficiently, both with customers and within our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface feels outdated to me, and I wish it were more user-friendly. Additionally, I believe many of its features could be handled by other software suites, such as Excel or Jira. In cases where those alternatives are available, I don't think it's worth paying for this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can create workload tables and scorecards, which help us collaborate more effectively between internal teams and improve our communication with one another.
Seamless Data Collection with User-Friendly Forms
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that they offer forms. Having a front-facing form for people to fill out, with all the data accessible on the back end, has been extremely useful. I also enjoy using the automation workflows and conditional formatting features.
Additionally, we've used the program for handling applications and have connected it to Slack. The ability to integrate these tools and automate updates has been impressive.

What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish the phone app offered more functionality. At the moment, navigating through it and reviewing the data is quite difficult. Additionally, the Card view and tasks section could use an update. Everything feels confusing right now, and the fact that you can only see your tasks in specific views makes the experience feel disorganized.

The filtering options could be more intuitive and user-friendly. Sometimes it takes extra steps to get the view I need.

Smartsheet helps me track End-of-Lease (EOL) data in one place, making it easier to monitor timelines and stay accurate. It saves time and reduces manual work.

I like how Smartsheet helps me collect, store, and connect data through its user-friendly forms. The forms are great, and I really enjoy the easy connection to Microsoft services like Power BI, which lets me store large tables and directly build dynamic visuals. Another thing I appreciate is the ability to create logic between answers in a form, which adds a lot of functionality.

There are a limited number of rows that can be stored in a single Smartsheet. I wish it could support larger tables.
