Smartsheet has a flexible feature. Smartsheet has an innovative platform where you manange your all the projects and processes in easier way.

I have been using smartsheet from while, and I find that smartsheet can be little slow to responce when navigating the side menu to select additional data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of user can have an access to it at the same time. The feature of sharing a data and PPF helps alot.

What do you like best about the product?
In our day to day project we were struggling a lot to manage and track our work status in our internal dsu but we started using smartsheet for creating the task for our story to collaborate with the team status in real time and it helped us to manage our work and bandwidth of the team accordingly we were able to assign the respective folks we the tickets and the user story based on the capacity each individual is having and it helped in increasing our prductivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
While integrating the spreadsheet we face issue like the data is not getting updated in real time like whenever there is a change in the status of the tickets it doesn't gets updated in the real time and it should be updated by someone like scrum master or so within the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a one step tool for our project to have the task been created, version controlling like getting the track of the components which are getting deployed and the pipeline of the repo and taken care of the reports like it gave us the spreadsheet in terms of report to better understand the data by visualization for the same and it helped in increasing the accountability of the task by the individuals and also helped in keeping track of the capacity each one has and increased the productivity of the team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the whole team can collaborate and make edits as needed. Different views are also great for various aspects of projects, depending on the team member and their role. It's fairly intuitive and once you get the hang of it easy to add what is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Kanban look, although helpful, is kind of mute so everything looks the same. Would be nice to be able to make things pop out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing our team to keep track of our Road Map and Projects in a cohesive place.

I like how you can make an end to end workflow on a Project or in an operation. It is easy to use when you get the hang of it.

Sometimes there is a challenge in configuration of the smarsheet and the limits.

Collaboration and Project Management is easier with Smartsheet due to its automation and comments sections.
Allows for Easy Notification, Tracking and Updates to Our Systems
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has helped me a ton with notifying administrators and others to review their systems, make updates, and complete compliance forms. The email alerts and forms make gathering information and updates easy to use.

Downsides are confusion on the different Reports, Sheets, etc. You have to really understand what each file type does - what they can and cannot capture and which would work well for your Dashboard.

Simplifying one location to capture details on our systems and all the different individuals that work with each of these systems.

Easy to find and organize your company Data
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, similar to excel, anyone can use it without additional training. Useful for your everyday task and information, integrate sheets with each other and send notifications to our e-mails.

Intuitive and flexible in creating and modifying plans
What is our primary use case?
How has it helped my organization?
Smartsheet mainly helps with project planning, maintaining and updating the plan, identifying and documenting risks, and staying on top of the plan.
What is most valuable?
It's very flexible when creating and modifying plans. It's also quite intuitive.
What needs improvement?
Integration with other tools. Smartsheet itself is good and not costly, but integration could enhance project plan management. For example, updating the plan with the help of triggers from other tools.
There isn't much automation at this time. Improving flexibility in creating and updating plans dynamically would be helpful. There's not much scope for automation right now.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using it for a year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I would rate the stability an eight out of ten. Keep in mind, it's only a project planning tool, which is SaaS. It's a single terminal; there's not much else to it.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Scalability is good, but you have to purchase a license for every user. We have licenses for 50 users. It was a small project, and we wanted something simple and effective.
I would rate it an eight out of ten.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I used Clarity. It's very costly and meant for a huge scale. It's not suitable for a small project that only needs a planning tool.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is very straightforward.
What about the implementation team?
It can be done in-house. There's not much specialized knowledge needed.
What was our ROI?
It was good with project delivery times and cost savings. It was mainly to communicate project plan changes and updates across the board.
There are multiple ways of using it, and it's cheap. If there's a change in the plan, we update it, and it automatically notifies stakeholders.
It's a subscription model and a very effective way of planning any project. You pay about $25 per month for each user. If you want to integrate with other tools, it will not work. But if you just need a planning tool, it's a low-cost and effective option.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
There's a trial version and a free version. But if you need additional features, you have to pay. Each license costs a decent amount, $25 per month or something.
What other advice do I have?
It lacks integration. If someone is looking for a standalone project planning tool, I would recommend it. But if you want to integrate with other dynamic activity trackers, like Jira, I would suggest using something else.
