Easy to use and optimal for teams
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly and a great tool for tracking and planning projects.
My whole team uses Smartsheet and we take advantages of forms and automations everyday.

Customer Support is not always the best, but the forum is a great tool.

Dashboard and report making with visuals is very convenient and easy to use

Smart sheet is solving the business problems of creating easy to make dashboards that contain graphs and charts to describe what you actually want to depict and which changes as we change the data, so it is very comfortable and efficient to use.

Smartsheet is allowing our sales teams to stay on top of leads, identify serious leads timely to ensure prompt action and conversion.
Great Scheduling Capabilities, Not Always User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Smartsheet is virtual and live, so anyone who accesses it has the most up to date info. There are multiple views that show the information in different ways, which is helpful to discuss with the stakeholders and individual contributors alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions I would typically use in Project as not possible. It is not intuitive how to add holidays / PTO's or to get to the settings to adjust global changes (i.e. formatting tied to structure / line's level, font and sizing, etc. )
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A scheduling platform that can be shared with external customers, and capable of adjusting their editting capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team is able to effectively manage all projects and deadlines because of the multitude of functions available on a single platform, and the user interface is very user-friendly. The task notifications and the well-organized interface are the two key features that we value.
There was very little of a learning curve and our prior data from Google Sheets was seamlessly integrated into Smartsheet. The well-established Smartsheet community forum makes it easy to get answers to any issues we have when we come across new features.
After 5 months of use, it has become a part of our regular routine.

What do you dislike about the product?
Even though there are a lot of useful features, most users choose to ignore the tutorials, thus finding them can take some time. It only takes time to fully realize the potential of the software, even though the current setup isn't all that horrible. The mobile browser view also seems out of date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team uses Smartsheet mostly for professional project management, and it's quite helpful for team collaboration on different projects. We can track more efficiently with it for all tasks and deadlines.

I like that you can add attachments to line items, it helps me to stay organized and pull info up quickly.

The formulas, it'd be nice if they were more like Excel.

We have been using Smartsheet for various purposes. Most significant of which is coordinating marketing strategies, tracking budget, and recording onboarding new hires.
It is quite simple to implement numerous operations with the ease of one platform. It swiftly integrates us with other platforms and syncs the data without double effort. The Support channel is quite accessible and aidful. The frequency of using Smartsheet has very likely streamlined our workflow!

To my knowledge, my team has not come across any down factor while using Smartsheet.

Smartsheet has improved the efficiency of storing and syncing our data. We no longer rely on manual spreadsheets and data entries for storage.
