Google smartsheet is a very good option for all those people who are working for data analysis, data calculation, data interpretation,etc

I truly enjoy several aspects of the software. They are as follows:
1. Project Tracking - Tasks may be allocated to team members, deadlines can be defined, and progress can be monitored using smartsheet.
2. More than one individual can work simultaneously on a single spreadsheet.
3. Communication Barrier removed- With the help of comments we are updated with project status.
4. Template and it's Types- According to the need tof the project we can utilise the variety of templates.

Smartsheet helps in keeping the track of the aligned multiple project tasks.
Smartsheets are very powerful and easy to use.

The most helpful is the charts and sheets, it is very useful being able to link each sheet to other sheets that can be updated in real time.

The zoom function is too and needs to be easier to use.

It is helping to link datasbases/sheets to other sheets and being able to update them in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing we like about Smartsheet is its ease of use for managing data-related tasks. We use it 3-4 days a week, sometimes daily. The software integrates well with other applications, and the user interface is friendly. We rely on Smartsheet to manage our clients' projects.

Most of the features of SmartSheet is great but I thing we have disliked is that it has limited number of offline access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software is game changer for us!!. When we were using MS Excel it was difficult and time taking for us to manage task in grid-based structure but when we switched to SmartSheet our time is been reduced due to features like Gannt Chart which help me and my team to view bigger image of the project. Now we use SmartSheet for almost every client

I like how easy it is to collaborate using smartsheets, as I am part of a team that handles a lot of data on daily base. How easily a sheet can be used by multiple of my team members at the same time and, we all can work on it simulatneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version could have been better as the functions on the mobile version are somewhat limited, also the need of an internet connection poses a challange when you are working from an area of poor connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has been a big help in solving various issues when it comes to my day to day work as on some projects while leading the team, it's easier to manage and track the teams tasks, while keeping everone informed effectively of the changes in tasks and deadlines, I can easily track progress and analyze data and createmdashboards to present to the clients. The automation works fantastic and helps in automating repetitive tasks, increasing efficiency manyfolds. Smartsheet has also been very helpful in reducing the number of errors while passing of information takes place form one member to another as the chnages made in shet are in realtime.

Smartsheet have many features such as tab option, blocking sheets with various types of filtters like colour, some blocking filters like fixed the row, column, tab, etc. Easy to integrate with any app platform for data validation,etc. Customer support is also very good in google smartsheet. Its very easy to use and manage the google smartsheet.

Why google don't have offline client app likewise Microsoft office suite excel.

I like that Smartsheet integrates Excel with a cloud-based project management software. Since everybody's really familiar with Excel, you can use Excel-type formulas in the Smartsheet to calculate certain things.
What needs improvement?
The solution should include integrations with other platforms or software. Smartsheet can look to integrate with financial software like QuickBooks, project management software, construction software, IT software, and SAP to pull data from different databases.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Smartsheet for three years.
How are customer service and support?
I've onboarded Smartsheet for a company that creates databases and dashboards. It was like a meeting a week for six weeks to eight weeks, and it was really good.

The solution's initial setup is not too difficult. To set up the tool, you go to its website, get a free membership for a little bit, and then pay subscriptions for users.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The solution's pricing is not bad. I think it's a fair price for the amount of work you can do with it. I pay $ 120 or $ 128 a month for two to three users.
What other advice do I have?
I share Smartsheet with my team, all the stakeholders, owners, and project managers. They have access to it, and they can look at a to-do sheet or a project sheet. They can also download certain files that they need at certain times. If the files are updated, they're updated in the system. It's similar to Google Sheets or Google Docs, where you can go in and modify files. The solution's format is pretty good.
Smartsheet's real-time data tracking allows me to tell my clients that they can go to the tool and see real-time updates on what's going on with their projects.
The learning curve for Smartsheet is pretty quick because most people already know how to use Excel. Smartsheet looks exactly like Excel, where you just have to input data, but it has more capability. I would recommend the solution to other users because it simplifies running a project, storing data, and creating useful sheets for projects.
Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
