What do you like best about the product?
User interface, different presentation templates, collaborative outputs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is more user-centric and focusing on enterprise centric and building hierarchy system would help in utlising the tool in a better way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important problem that tool solves is documentation of the tasks, keeping track of the progress and notifiy the dues.
Smartsheet is helpful, with multiple templates, and easy adoption.

Daily tasks documentation, various templates for different view tabs, and effortless UI.

No MFA (Multi-factor Authentication) to protect the data.

It helps in tracking daily tasks and keeping track of the progress of tasks. It also aids in overall project management.

Smart sheet is a dynamic powerful and management tool . smoothest way to manage project and handling work and it is very easy to use and effective tool smart sheet is like having a whole set of tools that work together it is also used in Customer relationship management its provides the visibility , collaboration & Automation smart sheet is good in comparison of google sheet and excel sheet , Smart sheet as theirwork management system of choice there is automation ,integration and project management its help to make better decision based on real time data and execute at scale thats why the company around the world rely on smart sheet as their project management tool.

According to my point of view there is no dislike point for smart sheet but smart sheet improve the Customer support system.

Smart sheet benefits to our month end activities to complete in timely smart sheet spread sheets that provide ready summarizes or automated reports smart sheet to be a highly usable tool with a considerable amount of functional ity and ease of use its effective scheduling and task management and highly effective in managing large amounts of data

I do like Microsoft Projects printing functions better as well as the tools for viewing the project timelines and functions for creating sub tasks.

What I like most about Smartsheet is its versatility and ease of use. Since the program features an intuitive interface, it's very easy to create and customize spreadsheets and dashboards according to my desires and the needs of the projects I'm involved in.
Also it's very efficient in automating workflows and allows all people involved in project tasks to be alerted at certain times, which greatly facilitates team communication.

What I dislike about Smartsheet is its integration with other applications. Although the platform offers this support with some external tools, certain applications could be more enhanced, and the program could also increase the offering of native integrations to make the user's work easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems Smartsheet is solving for us is improve our internal project management process. Before we started using Smartsheet in the company, we were struggling with task control, deadlines, and mainly communication, as various stages of the process had information in different platforms. This led to a mess of information and a lot of inefficiency.
Now, with Smartsheet, our entire workflow is centralized in one place. So, information no longer gets lost along the way, we can collaborate in real-time with our entire team, track tasks and projects effortlessly, and automate repetitive tasks.

One the best tool project and task managment
What do you like best about the product?
Smart sheet is one of the best tool i have used for project planing. It have lot of feature like we can create reports out of it. We can create our own dasboard. More ove we can share sheet with any one ask status about that task. For the project having bigger tasks it is the best solution to manage all the tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few things i really want to improve in smart sheet. I cannot genrate graps through this like we doing in excel

It helps to handle project more efficent way. We can plan the task here and assign that task. We can see the gaint chart from the task, so work flow becomes more easier. IT better version of jira and excel

What do you like best about the product?
Smart sheet helps to use multiple user on a single sheet which is very productive in nature and it's other automated tool are very handy and keeps the workflow going aswell.

After 15 sheets it starts to lag and multiple input take time.

What do you like best about the product?
The smartsheet helps to identify the concerned person for every task in the organization and then we can contact them to know the present status of their work. Which led to increase in productivity of the company and also very efficient in nature.

The automated tool should also be allowed to free versions.

To keep the track of the work in the pipeline and also could be used to identify how long will the project last.
