We use Smartsheet to store our new hiring data.
It really help in managing them through one software.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using this for months and i must say that there is no dislikable thing in Smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic data update is the best feature available where you don't need to update it manually.
The integration with other tools is an awesome part like tally.

What do you like best about the product?
SmartSheet has been a great collaborative platform for planning and keeping projects on schedule! The ease of switching between different view modes (grid, Gantt, card, calendar) allows the team to focus on the factors that matter. I appreciate being able to collect various pieces of information and links to documents within the same SmartSheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on which of the features one activates for automation, SmartSheet notifications can unintentionally end up filling up email inboxes. While the notifications are helpful at times, it can be distracting to the user's overall workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for the team to have a high-level view of various tasks and their respective progress, and also serves as a good platform for retaining history of specific task items.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a service that people of all levels of technical expertise can use for basic functionality. It makes collaboration consistent and easy--and is functional for both qualitative and quantitative use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visual interface of the basic grid format--the version my team uses the most--doesn't feel optimized for monitor dimensions. It just always feels like I'm zoomed in, and can't see the full picture I'm trying to create. Comparisons of difference columns or rows, for example, can be a challenge. I recognize that there are plenty of visualization tools/formats, but we don't usually need that level of detail/prep--so it's like we're in this middle-ground where we're both too detailed but not detailed enough to warrant dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us visualize projects in Gantt formats, and it allows us to create branded forms that we can actively prioritize the results of on a rolling basis.

What do you like best about the product?
In the sector of the best thing I like about samrtsheet that is a user friendly application. I can surely say that it is built for those persons who are technically challenged or doesn't know much about the formulas or the shortcuts while performing any kind of action on any application. It really help us to understand and develop a good understanding about the functionality during a live work. We can deliver best results even if we are not so well trained thorough the help of this application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple people can not work in a single login. It is a bad thing which I really found little bit off as in any other application you can use single login credentials at the same time .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a doc reviewer person. We had different kind of projects and review in our hand . So to better accomplish in a small interval of time given by the client I have trusted Smartsheet as it does not need any kind formulas or notions to run vertical or horizontal loop , we can save data as much as possible in a tabluar form . The person get its hand on it very easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a self dependent girl . I have very interesting thing in my nature which is to use and suggest best for the nest. And today I will say only one thing which is totally best about smartsheet - I have always like it's interpretation of the screen , secondly the customer care is too good I don't why people saying it's bad and last one but not the least it's very cost effective as compared to other tools . From my experience every corporate company should increase the number of usage of smartsheet application for their projects or any other work.
What do you dislike about the product?
What kind of dislke should I highlight as I have never find one but if this is necessary for bringing development in the application I would say decrease it's size of taking space in any device so that It can be easily stored and use in old devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have already mention that it is helping me out in many ways. The benefits I am getting from using this tool covers all my requirements of any software. There is no need of multiple softwares for different purposes. I can easily create tables, Saving the information on cloud and can access them at anywhere.
