The only tool which I know best smart as me i.e. smartsheet
What do you like best about the product?
Since I work in a healthcare industry the system we got had already installed the software which we required for review the patient bills, medicine priscription etc. that is a first time I came to know about smartsheet. I have never seen a tool which is so easy to use, the interpretation is so easy to understand for a beginner also the customer support is also very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike which I like to share overhere is the speed of the software when we use it on a mobile data it can stuck mutiple time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best problem which smartsheet solved for me during my working hours is the maintaining of the huge set of data which includes patient information, budget information and the new machines we are going to be launched by our company.

it makes tedious calculation easy, just with a formula it makes my work easy. Example - if I want to calculate CAGR, Regression and many other complex calculation

User interface, different presentation templates, collaborative outputs.

The tool is more user-centric and focusing on enterprise centric and building hierarchy system would help in utlising the tool in a better way.

The most important problem that tool solves is documentation of the tasks, keeping track of the progress and notifiy the dues.

Smart sheet is a dynamic powerful and management tool . smoothest way to manage project and handling work and it is very easy to use and effective tool smart sheet is like having a whole set of tools that work together it is also used in Customer relationship management its provides the visibility , collaboration & Automation smart sheet is good in comparison of google sheet and excel sheet , Smart sheet as theirwork management system of choice there is automation ,integration and project management its help to make better decision based on real time data and execute at scale thats why the company around the world rely on smart sheet as their project management tool.

According to my point of view there is no dislike point for smart sheet but smart sheet improve the Customer support system.

Smart sheet benefits to our month end activities to complete in timely smart sheet spread sheets that provide ready summarizes or automated reports smart sheet to be a highly usable tool with a considerable amount of functional ity and ease of use its effective scheduling and task management and highly effective in managing large amounts of data
