Works well for what we need it for
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of formatting, ability to easily create automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Struggle to produce good reports, unable to get a good printed document even using the "generate" function

It gives us the ability to have multiple users input info and collect and review in one place.
Great for simple stuff and prototyping

Smartsheet is very user friendly and easy to use. Its lack of complicated features make it easy to dive into and start working in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks some features that alternative services like MS Project provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet makes it very easy to generate schedules and update those schedules. Makes creating project baselines and re-baselines a breeze.

Ease of use, scheduling workflows and reminders

External users seem to find it challenging to create an account and access the sheet we've shared with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's automating task reminders on various company processes and saves me time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an user friendly tool and it was resulted a good tool for a bunch of needed project management phases.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very expensive solution. A connection with Jira was expensive. Any other additional tools where expensive and my company refused to buy them because of this.

It's a good and useful solution for different project management tasks.

Good at keeping notes and sharing informations

I like that it makes communicaitng project process easy between coworkers .

I dont like the Gant Chart. I also do not like the way you set dates for projects, and always jumps to the wrong day

Accountability and communication problems are solved by using smart sheet. Now employees cannot say they didnt hear about a project and everyone is clear on deadlines.
SmartSheet has made keeping orders and quotes organized extremely simple and all in one place

Ease of use, organization tools, sorting orders and quotes and integrating data between multiple resources

Not quite as customizable as hoped, limited in capabilities for our company

Organizing and tracking our quotes and orders from all of our many customers and agencies all in one place.
Great for Tracking KPIs
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the way that Smartsheet helps improve collaboration and cross-team execution. I mostly use it to monitor performance across departments, build action plants, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say the UX feels a bit outdated, but overall is fairly easy to navigate. The collapsed bar on the left side of the screen being icons only without any titles for the icons except when you hover over them isn't ideal when you're first starting out, but you can familiarize yourself with each button's purpose fairly quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet makes it easy for multiple cross-department stakeholders to work collectively across numerous office locations. I appreciate the real time updating of the system, as well as the way you can quickly start a new process. This helps our leaders easily monitor performance & align on strategic direction.
good PM alternative tool that isn't actually better than any other PM tool
What do you like best about the product?
live updating and cross-functional between teams - having tables that are up to date and can be viewed by any party at any time
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of functionality with salesforce, required manual entries, consistent formula breakings, lack of dynamic actual tools outside of just a robust live excel.
Furthermore - immensely disappointed with customer support. In my dealings with your rep, Fernando Escobedo, I received completely uninformed answers and lack of responses without pestering follow ups. Frankly - this experience did worse for your brand in my eyes than any user functionality issues. I recommended not renewing licenses after working with this unprofessional rep.

Smartsheet can be great to streamline your work
What do you like best about the product?
I use Smartsheet to collect information from numerous students for an annual essay writing contest, and it has been a game changer. By eliminating the need for paper copies and centralizing data collection, this application has significantly streamlined my workflow. Thanks to Smartsheet, I’ve been able to cut the time required for this task in half.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for setting up the automation is long and a little confusing if you're not familiar with Excel spreadsheets or are not tech savvy. However, once it was setup, I was easy to update and change for my needs

Reducing time and paperwork and gathering data in one place. This is also a collaborative tool, so other can see and update in real time
