Totally worth software for task management, project management and automation!!
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Smartsheet for around 9 months for our recent project of managing data-related tasks for our clients and we find that it is very easy to use and helped us in managing people's projects very fluently.
We really like how we can integrate applications with the software and the customer support also provides awsm help. We find that it is in our budget and does not overload the computer while running SmartSheet.

What do you dislike about the product?
In our experience of using Smartsheet, we find very small drawbacks when we switch from MS-Excel, the ability to use formulas is limited rest it is good software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We find that after using SmartSheet our task completion time has reduced significantly, which is very surprising for us. So we decided to use it further for every next project. The main benefit is now we can complete more projects so we can earn more revenue at the same time. Earlier we were using excel which caused our data management very lengthy job.

Easy to use, has many functions similar to Excel

If you attach something to the wrong cell you aren't able to cut and paste to a new cell.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that they provide training to get you up to speed. It has incredible functionality and you can easily create reports, dashboards and automated functions.

Because it can do so many things and has great flexibility it's easy to miss a step

Explaining likes of this tool is not an easy task but still there are few which are explained below.

It has feature which allows you to access the tool on your mobile phones so basically it is equipped with mobile phone accessibility.

If I talk about dislikes there is only one point which I found is lacking is its customer support.

There are multiple things which are helped by this tool is real time basis tracking on the platform is extraordinaire.
Streamline Your Data Analysis Workflow with Smartsheet
What do you like best about the product?
Although, i like all the features of Smartsheet, but what i love most about it is- mobile use, i can access it via any device and get my work done in split hours. Next, what i like most about it is- ease to collaborate, i can interestingly share it with my team and give them the access to wdit , because of which anyone can exit or omit the point they feel on their own and we do not need invest long houra discussing the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't feel it has anything for which i should give negative marking, but the thing which concerns me is- i cannot easily contact their customer service as that is quite slow and makes my things delayed. Otherwise, in terms of performance, it is just amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet resolves all the problems occurred during the work. Earlier we face issue while tracking the progress of the ongoing project but with smartsheet now we can track real time progress. The advance features of this tool enables us to save time so that we can do timely deliverables. Now our team can work more productively so that we can achieve our highest reach.

Learning curve - user may require some time to learn how to use smart sheets effectively, especially when they are not familiar with project management tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving my most of the problems related to collaborate with the team or whether it's related to any kind of project, it's always been very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Can be shared with clients so that they can keep track as well. Also the workflow notification feature that tells you when the client has made a change and exactly which rows.

I think sometimes one expects more 'excel' like behavior, and then I remember that this is a different platform.

Efficient way to track your projects!
What do you like best about the product?
Automatic workflows and notifications feature is great.It streamlines communication, reducing the need for constant manual follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and statictics matrix. Not intuative and requires a porper setup. Another limitation is an integration with RM, which still suffers some gaps. Analytics form the RM can not be presneted on the smartsheet dashboards (like budget moniotring and resoucre utilization). Quite painful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking over 30 active project simulatneousely, showing the status stage at glance. Managemebt Reports are always up to date- thanks to the automatic dashboards and does not require any time to be insvested from my Project Management team

What do you like best about the product?
In terms of being our go to software for managing simple task of concept data management to assiging task to indvisual it is doing very good in 8 months of our use.
We got stuck while we cant figure out how to integrate with a particular app but suprisingly response rate was quite good which i didnt expect at first.

What do you dislike about the product?
Well in our experience of 8 months use we found some limitation like adding multiple spreadsheet in a single document and searching for specific formulas as excel.

number 1 problem it solves our problem of managing a project in our company efficiently previously it was very tidious with previously used softwares like ms excel and some other

Swift management tool with amazing chat support !!
What do you like best about the product?
I was skeptical when i first started using this software , but to my amazement in no time it replaces our current software we use to manage project information in our company.
Not only it provides time to time reminder but also helps our working flow trifold which we used to done on ms excel or google sheet .
I was amazed by how responsive the customer support is really really helpful .
We are using it for around 6 month after switching to ms excel and google sheet i think its a very good decision.

some problems that i find a little bit problematic is that the excel shortcuts are not applicable in this software
also the desktop version is quite not available right now as per i have used .

Our earlier softwares like ms excel and google sheets are very limited in way of managing the projects we do in our company , so it was quite a hassle but with smartsheet everything is quite smooth and fluent .
Availablitity of using different types of apps with integration is the most amazing thing we have find .
Its helps our task management and project handling by multiple times , overall its quite a performance boost in last 6 months.
