A game changer in collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet helps us in collaboration and communication with our team mates.
smartsheet is a platform where we can create our workflow and help us in managing orders, Inventory, product tracking etc. we can easily asign tasks and set deadlines this makes whole process very easy and straight forward and reduces risks. everyone stays informed and aligned towards project goals. easy to integrate.
Well customer support are also very supportive.

What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile version of smart sheet need to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allow project manager to effectively manage timeline and resources. Helps us in better communication with all team members we can discuss our tasks and deadline in real time easily. Smartsheet solves our big problem and save lots of time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's automation and customizable tools help me as a analyst to break data into easy and accesible manner making it presentable to the client. Also planning review process is escalated with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it take huge amount of time to download huge amount of data

Assigning a task to a particular person on every level which results in escalating the work flow and increasing the productivity of the company as a whole.

smartsheet is well regarded for several reasons. I appreciate its versatility and ease of use in project management. It offers a range of features like customizable templates, integration with other tools and real time collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
smartsheet is relatively expensive, especially for smaller businesses or teams on a tight budget. Also the mobile app for smartsheet is less intuitive or feature- rich compared to the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
smartsheet offers automation capabilities that help users automate repetitive tasks, set remainder and create approval workflows.
My ADHD brain loves Smartsheet!
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many tutorials, templates, and solutions. This makes it so easy to use for those at all competency levels. I appreciate the workflows and automations, which allow me to easily implement processes and workflows. Also helps so I don't have to remember as much, I can just set automatic reminders. As someone with an ADHD brain, having automations and workflows makes my life so much easier. I appreciate that you can also create customized views and share with those that don't have a full license. This makes it great for cross-organizational collaboration. I use Smartsheet pretty much every day. I also appreciate the help with formulas and the extensive community support that exists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports and dashboards can be a bit difficult to set up. While they have great functionality, there could be more. For instance, what can be pulled over and chart data. Could also be that it's just the data that we utilize for dashboards. They also aren't as user-friendly. I have attempted to learn more but do end up getting stuck. However, this might also be something that is just out of the scope for what Smartsheet can do. I sometimes wish there was a way, like in Excel or Sheets to have different tabs for information. Sometimes creating multiple sheets, even if connected, can be annoying and not as cohesive. Especially when sharing with those that aren't as familiar with Smartsheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Processes and automations. I work a lot with operation management and project management. Being able to set automatic workflows and reminders is a lifesaver. It keeps me on track, as well as my teams.
It's very good and give more output with less effort.
What do you like best about the product?
In Smartsheet, its easy to create a gantt chart in Smartsheet and you can manage it and make it work for you. Its very useful for simplifying a complex one it also show you the critical path of you project. It also work for real time collaboration. Its help me in visualize my task in multiple ways.

Smartsheet easy to use but the user interface does Lookdated.

It help me in creat project or workflows and break them down into tasks. it help me feed information to my task depending on my project or in workflow

Lots of available options. Easy to share. Easy to manipulate.

Wish there weren't so many additional features that needed to be purchased separately.

Some latency issues but only sometimes otherwise it's fine and there are some e-commerce add ons

With Smartsheet I can create any type of document including a calendar and manage my workflow with the help different templates it is highly customisable

Its very intiuitive when trying new things, great supportive team to guide where needed to create fit for purpose processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
No integration with powerpoint from the dashboards. When you snapshort the PDF version of the dashboard its blurry.

Smartsheet would be better if they had a tab options
