Does Smartsheet really making you smart ?
What do you like best about the product?
Versatility - smart sheets offers a wide range of features and templates suitable for various projects management needs .
Collaboration - it allows real time collaboration among team members, enabling them to work together on tasks, share files and communication.
Accessibility - being could-based , smarts shets provide accessibility from anywhere with the internet connection, enabling remote teams to collaborate.

What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve - user may require some time to learn how to use smart sheets effectively, especially when they are not familiar with project management tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving my most of the problems related to collaborate with the team or whether it's related to any kind of project, it's always been very helpful.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Can be shared with clients so that they can keep track as well. Also the workflow notification feature that tells you when the client has made a change and exactly which rows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes one expects more 'excel' like behavior, and then I remember that this is a different platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all the steps in a project.

What do you like best about the product?
Automatic workflows and notifications feature is great.It streamlines communication, reducing the need for constant manual follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and statictics matrix. Not intuative and requires a porper setup. Another limitation is an integration with RM, which still suffers some gaps. Analytics form the RM can not be presneted on the smartsheet dashboards (like budget moniotring and resoucre utilization). Quite painful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking over 30 active project simulatneousely, showing the status stage at glance. Managemebt Reports are always up to date- thanks to the automatic dashboards and does not require any time to be insvested from my Project Management team
Authentic and Budget friendly software with really useful features !!
What do you like best about the product?
In terms of being our go to software for managing simple task of concept data management to assiging task to indvisual it is doing very good in 8 months of our use.
We got stuck while we cant figure out how to integrate with a particular app but suprisingly response rate was quite good which i didnt expect at first.

What do you dislike about the product?
Well in our experience of 8 months use we found some limitation like adding multiple spreadsheet in a single document and searching for specific formulas as excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
number 1 problem it solves our problem of managing a project in our company efficiently previously it was very tidious with previously used softwares like ms excel and some other
number 2nd is that by improving accuracy our project finished within deadlines and with no sweat and also intergration of many apps are quite amazing.

Swift management tool with amazing chat support !!
What do you like best about the product?
I was skeptical when i first started using this software , but to my amazement in no time it replaces our current software we use to manage project information in our company.
Not only it provides time to time reminder but also helps our working flow trifold which we used to done on ms excel or google sheet .
I was amazed by how responsive the customer support is really really helpful .
We are using it for around 6 month after switching to ms excel and google sheet i think its a very good decision.

What do you dislike about the product?
some problems that i find a little bit problematic is that the excel shortcuts are not applicable in this software
also the desktop version is quite not available right now as per i have used .

Our earlier softwares like ms excel and google sheets are very limited in way of managing the projects we do in our company , so it was quite a hassle but with smartsheet everything is quite smooth and fluent .
Availablitity of using different types of apps with integration is the most amazing thing we have find .
Its helps our task management and project handling by multiple times , overall its quite a performance boost in last 6 months.

What do you dislike about the product?
According to my opinion, All the features are very advanced and helpful. There is no such dislikes of this tool but if i have to mention here then i would like to say that smartsheet can improves their mobile access features and customer support need to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has workflow automation so it helps my time and it has a real time communication. Team can create task list that enables stream line task management across individual and groups.The key benefit of smartsheet is transparent visibility and flexible work management so it allow team to improve coordination and complete all sizes of task.

Smartsheet's visual appeal makes it an excellent tool for monitoring the status of several projects and tasks at once.
