Had great experience with this tool , love the interface easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using smart sheet for a while now , it's a very smart and innovative tool help me get my work done smartly as it's automation feature help in reducing error and saves time by providing suggestions. Other features that I like the most is it's easy accessibility and mobility, we can access any file anywhere and at anytime. It also helps to keep the data secured as it follows highest os standard when it comes to security. We can also use various tools in it make our projects more presentabl and appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Features are good as I'm using it on my PC , but there are few points that I would like to highlight that are customer support as we need to be worked on to make this beautiful tool more effective as the customer support is not upto the mark, also when it comes to mobile apps there's a room for more features to be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me integration of data from various sources, and helps me to access it any time and any where also the data stored is secured since it follows the highest of security standards. It has benifited me in my creating reports and dashboard by providing easy to use interface and interactive platform.
Smart Sheet as a tool - Good or Bad
What do you like best about the product?
Well if we talk about the features of smart sheets so firstly , it is a cloud based platform which means that the data could be easily stored and accessed from anywhere at any point of time. Moreover, it helps to locate the real time progress of the project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opninion there is no dislike about smartsheet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to create a number of good tables with heavy amount of numbers resulting in well manned data structured. All of the team functioning could be done in real time such as communication , giving updates and reecieving major notifications about the progress of the project.

Folks confuse access to license, so maybe need to make this clearer.

We can easily share our reports and data to our team with full privacy . We can easily makes Dashboard and skip many manual task by using smart sheet .

It's take time to update anything if file is bigger . Difficult to understand tools for beginners

Basically i used to makes my team KPI Dashboard in single page to everyone can see and also assigned some task to my team or share data with my team

It enables an user to effectively and efficiently carry out their management functios with an user friendly interface.

Sometimes integration with other softwares makes it little complex to understand.

It is providing a better presentation of the reports that we used to generate earlier from other softwares.

What do you like best about the product?
It's Easy to use. Better than excel in algorithm like maintaining table and implementing any formula. Easy to track real time progress. It makes the corporate work more reliable and handle in a smart way.

As per my experience i didn't find any kind of dislike in smart sheets

Recently in my project i got encounter with a huge set of data. It includes hefty amount of numbers. Before smart sheet i was using excel to run down vertical and horizontal loop for making my work easier but with the smart sheet the energy and hard work of achieving more in less time becomes very handy

Smartsheet allows so many users to work on any project and same time anyone can edit the sheets. Also, because so many editable templates gives the flexibility to work as per our needs. Wide range of features of the Smartsheets and the data security are the most loved advantages of the Smartsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are not any dislike about Smartsheets for me but there is a scope of improvement in the customer support and the might be improved customization for ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The first and foremost advantage of Smartsheet is that it is accessible from mobiles as well. Also, Smartsheet helps in keeping a check on the project work-in-progress & status and it helps in collaborating with the team as well. It has reduced my manual work time since I have started using it and third-party applications are easily usable also.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature I liked about smartsheet is effective planning planning and management of smooth workflow. It also helps me to keep track of my work progress and evaluate the notes made by me to track the overall performance of my team as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some formulas does not work effectively when applied for a bigger data base as compared to excel. Also, it does not give basic feature such as merge cell.

Keeping up with the daily tasks has become hassle free with the switch to Smarsheet.
