Smartsheet is a good tool to use for data management and data maintaince in the form of table.
What do you like best about the product?
Using excel formulas shortcuts in smartsheet is what i like the best and the navigation through options for data manipulation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Look and the feel of the smartsheet needs some improvements, other than that everything works seamlessly.

Data management and ability to use formulas to manipulate and manage data easily.

Proper arrangement of of data for making reports like monthly gross revenue vs net revenu which may help in p&l report of any company or team and much more

Facing little bit difficulties while using formula . User interface is not Upto the mark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily maintain our data and store in cloud and access anywhere . We can easily makes online reports which can be acess by respective user . It's make easy work flow . We can also create technical performance chart through smart sheet.
Smartsheet has helped us keep track of client report and results of testing easily

Adaptable to different needs and projects. Easy to use once you've learned it. Able to sort tests and clients with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not the best at programming it, and you do have to have a license to do this. Learning curve has to be dealt with. Would be easer if online learning was accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data about shipping test materials, PO used, client names, results and any issues/investigations, OOS report results, or other events related to testing.
Has great potential but a bit high on price.
What do you like best about the product?
AI and automation used at its best to solve some of the major project management issues. Me and my team have integrated very convinently Smartsheet and its number of feautures that it provides in our daily . It is easy to implement and use saving time and cost to the company.

The pricing is a bit of an issue and customer support duration is long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves cost to company since it automates the task and we need not hire another person to do so. Also saves time spent on human error.
Smartsheet- A new generation tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most biggest advantage of this tool, I would like to highlight over here is that it gives us multiple functionality like we can communicate, we can do online & offline tracking, we can track the progress of the project in a real time event.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing at all which I dislike about the Smartsheet

The major problem which I use to find on another tools that they are not cloud platform based structure but Smartsheet is a cloud based platform which allows us to store the history of the ongoing project, so that we can easily access the previous use information.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like about Smartsheet that it is very convenient to use and it's collaborative task management approach makes work easier and also increases output.

As Smartsheet uses third party collaborations so there's always a risk or threat to security breach related to personal data and that's only thing that concerns me while using Smartsheet.

Smartsheet reduced the manual and time consuming processes by automating repetitive tasks. And it also got rid of poor communication and collaboration by facilitating seamless communication and collaboration among the team mates through real time updates .

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet can be well used in Human Resources department to maintain the records of the management. The user friendly interface and customisable templates is the best feature of smartsheet. HR managers use it for managing calendars and to assign tasks as well that's why I love it. Highly professional. The automation capabilities increase the productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes complex projects may require learning to fully optimize smartsheets and the high cost for a large organisation is also a downside. Data connectivity is needed for using smartsheets thus, in places with low network it becomes difficult to work.

Smartsheets helps to see through project status, deadlines and progress which helped me to maintain the task track and identify the problems or issues.
It was easy to organize and prioritize tasks which resulted in focusing on the key objective of the management.
The automation feature reduced the manual effort to remember the upcoming meets or important dates by offering alerts and reminders.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to create a number of good tables, including a large set of data, resulting in effective outcomes. I use it in the office, which helps me get concise and desired information from a large amount of numbers. Graphic representation of data is an added advantage.

Currently, I do not find anything that I dislike, and I hope that the status remains the same.

I deal with a lot of data and numbers. With Smartsheet, I use all the spreadsheet features, and that too over the cloud. Real-time updating of data. The response is impressive.
