What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is very usefull for our bussiness and data management and we can create our day to day task and easily assign to our team and they provide data pivacy as well

Interface is little bit difficult for new user and cost is lillte bit high as compare to it,s Competitor

it is helping in creating Team performance data in singlesheet and also helping in creating or assigning task in a group individually both . its help to manage our production sheet as well

What do you like best about the product?
Can handle large amount of data without seeing connectivity issues. As it is on cloud real time updates and resource allocations is smooth

At times intensive coding leads to slower updates to data sets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leveraging multiple worksheets is being avoided. Comments and attachments can be found along with each respective entries which makes work easier
Smartsheet is an organized platform used to create easy visuals.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Smartsheet is easy to use and it is multifunctional. I'm able to link data together and create dashboards easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
When editing Smartsheet dashboards, the movement is a bit clunky if you want to move certain reports or visuals to different areas of the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is helping to keep organized and also creates a nice visual for data reports.

Smartsheet has provided a great place for collaboration across many departments to take place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some formulas and capabilities in Excel that are not in Smartsheet. As I am migrating sheets over from Excel, this creates a lot of difficulties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has helped reduce the time waiting for approvals. Since everything is captured directly in Smartsheet, we are able to see who is making the approvals, when approvals are occurring, and where approvals are taking the longest.

It's very easy to use and haldle. It's algorithms is very good.

Nothing. Everything is good about smartsheet.

It helps me in managing my pirtfolio and also manages my projects very well.
Smartsheet to the Rescue!
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has saved us! We used to enter all data manually, but Smartsheet is so versatile, our non-profit has been able to use it in many ways to organize, automate, and streamline processes. We use Smartsheet to store client data, collect information needed to run our summer camp program, and update families on the status of their program registration. We also use it for our entire hiring process, and in managing our events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet is very expensive for a non-profit, and while we did cut costs elsewhere by adopting smartsheet, we are still paying more than we used to for database management. I also wish I could create aesthetically pleasing emails straight from smartsheet, instead of having to integrate another system like Constant Contact. Those would be the two biggest things I would change if it were up to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has saved us hours of time that we used to spend on data entry, by sending update and approval requests to our customers so they can change thier profile information themselves. The automation of Smartsheet to DocuSign has saved us a tremendous amount of time in writing up hiring agreements and other contracts. We also use Data Shuttle to pull payment and donation information, which feeds into Dashboards for stakeholders. Lastly, we love the Dynamic View feature to share only certain information, and prevent us from sharing HIPAA protected information.
Had great experience with this tool , love the interface easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using smart sheet for a while now , it's a very smart and innovative tool help me get my work done smartly as it's automation feature help in reducing error and saves time by providing suggestions. Other features that I like the most is it's easy accessibility and mobility, we can access any file anywhere and at anytime. It also helps to keep the data secured as it follows highest os standard when it comes to security. We can also use various tools in it make our projects more presentabl and appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Features are good as I'm using it on my PC , but there are few points that I would like to highlight that are customer support as we need to be worked on to make this beautiful tool more effective as the customer support is not upto the mark, also when it comes to mobile apps there's a room for more features to be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me integration of data from various sources, and helps me to access it any time and any where also the data stored is secured since it follows the highest of security standards. It has benifited me in my creating reports and dashboard by providing easy to use interface and interactive platform.
Smart Sheet as a tool - Good or Bad
What do you like best about the product?
Well if we talk about the features of smart sheets so firstly , it is a cloud based platform which means that the data could be easily stored and accessed from anywhere at any point of time. Moreover, it helps to locate the real time progress of the project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opninion there is no dislike about smartsheet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to create a number of good tables with heavy amount of numbers resulting in well manned data structured. All of the team functioning could be done in real time such as communication , giving updates and reecieving major notifications about the progress of the project.

Handy and easy tool for all to use with almost instant data loaded; it is a lifesaver.

Folks confuse access to license, so maybe need to make this clearer.
