What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet as a tool was beyond my expectations having all the necessary features a one can think of while using as a professional. The tool is equipped with AI where it automatically does the repeated work and helps in time savings.
Explaining all the features in the feedback is a tough task though some of them are explained below:
1. The assignments can be checked on real time basis by the top management and can watch dog of the junior, how they are approaching towards the task completion.

As an user, I could not find any dislikes, however, the tool needs attention towards the customer support improvement

As a senior, it is very helpful for me to have a look on the juniors about their progess over assigned tasks on real time basis

What do you like best about the product?
As per my experience in using this beautiful tool I find it is very easy to use and apply different things to solve a typical problems regarding maintaining statistics. Second of all it gives you to plan and make a good report on your projects. It also provides you the control on manage plus report on work in real time. the execution of work comes very handy with the help of this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I am concerned I don't find an kind of dislike in the smartsheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in very impactful ways to solve my business problems. I can keep my records and data very handy and can excess then without any trouble. It's more than productive or task app. It keeps me on the same page with the others in real time.
I am glad to watch the Smartsheet, it was an amazing learning and will recommend to my friends

End to end work management and better for performing any project. All the features are so advanced and very helpful. Its real time tracking ffeatures allows our team to work very efficiently and high quality of deliverables. We can also access this smartsheet over the phone and we can do any modifications any time and from anywhere. Smartsheet enables the user to receive actions as data updating and notification alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
According to my opinion, there is no such dislikes as much . But when we got faced some difficulty and then reach to the customer support team ,they are not helping us in a better way. This Customer support needs to be better and more user specific.

Improved communication and improved collaboration between team members. It also help our team to save time because of its advances features.

When we needed more advanced analytics and visualization choices we find that Smartsheet's reporting features are a little limiting. There are also limited options for report customization.

What do you like best about the product?
It is convenient to use and effective tool. I liked the easiness os sharing. It is powerful and highly customizable with Solid data protection and compliance and analytics (with reporting).
What do you dislike about the product?
Less user friendly compared to Excel. Also it is Pricey compared to other tools with Limited integration options. I am not sure but security can be a concern.

This project management tool is helping me to plan, track, automate, and report on projects. I dound it highly effective tool for project management.
