Easy to use interface with a visually pleasing dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
With Smartsheet's user-friendly features, it facilitates simple collaboration, helps us keep organized, and speeds up our process. This flexible software has us covered whether we're organizing events, tracking data, or managing projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we needed more advanced analytics and visualization choices we find that Smartsheet's reporting features are a little limiting. There are also limited options for report customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization is more productive because of Smartsheet. This involves optimizing project management procedures, cutting down on manual tasks, developing better teamwork, and enhancing project status visibility.

They are not supporting on email I think they can start support on the email this will help us too.

Automation process is the best it helps to save time and helps to do the work as per the need of individual.

Sometimes there are calculating errors which becomes creates problem in working on smartsheet.

As the work environment is changing rapidly the smartsheet helps me in doing my project with an ease and managing the work time to time.
Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is convenient to use and effective tool. I liked the easiness os sharing. It is powerful and highly customizable with Solid data protection and compliance and analytics (with reporting).
What do you dislike about the product?
Less user friendly compared to Excel. Also it is Pricey compared to other tools with Limited integration options. I am not sure but security can be a concern.

This project management tool is helping me to plan, track, automate, and report on projects. I dound it highly effective tool for project management.
New way to handle Data on the Go!
What do you like best about the product?
The Sync time between Phone app and website is instant, i can add data and my colleagues gets updated instantly

Some of pur clients are not much aware about it, so when we share data on smartsheet they are simetimes reluctant

The website is not heavy, so it feels lite to work on it, google sheet used to crash sometimes

We can easily keep organized and streamline our work with its user-friendly features. All in one platform for planning , monitoring , and working together in real time. We were able to maximize our efficiency and productivity because of Smartsheet.

While working with sheets, I experienced some lag. The long-term working experience is diminished by these shortfalls.

Because Smartsheet is such a flexible platform, we can customize our sheets to meet our specific project management requirements. It makes it easy to assign tasks, monitor progress, and coordinate projects. It increases output and optimize processes to a whole new level for our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many functions that i like about smartsheet like its integration, dashboard, gantt etc. I have been using this and i found that its helps me to save efficiency . Dashboard also has many functions which helps our team to connect with each other on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer services can be more effective so that, we resolve our issue on time. And mobile application should has more function like in desktop functions .

Application slow down a little bit when the workflows is high. By resolving this isse helps anyone to work with efficiently and without compromising anytime like delivered project on time, save time , etc.
A good alternative to excel for non excel users
What do you like best about the product?
I like the capabilities to link sheets to dashboards to be able to disply as charts in one area.

Sometimes the functionality can be wonky.
