Here i want to write my satisfactorily experience with smartsheet.
What do you like best about the product?
Its helps me to analysing my tasks through using different functions. For me , everything has been very much satisfactorily for me until now with smartsheet. But , i like the automation most. With this automation, its improve the efficiency of me and my team members. With features of dashboard, reports helps my team stay informed and see all the details on time. And so many function smartsheet provided us , so that we increases the quality and efficiency of our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using smartsheet for a long time but as such cons i didn't find until now. For me, there is a few things they can improve like customer service, mobile application ( desktop has more functions and easier to use than mobile application). Otherwise, it is a very good application to complication a wide range of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I already said that there is not such cons that i can mentioned here. Everything has been very much fine with me. If workload increase, smartsheet can maintain its smoothness . So that , we can maintain our collaboration , effficiency, acclerates project timelines etc.

I struggle with formatting limitations & when I cannot use some Excel functions like increasing row height in the entire sheet

It has really supported and standardized our still young PMO & project management processes

What do you like best about the product?
I like the thing in smartsheet is, it is giving me the Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and calendars which is not availbale in other softwares.
Too many people can view and work at the same time which is very useful to the team projects
and one more thing, it keeps remind me about my project, which is very helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First up of all it improves my efficiency and productivity, It gives me a organized work structure to view, manage and reduce my time. it access and update the information in real time whenever there is a information scattered.

Customization options: More experienced users can create custom templates, workflows, and automated alerts to adapt the tool to the company’s specific needs. Overall, there’s a wide range of customization available.

What do you dislike about the product?
The customization options are complex and time-consuming, even for expert users, and they’re also very difficult to maintain over time. When issues come up with templates, workflows, or automatisms, fixes are often applied only to new plans rather than to existing ones, which creates additional effort.
There are no interactive reports or dashboards for view-only users, so other tools are needed to work around these limitations. In our case, we exported the data and presented it to our top management team using Looker Studio.

Smartsheet simplifies the tracking and management of regulatory activities by avoiding the fragmented use of different files and systems. It reduces manual tasks and improves efficiency, while also supporting better harmonization across our processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is the newest form of working for a working individual. There are a lot of features that enables an individual to go ease with the day to day official working.
Out of my experience the best feature of them all is the security which enables to protect and abide by the compliances of the sensitive data. Me being an fraud investigator, security is at utmost importance and smartsheet helps to achieve the same at its fullest.
The grid view feature is also an icing on the cake which enables a user to organise tasks, projects, and the scattered data in rows and columns.

According to me the features that are equipped in mobile access for the smartsheet is comparatively less to desktop working, but can be easily managed if the quality of work is less in size.

I am a fraud investigator and smartsheet has helped us to maintain the compliances of the sensitive data for which the investigation is taking place.
The best part about it is that it cannot be accessed by anyone in the system unless untill granted access by the owner of the data.

If I talk about the dislikes I hardly found anything which can become a hurdle but still if it can work upon is its customer support which can help the user to get rid of any problem if arises.

Being a consultant with multiple billion dollar revenue clients data is major part in consulting, to overcome the problems it very useful tool having multiple features like automation, accessibility over the mobile phone, security etc. which makes it one stop tool where it can be easily traced by the top management and have a glance of assignments on real time basis.

What do you like best about the product?
The most I liked is that it has different tools and functionalities which is very useful in streamlining project management. It is also very user friendly so that anyone can use it with utmost convinience. It helps to track the progress and drive to success of project within deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, I found it bit difficult understand the tools as I have not used such a software before. Also, I am not sure how secure the data will be and how much is it exposed to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to allocate task and manage a project when you have such a software. All important checkpoints of a project can be tracked and can anlyse where and how to improve if we are unable to meet the deadline.

What do you like best about the product?
hi, i would like to share my wonderful experience of using the smartsheet, it has amazing mind blowing capacity of handling numbers of projects at a same time and i don't have to maintain lots of files by grouping them into a file. instead of banging my head for mentioning key updates of regular amending projects i can easily tag those points with my other staff members by collaborating their points whenever and wherever it could be possible for them to access it, just amazing fact of it that, yes, we can access it from anywhere and anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is amazing and almost enough to be given but if it has same features on handset as it has on PC/ Desktop it would have been a whole package of happiness and relaxation at workplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
most of the problems that me and my team has faced over the time are resolved with the help of smartsheet. we can track our ongoing project on a real time so that we can do any modifications if anything required. we can also integrates with other software tools like microsoft office and google workspaces and other third party sources. with the help of this now my team is working very efficiently and effectively

Guys, I'm too excited to share my personal review of using google smartsheet and its flexibility is just the best part of this smartsheet, I'm and i can use this smartsheet whenever and wherever i want. Can take update of the project and the blood licking deadlines. Update and progress of my other colleagues, accessibility is just awesome.

What do you dislike about the product?
I am very happy with all features of smart sheet its very useful and helpful to manage our work. it make very simple and easy to manage all work on single sheet. Just one point to mention here that sometimes our team experience difficulties with taking help from customer support. That is only things which needs improvement

Earlier we were lacking to track our prroject progress but with the help this smartsheet we have developed enough potential to face more challenges. Also, i can access it through my phone also as I'm mostly out of the office and requires update on regular intervals.
