Smartsheet has been pivotal in Project management and maintaining work progress
What do you like best about the product?
The various type of functionality such as maitaning stakeholders with each deliverable along with their emails and tags
What do you dislike about the product?
The raid it does not populate sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Had to maintain multiple spreadsheets for maintaining different subsets if the same data e.x project management statuses
Overall, it was good experiance with Smartsheet.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides a wide range of features and capabilities that have proven to be valuable in managing tasks, projects, and workflows. User friendliness is another quality that I have experianced. Smartsheet has helped streamline processes and improve productivity within teams. One can find it effective in achieving project goals and driving success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being less familiar with project management software or spreadsheet based goals, I find it difficult to understand initially. Data privacy and security is another concern that I have especially when we feed sensitive information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to assign tasks to team members and set deadlines using Smartsheet's task management. Each team member can access their assigned tasks and update their progress in real-time.

What do you like best about the product?
1. No need to have multiple applications to create a storyboard or presentation for my senior management. Everything is in here and all I need to do is just to update my sheet religiously regularly.
2. The Most Important and best one I liked about it is the feature to create a workflow, as most of my work is mostly basis re-engineering the process, I like to create a flow with the right pictures in the flow explaining the flow not on logically but also visually.
3. Works as both a project management tool that can help me track my projects and also make sure that I don't miss any important stages of my project with its reminders.
4. As the majority of my role is inclined toward project management and stakeholder management, I would frequently rely on smart sheets to complete most of my day-to-day activities at work.
5. We can assign any activities or tasks related to any project to the team members. As we can track our projects and share the same, we team members usually understand the importance of the task.
6. We can also share my project status or activities that are being performed with my stakeholders. The option to comment or raise queries is very helpful in getting clarity on each activity performed in the project

1. It doesn't adapt to the changes that we can have in the current projects or track the expected and actual dates of project completion or the assigned task completion.
2. It would have been better if smart sheet used any AI tools to apply predictive analysis for the projects that I have been working on so that I could know what preventive steps should be taken or if should I expedite the work to complete the project in time.
3. It just makes sure that a particular task is assigned to my team members, wish there could be a way to let them know the priority of the task or the importance or relevance of the tasks to a particular project.

Smartsheet would help me in assigning a particular task to my project and would be able to help me track the status of assigned tasks very efficiently. Also, it would help me track multiple projects in a very short time by making sure I don't have to manually prepare a Gantt Chart and let me know the status of the project very effectively. Also would remind me of my task and all the activities I am supposed to perform for that particular day.
Most of the time when I used to create workflows in PPTS, Excel, Visio, or Draw.io, I felt it hard to explain a complex flow to my stakeholders as they would lose context or interest if it was very lengthy or complex. But with a smart sheet, I would be able to create interesting and visually appealing workflows for my stakeholders.

Sometimes it takes me lot of time for even small tasks

It helps me to understand how many hours I am spending on each tasks and the output of each tasks.
Smartsheet for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use, its so intituitive that even if you don't do any reading or training, you can still start using right away. If you have used MS excel or MS Project, trust me its like a combo of those 2 on steriods. I like the ability to be able to create a project plan quickly with WBS heirarchy, assignee, due date and dependencies. Features to send - automated reminder, flexblity of UI, ability to access it from anywhere are very helpful. I love the built in templates to get started quickly with a complete package of sheets, reports and dashboards. The features are extensive and I have only scratched the surface. But I like it so far since using it for last 3 months.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to dislike but I would have liked better formatted WBS ( colors, fonts etc) avaialabe in templates so the project plan looks polished instead of a bland excel like sheet. There is limited colors avaialbe for formatting rows which is surprising. When leaders look at Smartsheet plans, they are not wowed and make us PMs do powerpoint dashboards and reporting. I wish that Smartsheet would give some basic setup support services for free for enterprise license users as they are setting up project plans for the 1st time. I can tell you if I have help with setup, I would promote it more and get more licenses for our teams.

Smartsheet is one of the best and outstanding tool i ever used in my work culture. It offers various key features that improves my peers and myself overall performance. I personally appraise the security level of this software . It keeps our data highly confidential and protect our data from any kind of breach. It also gathers information about the inefficiencies of the team members who is doing something or not for the progress of the ongoing projects. Smartsheet works upon the real time basis. So it shows personal dashboard for each project so that we can analyse the data regarding the projects and take actions accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
According to my overall experience and knowledge I am very much satisfied with all the features offered by smartsheet. Initially it is very difficult to understand the interface of the tool but regular utilisation of the software will ease your work and it is very reliable tool for our organisation need and requirement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I am working in an accounting firm, I have to prepare various reports and allocation to track the records of the project. So with smartsheet, I record all the data on a real time basis and wherever we are lacking in the project gets in front automatically. So we improves the things before or on time.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm very excited to share my experience of using smartsheet. Coming directly on point it is very accessible to anyone who has used MS Excel in any way and can be used anywhere anytime on any device. It is very easy to track the progress of our project deadlines, dependencies and much more by any of our team mates accessing it either sitting at home or office. Other than that it provides a clear visibility into project progress, updates and resource allocation and allows to make decisions more effectively.

As of now i found nothing useless in smartsheet except the customer support thats the only thing that needs to be improved, else everything is amazing.

I can review my progress and delays of tasks before my manager finds out. Also, i can check where i'm lacking as compare to others.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy design and workflow. Packed with useful features that helps to plan and execute the work timeline.

None particular. There are other project management tools available in the market. But this stands out in terms of its architecture design and ease of use.

Smartsheet offers great way to collaborate with team members. As a project manager, this really helps me in doing the work allocation and task management.
If everyone talk about all tools then I say smart sheet is the best tool at overall.

Smart sheets offer me various benefits at my work. Some of the features that I like most in smart sheets is that it's scalability. We can approach large companies too smaller scale companies with growing needs and development of the organisation. The other features which I like to highlight are automation which becomes very essential when it comes to alerts and conditional formatting. Apart from this we can track our on going project to systemize our growth and progress as per terms and conditions. It definitely includes the changes which are of the most necessity.
We can also access this smart sheet into our cell phones for doing random changes or corrections as per the requirement.

What do you dislike about the product?
As per me , I didn't found any kind of disadvantage in using this artificial tool but yeah a slight word of suggestion for their customer support so that customers could get better problem solving experience and satisfaction.

Since I am an drafting and negotiating the real time contracts with the huge client of our company smart sheet gives me an advantage over the rest of competition in my organisation. It resolved my on time queries and table data to present and prepare in a very excellent way

In our company, we use Smartsheet for product management and order tracking.
Smartsheet has been integrated to our delivery partner which automatically updates our orders and their information in the sheet.
Hence we dont have to spend time manually updating the order qty and order tracking information

Mobile support for Smartsheet is not as good.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Smartsheet for product management, order management and inventory management.
It is easily integrated with Tally and our delivery partner, hence there is very less manual intervention required in managing financial and order information.
Quantity are upated automcatically and almost every time all the data updated is correct.
All we require is to insert products/inventory in Smartsheet and forget about the updations as Smartsheet automatically updates all the data for us.
