It is the most efficient project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its very effective solution for project management, it has multiple features, Maintain huge data, also stored data can be accessed by multiple teams at a same time, we can easily visualise data in attractive manner through smart dashboard feature, and I really like the automation feature which is very useful for us it gives reminder emails for due tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is Smartsheet is somewhat more than that of other tasks PM tools, so that small businesses can't afford it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Therefore, because a single assignment depends on several teams and individuals, our work involves a lot of tracking and follow-ups. For all of these people, Smartsheet offers a single point of contact and platform that enables tracking, email automation of assignments, monitoring of your response times, and more. This benefits our team's capacity to retain data and complete projects on schedule.
Smart sheet- project planning and management
What do you like best about the product?
It gives me the combination of both jira and excel, helps me tracking, calendaring and create gantt charts. It is quite effevtive compared to excel and other tools i have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is bit less intutive for the end user. It also requires training to start with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides feature combination of exvel and jira.

What do you like best about the product?
I was using smartsheet for managing project data for National level competition. As a operation person have to analyse lots of financial and production center data and this helps me alot wit inbuilt template ans charting. My team collaboration easily directly dont have to share files every time. Calender view and Gantt chart in dashboard helped me showcase my project better than anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data analysis like Statistical analysis need to be add for better prediction of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As in competitive environment of IIM where you are competing with prestigious college student. In hand features template, gantt chart can comes very handy instead of making them in grid of other applications. Integration from different software to take data and project in smart sheet are also easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Being a frequent user of smartsheet, It benefits me in breaking down my project into highly cutomizable tasks with multiple fields that I need and for any of the task, I am able to associate details such as signee, category, department and priority level, start, reminder, due dates etc. Also I am able list tasks into charts and boards. Earlier I was using spreadsheet for this pupose, but I felt spreadsheet I am able to use spreadsheet for basic task management, but for complex projects it becomes trious with this. Hence, I felt need for dedicated solutions like smartsheet, which can be very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few things I feel can make smartsheet more efficient in furture is:
- Some improvement in user interface and user experience can be done, since for begineers coming here without experince in excel spreadhseet can be overwhelming to understand features
- Some time tracking features could be helpful if added in smartsheet
- Also cutomer support could be improved for smartsheet

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves many purpose for me. Such as it is easier for me and my clients to look and navigate and represent the data in multiple ways even using attachments, other files. We can direct messaging in real time with other person from other department or from client side as well. So it enables collaboration, better than it ever did with excel. I can onboard multiple people on spreadhseet easily. Other thing is I can build recurring project templates here with spreadhseet based on workflows, status change, approvals and much more. And finally it has KPIs and Integrations with business apps like sales force and slack, which helps in connecting with even other tools from clients slide as well, which solves more purpose than imagine.

What do you like best about the product?
It is giving us the features of both Excel and Jira . It helps us collaborating withing different teams. It gives us tracking functionality , how the project is going.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has bit of steep learning curve and can be a bit overwhelming in the start.

It gives us real time tracking, helping to schedule task, can create gatt charts, calendaring, all in one

What do you like best about the product?
First time when i used the smartsheet, I thought it was little hard to adopt this. But smartsheet is very reliable and easily conductible. It contains very helpful features like customisation in which we can customise or edit our project data according to their management needs. We can also manage our task easily like user and track their progress and set their deadlines and follow accordingly. The one features i liked the most that it integrates with other third party tools like microsoft office, google workspace so that we can incorporate with ongoing workflows. At last the very flexible one that we can access this smartsheet with mobile phone.

Smartsheet can be least helpful to other users but for me it is very helpful and if you consider it overall then it is the best tools which one can used at their workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was facing problems like i was not able to track my ongoing project on real time but with this tool i can track my ongoing project progress on real time basis. I can also edit few of the features over the mobile phone access so in that way it is also benefiting me.
I like the ability to keep everything organized in a very centralized location.

I think this is an extremely easy product to interact with from an end-user perspective.

I cannot identify any issues that I've encountered while using SmartSheets.

Keeping all communication in a centralized area is beneficial as opposed to parsing through a massive email thread.
Smartsheet - Efficient Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of features in a single tool, helps me keep track of all my deadlines and tasks, the user interface is very friendly. The two main points I like are the task reminders, and clean user interface.
It has been easy to link up my previous google sheets data into smartsheets, the learning curve wasn't that high. Whenever I come across any new feature, it is quite easy to find or sort any queries due to established smartsheet customer forum.
I have been using it for 2 months, and it has been very easy to adapt into daily tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are many useful features, but user has to come across them over the course of time, and going through tutorial most users avoid. So a better interactive method for users to be familiar can be an improvement, although the current isn't the worst, it's just that it takes time to come across all capabilities of the software. Also, mobile browser view is very old design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main key feature I personally use Smartsheet is for my own task tracking, however it is very useful to a small group of colleauges working on a task together. It enhances the tracking and easy interface is really adaptable to users migrating from other frequently used softwares.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about smartsheets that I mostly like is Dashboard. The Dashboards which are created through smartsheets are very informative and easily understand to others cause of it becomes easy to describe particular data to others
What do you dislike about the product?
Usually it dont have much to dislike but sometimes it becomes complex to make it because of its mathematical formulas. Its becomes difficult few times to put a proper formulas and functions to make it work as per our requirements and obtain a perfect outcome.

Smartsheets are solving quite few things which i requires. Like its proper dashboards creation which can be easily analysed.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to access. Multiple people can view real-time content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. It serves it's purpose. Maybe better calendar functions that integrate with Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep a project 'lessons learned' list that I'm able to filter through. Smartsheet also helps me track the areas we have taken pgregress photos.
