My experience with smartsheet is very outstanding and helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet provide me with various features which proves very helpful like one of the feature is automation capabilities through workflows , it also keep informed all the team members about the deadlines and any changes required. Other features which is very helpful to me is that we can visualize our ongoing projects through various dashboard and reporting features. There is one interesting feature that we can easily access the smartsheet over the phone. With this feature we can easily stay connected and manage our ongoing projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per my opinion, there is no dislikes or least helpful features as such. All the features are very helpful. One point i want to mention here that customer support is not much responsive. If this will be improved then everything is just awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet benefits in many factors like we can track our project in real time and my team is working very efficiently and effectively with smartsheet features. Me and my team is easily utilize the smartsheet features.

All in one, I can have my project plan, follow ups, gantt, WBS and a Executive Report

Predecessors settings, might be good to have it on the Upper Menu

having many PM tools on a single place, reducing the time we spent preparing status reports

Hard to learn (personally). I need one-on-one education and learning by doing.

Tracking agreements and streamlining issuing/approval of contracts.
Well during the time using smartsheet i can say its is best yool for task management

Well smartsheet is easy to use and very versatile and also its automation features make task easy and manageable

Well as for the me personally the most disliked thing about smartsheet is it's limited formatting options and as fo cooperate i think its cost

Well the problems it is solving is create a centralised project management and task tracking and project monitoring

Document builder, ticketing systems. Smartsheet community is amazing and helpful.

Can not have many users at the same time. Some basic features can be used in paid version only.

Very helpful in providing reminders and notifications to the users for the updates.
Streamlining Project management task with smartsheet
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet helps me in streamelining my project tasks, assigning it to the correct user, as well as keeping track of the task in more efficient way. Its real time updating as well as dashboarding feature helps me to be ahead of teams progress and manage project needs better. Since it allows integration, I am able to get cross tool task in synce as well as work with cross functional teams in better way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it fulfiling most of my needs, just that it could be more of intutive to teams and end users,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves in cross tools integration, which lacked in other tools I used in the past, It helps me through all the cycles of my project management needs which is one of the reason why started using this. It mitigated use of some different tools for assigning, tracking and scheduling process. It automates the workflow, saving ton of my times. It has so many features like Project planning,Task list by portfolio, Project with WBS, Then it also helps me increating new workspace, reports or dashboard in these workspace along with creating forms feature.

It is user friendly,intutuve UI ,having powerful analytics and reporting tools features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel sometime, loading proccess too long, and with high price very less features are available.

User friendly such as new or less experience user can access easily.

Smartsheet brings value but the cost is rather high

Smartsheet is a goot alternative to Microsoft applications which are more complex to use and less user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about smartsheet is it's very easy and simple to access due to it's user friendly interface. I totally recommend smartsheet for daily official use.

I can't think of any right now but I would recommend to get more integration options with smartsheet.

Smartsheet is helping me with bandwidth since it makes my an hour work to be done within 10-20 minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps me integrate different tools. It is user friendly. It helps me manage all my project management needs. It helped me keep track of all my work and related cross functional team work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not time consuming if I have to learn advance smart sheet so the learning curve is bit sharp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me save time in keeping tab if a number of tasks as well as solving them in the correct timeline. It is easy to communicate and use with different teams . It is highly efficient compared to excel or asana.
