What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has assisted me in both my personal and work life. The ability to create automation, and utilize templates that are built with PMO/LSS/Agile/DevOps in mind and more truly helps put projects and tasks to full use with these features. Also, having the ability to create track dashboards. It's also very easy to implement for multiple departments and allows consistent collaboration with real-time information to users. It's able to integrate with various third-party applications to provide more data insights on projects and tasks as well as having workflows that emphasize automation. Our organization uses Smartsheet daily and it's made a lot of processes and projects successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI has become more standard, and integrating AI is something Smartsheet needs to do as there are some limitations that Smartsheet can't do from its competitors like Notion, Monday.com, Asana, PPM PRo, etc. If Smartsheet were to focus on providing these functions and features it'll place it at a higher position in the PMO/organization SAAS industry.

What do you like best about the product?
It made my life easy since it has a user friendly interface and with it's supportive automation nature we perform with less time.

Pricing are quite high as compare to other products

What do you like best about the product?
The robust features for organizing, tracking, and managing tasks, projects, and workflows. Its user-friendly interface, customizable templates, and integration capabilities make it popular among teams of all sizes, from small businesses to large enterprises. I have been using it for some thing and it has worked well for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuring advanced functionalities is a little complicated. Also, the pricing structure can be made a little budget friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple projects simultaneously makes it complicated, and using excel files has been a traditional approach. I always wanted a software that can automate a few things about my project and gives me an overview of everything. And thats what Smartsheet is helping me.

Smartsheet has good 3rd party integration facilities.
It can be easily integrated to 3rd party financial softwares such as Tally.
Moreover maintaing large data is easy, as sheets can be shared with multiple members who can insert and maintain inventory data of the products in the same time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet doesnt has to much friendly UI in the mobile.
As i cannot carry my computer all the time, hence i need to often open Smartsheets in my mobile and it becomes very difficult to manage Smartsheets in mobile.

I am the founder of MZC Inc (A brass material export industry based in India).
We have a inventory of large number of products.We use Smartsheet to manage all our inventory.
We have even used Excel but Smartsheets is good than Excel.
Its automation feauture is extremely good, as when the stock gets low, it gives us a low stock warning.
We have also integrated Smartsheets with Tally thus it automatically mainatains all the financial logs

Easy to work with project management and collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely easy to use, efficient, and light weight with amazing customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is only available for Windows and I can't use excel shortcuts in it.

A very good alternative to excel and other project management tools like JIRA. Being an interactive platform, collaboration becomes much more easier and fun.
