What do you like best about the product?
I find it simple to use and navigate Smartsheet's user interface. The User Interface is simple and easy to understand, there is built-in drag and drop feature, and doing chores I hadn't done before was a breeze.

The mobile app for Smartsheet is limited in its functionality.

In my experience as a Product and Project Manager across various industries, Smartsheet is among the best project management software applications I have used. It offers a plug and play method for onboarding new applications.

As a MIS and Data Analyst it's really helpful tool I can analyse whatever I want in a presentanle manner. Features of this tool as compare to others apps is really very workable and good.

One of my best features for Smartsheet is the automated work flow and email reminders we get your our tasks, making sure that the team is aligned with the progress, and key deadlines are met. It has a very user friendly interface, making the training of new employees quick and simple. Customization is a very important criteria for lots of users, and Smartsheet has a lot of scope for the same. Great tool for Project Managenent
What do you dislike about the product?
For someone who has used excel extensively, Smartsheet can improve on their integration with excel, allowing the functionality of the software to be improved, so that the wide range of formulae being used in excel can be integrated in Smartsheets as well. Apart from that, it has limited number of rows and columns for data entry compared to Excel

It is a comprehensive project management tool, and the workflow can be easily tracked, helping the team to concentrate on critical issues rather than worrying about tracking their progress
