What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is very usefull for teamwork. There are so many features which we can use to optimise our ogranization process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface should me more user friendly. so it will me more populer amongts other spreadsheet software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making report and anlaysis data in smartsheet this problem I am solving using smartsheet and this is very benifiting to me and saving my hours of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is very user friendly. The interface is easy to use and it helps to manage daily work with so much ease. I have been using it for sometime now. It helps my teammates to collaborate and work on dashboards etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a desktop version available for it for further ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part about smartsheet is the collaborative feature. People can work together on the project without affecting each other's work. The interface is very interactive which makes it quite dynamic and wide to use.
An easy to use and efficient collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature has to be its ease of use. In a team, there will always be people with different technical expertise and aptitude for learning and adapting to a new tool but Smartsheet has a very easy-to-use interface along with the ability to handle data with speed and simplicity. It enables the team to directly start using it without the need for any training time or effort. The features of adding reminders and comments also help during collaboration. One more thing that I really like is the customer support that they provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a desktop version of Smartsheet very soon. Also, it could add some more formulas that Excel has and it would be nice if one could use shortcuts similar to Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is proving to be a good alternative to Excel. It is not an exactly like-for-like replacement just yet but it can prove to be a significant upgrade. People who use Excel, Jira, and Tableau for various tasks can get a lot of the work done in just one tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it simple to use and navigate Smartsheet's user interface. The User Interface is simple and easy to understand, there is built-in drag and drop feature, and doing chores I hadn't done before was a breeze.

The mobile app for Smartsheet is limited in its functionality.

In my experience as a Product and Project Manager across various industries, Smartsheet is among the best project management software applications I have used. It offers a plug and play method for onboarding new applications.

As a MIS and Data Analyst it's really helpful tool I can analyse whatever I want in a presentanle manner. Features of this tool as compare to others apps is really very workable and good.

What do you like best about the product?
One of my best features for Smartsheet is the automated work flow and email reminders we get your our tasks, making sure that the team is aligned with the progress, and key deadlines are met. It has a very user friendly interface, making the training of new employees quick and simple. Customization is a very important criteria for lots of users, and Smartsheet has a lot of scope for the same. Great tool for Project Managenent
What do you dislike about the product?
For someone who has used excel extensively, Smartsheet can improve on their integration with excel, allowing the functionality of the software to be improved, so that the wide range of formulae being used in excel can be integrated in Smartsheets as well. Apart from that, it has limited number of rows and columns for data entry compared to Excel

It is a comprehensive project management tool, and the workflow can be easily tracked, helping the team to concentrate on critical issues rather than worrying about tracking their progress

As an IT professional the thing i like best about smartsheet is, it provides me high acces visibility over access of data which ensures high security of data within our organisation.
