Smartsheet is a smart way to manage our Projects and Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
With Smartsheet, we combine the greatest features of project management software and spreadsheet. It provides ease of use into one platform for collaboration and project management. We produce and manage many types of work with Smartsheet, including company portfolios and personal projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because users must trust a third-party supplier to keep and manage their data in the cloud, Smartsheet raises some security and privacy issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet interfaces with numerous well-known products and platforms, including Google Workspace, Salesforce, Slack, Microsoft Office 365, and more, and gives an extremely neat user experience.

I don't dislike anything related to smartsheet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It manages my time quite well as it helps me keep a track of my tasklist and create new ones accordingly

It offers a wide range of tools which includes resource management, tracking, automation. It helps in increasing the productivity.

As of such i dont see anything which i dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team members are easily sharing updates and providing feedback which is helping us to increase productivity.
Smartphones, smartwatches, then why not Smartsheet!
What do you like best about the product?
As a team leader, on Smartsheet, I was able to track my team's performance on a real time basis in a very user friendly yet intuitive and engaging manner which was otherwise missing previously on excel
What do you dislike about the product?
Its limitations on integration with other similar project management tools. Additionally, if the spreadsheet is really large, it can get a bit laggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to collaborate with my team on a real time basis and the feature to assign tasks to a certain team member really helped me a lot as it was a massive upgrade from Excel which obviously didn't allow this.
Helpful and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
it is very easy to use. I like the look of the smartsheet more than other tools. its filter report feature is really good. It can be used with other tools very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to save your sheets frequently as auto-save does not work some times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Autosave does not work sometimes. You can't use filter reports to prepare dashboards.

Smartsheet assisted us in accomplishing our objectives, regardless of the size of the project or portfolio we are managing. With Smartsheet's dynamic and adaptable platform, we may design and alter our own procedures and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex projects requiring sophisticated capabilities like dependency management, critical path analysis, and risk management are not a good fit for Smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of robust analytics and reporting capabilities, we obtained deep knowledge and made informed decisions. We can work together as a team, exchange information, and automate processes. Smartsheet is a smart sheet, not just a spreadsheet.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy to use it is and has a lot of features like team collaboration tools, dashboards along with reporting features.
Also a good alternative to Power BI if you have the data handy.

For future they can consider adding additional integrations with live data streaming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made it easy for us to collaborate on data for analysis. It helped to automate a lot of the busywork, which lead to increased efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is awesome for handling projects! I love its easy-to-use Gantt charts, cool collaboration features, and strong project management tools. It's like mixing simplicity with serious power, making it perfect for smooth teamwork and keeping projects on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I'm working on big data, Smartsheet fails to load it. I guess it's a drawback of working on any online spreadsheet tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps me in handling different spreadsheets in a better and smart way. On top of it, it helps me immensely with project management and helps me to stay organised.

The best thing I like about Smartsheet is that it helps in storing data that can be accessed by multiple teams at a single point in time. Also, the automation features help in easing the work. The reminders set up in Smartsheet help prevent the delay for work. It is very useful in team collaboration and presenting data in an attractive format. One of the best features is that we can attach multiple files easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside for Smartsheet is fewer formulas to use as compared to MS Excel, also the storage capacity of data row and column-wise is less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet solves the problem as multiple inter-departmental teams use it to track, store, and update the data. It is very helpful in providing reminders and notifications about the updation of tasks assigned to individuals. Due to reminders, we can meet the deadlines on time. Apart from this, we can attach multiple support files to single cells which helps in creating a backup for data. It is an excellent application for a business where the data is handled by multiple teams as it also shows the history of data change which helps us in tracking the change that occurred.
