Smartsheets are easy to use and handle.
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheets provides more dynamic approach to their users with User Friendly environment. We can easily handle large amount of data with the help of using smartsheets in our daily routine work. We can also track the progress of our work in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are multiple functinality and features available in this tool somtimes it seems difficult for a partial user to analyse its functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have minimized our project status meetings after having proper connectivity with Smartsheets. Real Time summarization is possible with Smartsheets. With the help of using smartsheets we can manage our work very easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet dashboard is very informative and easy to use.
It gives email notifications for tasks and deadline to each member in the team to whom task has been asigned.
Once i was stuck in some issue in Smartsheet, customer support was very eager to help me and provided a solution to my problem very quickly

What do you dislike about the product?
I think, price of Smartsheet is a bit high.
Accessing Smartsheet in mobile phone is a bit hectic.
Moreover i guess they should also work on 3rd party integrations such as hubspot which is very difficult.

I am using smartsheet to manage projects and its task.
I assign all the task to my technical team using Smartsheet, thus helping me to manage my team efficiently.
Communications lags inbetween my team has reduced.

Smartsheet's ease of use is its greatest feature. Because of the interface's ease of use and intuitiveness, our team can easily begin interacting right away. We had little trouble implementing Smartsheet, and we didn't need any training to start going.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that there are nearly too many features is what I despise most! Because Smartsheet contains so many features, at first it could be a little intimidating. It took us some time to completely utilize all of the capabilities and figure out which ones were most helpful for our purposes, despite the astounding quantity of functions. Throughout the entire learning process, the customer support staff was really beneficial.

Although Smartsheet has a mobile app available for iOS and Android smartphones, its features are not as extensive as those of the desktop version. Since we rely so heavily on working when on the go, it is unfortunate that several advanced functionalities are not completely accessible on mobile devices. Basic functions, such as viewing and modifying sheets, can still be performed on mobile devices.

not easy to apply formulas in specific columns.

Collaboration with mutiple users of differenent teams which is very helpful using smartsheet to alert them by using worflows
A good tool for work management
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has much flexible views than microwoft excel. This can be seen from displaying the data including grid, card, Gantt, and calendar, which helps the teams to a great extent. They can work together and complete the assigned tasks in lesser time than Excel with good accountability. On the other hand, Excel is limited to a grid view, and takes more time than Smartsheet. In addition, it difficult for a project manager to plan, and track the tasks assigned to team.

Setting up workflows can be challenging for the begineers and missing one item could make all the workflow wrong

My company rolls out multiple projects in span of a quarter and requires tracking of each roll out efficiently so that we can cater support queries if any. smartsheet helped us in outsourcing everything related to workflow management.

Workflow management. Setting deadlines, tracking progress and adding comments for each daily/weekly meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using it daily for quite some time. It makes my daily work easy and helps me in data sanitization a lot. I like the look of the dashboards too. It has many advanced features that are not available in any other similar tool. Its auto reminders work well. One of the best parts is that it's very user-friendly and easy to use. it can be integrated with any other tool very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think formula implementation should be improved because sometimes it becomes difficult to understand it other than that it's easy to use.
Another thing is that we can not use reports to make dashboards which is time-consuming.

Data maintenance, data hygiene, and presentation with its amazing dashboards it is making me more efficient as it automates work quickly and more presentable with its wide range of features.
I like its home page more than other portals as it is more organised and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
My role was to manage multiple projects from start to finish and monitor the progress of various team members. Smartsheet allowed me to track everything related to current projects in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike it, but I couldn't find the feature where I could segment projects based on departments like marketing, product, etc. I'm not sure if it was already there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me in creating a Gantt chart for each project and each team member working on the project. Also, I can get regular updates about the progress. Valuable for daily and weekly updates with the team.
