Experience is good and features are great and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to integrate with other tools also it is highly Customizable and it has collaboration feature.

Additionally, dependency tools for some.

We have the best tools for task management, project planning, and tracking with Smartsheet. There are some incredible ERP features in the program. It is perfect for managing the workforce because it simplifies delivery, which boosts output.

Because users must trust a third-party supplier to keep and manage their data in the cloud, Smartsheet raises some security and privacy issues.

Team members are easily sharing updates and providing feedback which is helping us to increase productivity.
Smartphones, smartwatches, then why not Smartsheet!
What do you like best about the product?
As a team leader, on Smartsheet, I was able to track my team's performance on a real time basis in a very user friendly yet intuitive and engaging manner which was otherwise missing previously on excel
What do you dislike about the product?
Its limitations on integration with other similar project management tools. Additionally, if the spreadsheet is really large, it can get a bit laggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to collaborate with my team on a real time basis and the feature to assign tasks to a certain team member really helped me a lot as it was a massive upgrade from Excel which obviously didn't allow this.
Helpful and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
it is very easy to use. I like the look of the smartsheet more than other tools. its filter report feature is really good. It can be used with other tools very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to save your sheets frequently as auto-save does not work some times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Autosave does not work sometimes. You can't use filter reports to prepare dashboards.
