What do you dislike about the product?
not easy to apply formulas in specific columns.
eg vlook up option is excel but such formulas are tough to use in smartsheet

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration with mutiple users of differenent teams which is very helpful using smartsheet to alert them by using worflows
A good tool for work management
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has much flexible views than microwoft excel. This can be seen from displaying the data including grid, card, Gantt, and calendar, which helps the teams to a great extent. They can work together and complete the assigned tasks in lesser time than Excel with good accountability. On the other hand, Excel is limited to a grid view, and takes more time than Smartsheet. In addition, it difficult for a project manager to plan, and track the tasks assigned to team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up workflows can be challenging for the begineers and missing one item could make all the workflow wrong

Its helping me in organising my work in a better way and I can track my team work easily

What do you like best about the product?
My company rolls out multiple projects in span of a quarter and requires tracking of each roll out efficiently so that we can cater support queries if any. smartsheet helped us in outsourcing everything related to workflow management.

None during my tenure, I was happy with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow management. Setting deadlines, tracking progress and adding comments for each daily/weekly meeting.
Smarter Way to Work Efficiently
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using it daily for quite some time. It makes my daily work easy and helps me in data sanitization a lot. I like the look of the dashboards too. It has many advanced features that are not available in any other similar tool. Its auto reminders work well. One of the best parts is that it's very user-friendly and easy to use. it can be integrated with any other tool very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think formula implementation should be improved because sometimes it becomes difficult to understand it other than that it's easy to use.
Another thing is that we can not use reports to make dashboards which is time-consuming.

Data maintenance, data hygiene, and presentation with its amazing dashboards it is making me more efficient as it automates work quickly and more presentable with its wide range of features.
I like its home page more than other portals as it is more organised and easy to use.
Due to its advanced features in notification alerts, I never miss to fill important data in my worksheets.

Enabled in efficient project management
What do you like best about the product?
My role was to manage multiple projects from start to finish and monitor the progress of various team members. Smartsheet allowed me to track everything related to current projects in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike it, but I couldn't find the feature where I could segment projects based on departments like marketing, product, etc. I'm not sure if it was already there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me in creating a Gantt chart for each project and each team member working on the project. Also, I can get regular updates about the progress. Valuable for daily and weekly updates with the team.
Smartsheet has been very helpful in managing tasks as an independent advocate.

Can manage N number of cases in one sheet with dates and data and organize paperwork at one place.

The comment feature could be more detailed. It's easy to miss it.

As a lawyer, I have various cases and files related to those cases that I need to maintain. Smartsheet makes data out of all this and eases my work.
