What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet's user-friendly interface, its flexibility in creating various types of sheets, its robust project management features, its customizable templates, extensive integrations, and real-time updates contribute to improved team productivity and efficiency, and its seamless integration with other tools and platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet may have occasional glitches or bugs in the software, limitations in advanced reporting and analytics features compared to more specialized tools, and the complexity of certain features for new users.

An application packed with ton of features
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to change the visual representation from grant chart to card in a click. The UI is simple and powerful. You won't need project management expertise to use the software.
As long as you have the key details about your project it's easy to implement in smartsheet.
Its integration with Outlook means I use it every day without moving away from my email client.

What do you dislike about the product?
If the smart sheet can create a dashboard feature for all the projects I manage or participate in, that would be great. This will remove the need for me to go to each project individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is helping me to manage my small change projects as well as big projects for business efficiency. It allows me to share the project with all stakeholders and add reminders. Every stakeholder prefers to look at the project from different angles. It also allows me to ensure other team members have visibility even when they are not participating.

Smartsheet has enabled us collaboration very easy. It has also helped collating the data very easy and without the fear of storage.

It would be helpful if it could make applying and understanding formulas easier.

Smartsheet is solving the problem of storing files on local drives and of limited access. This has helped in easy connectivity within team.

Doesn't have the pivot table options and it does not allow to comment on the single cell.

it provides multiple views and we can view accordingly whatever view we likes.

i downloaded it on mobile but there needs to be more imporvement in the mobile version

Smartsheet is new tool to replace Excel. Putting formulas in Smartsheet is way easier than Excel.

What do you like best about the product?
1. One of primary Features I like about smartsheet is User-friendly Automation. As, automating row level reminders/alerts by choosing approperiate triggers as per ones need to send/receive updates via mails has made easy implementation of tasks while reducing human efforts. We are just required to input infroamtion one time on sheet, and automation will help the assigned person to be notified about the task to be done along with cells to be filled. Drag and drop option reduced manual efforst as data is not copied on hidden cells has become one of the features to be rely on.
3. Live smartsheet access can easily be intergrated with software like MS excel, Tableau etc, changes made in smartsheet will be reflected in MS excel just by clicking refresh.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the key issues I found out using smartsheet is data overlapping when mutliple people are entering information in the shared sheet causing incorrect data flow due to which data needs to be saved manually at each step. Also, Dashboards can be made more user friendly and more dynamic in visual engagement like adding variety of chart and metrics layout which can make smartsheet stand out more.

Easy to use functionality and collaborative mechanism has helped us in being updated with the work as well executing the task in effecient way. Automation being one of the functionality of smartsheet has reduce human efforts, updating assigned person regarding new task assigned and managing data standardization by notifying on wrong or missing fields to be entered. Therefore, It not only makes execution possible but at the same time standardize date to produce better outcomes.
