That the data can be represented not only in tabular format but it can also be represnted as a Dashboard which fetches live data from the sheet.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when multiple users are working on the sheet at same time, data takes time to get refreshed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. It gives us live updated data at a single place for the entire team.
2. It provides us a visual representation of our data in the form of dashboard which helps me to analyze the day to day progress of my work.
3. With the help of automation lots of manual efforts and time is being saved.

Amazing tool but needs improvement in certain areas
What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful to create a dashboard. I can copy and paste data from anywhere and it will get pasted in the standardised format, Number of users can use the sheet at one time and still filters used by one user dont effect the work of the other user something that used to happed in MS Excel a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data gets over written, If 2 users are typing the data in the same column and at the same time, the data gets over written which is a very frustrating task. Sometimes that smartsheet takes a lot of time in opening and loading the sheets, and this has been happening recently and mostly happens when you open smartsheet for the first time in a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple users can collaborate and sharing the sheet is very easy unlike in Excel, Automation is very helpful in applying formulas and automatically filing data.

Smartsheet may have occasional glitches or bugs in the software, limitations in advanced reporting and analytics features compared to more specialized tools, and the complexity of certain features for new users.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to change the visual representation from grant chart to card in a click. The UI is simple and powerful. You won't need project management expertise to use the software.
As long as you have the key details about your project it's easy to implement in smartsheet.
Its integration with Outlook means I use it every day without moving away from my email client.

What do you dislike about the product?
If the smart sheet can create a dashboard feature for all the projects I manage or participate in, that would be great. This will remove the need for me to go to each project individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is helping me to manage my small change projects as well as big projects for business efficiency. It allows me to share the project with all stakeholders and add reminders. Every stakeholder prefers to look at the project from different angles. It also allows me to ensure other team members have visibility even when they are not participating.

Smartsheet has enabled us collaboration very easy. It has also helped collating the data very easy and without the fear of storage.

It would be helpful if it could make applying and understanding formulas easier.

Smartsheet is solving the problem of storing files on local drives and of limited access. This has helped in easy connectivity within team.
