it is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
It help me mostly streamline the data and show the number via Dashbaord.

There is nothing that I dislike about Smartsheet.

Its helps me streamline the data.
We use Smartsheet a lot, but do find some features clunky
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful feature is attachements and domments on each row. this allows supporting documents to be attached for quick reference as well as dialogue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is dated and clunky, often in chats people forget to @ people, start new chats as opposed to hitting reply or dont realized they have clicked on another line when commenting. it's really easy to make mistakes here. Also have to make comments repeatively or upload attachment multiple times is also paionful. This is when multiple lines might related to the same supporting documents or comments.

Allows us to track warrany issues with supporting documents and correspondence

It was a very realiable tool to manage building projects

the new updates have created a very clunky work environment, ive stopped using it alot of the time and have even started looking for alternatives

Project communication and availability of information

Excellent project management tool. It gives me the flexibility to build whatever I need on my own!

Using the Smartsheet application is extremely painful. It would requires multiple updates to make it a great application. I can't recommend Smartsheet right now because the application is just so weak compared to other applications.

A Powerful Tool for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about smartsheet is that we can share interactive dashboards with our clients, track project progress, and generate detailed reports for our crew tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of Smartsheet is the learning curve, automation and reporting requires a lot of training. The mobile app also lacks full functionality which is frustrating for workers on site.

Smartsheet is helping me solve giving out tasks to my team that they can track that includes tasks, deadlines, and project statuses.

What do you like best about the product?
The templates are great and very easy to customise - great for a starting base when you are unsure what you need. Very easy to use and intuitive. Customer support are on hand to explain and problem solve with you - I have used the support tool once and had a 30 minute teams call to resolve my queery

SmartSheet do not always update their product with recommendations on the SmartSheet user forum despite multiple requests to do so - this could enhance the user experience but the opportunity is missed

The Smartsheet is great for approval across countries. It allows us to categorize the documents and the reviewer can add comments

Sometimes I can't get the comments reply from the Smartsheet that would affect the communcation progress

What I like most is that it consolidates all the projects we're running simultaneously into one unified source of truth, providing a high-level overview of everything in a single view. This way you can better compare dates and drive conversation around priorities

One downside of Smartsheet is that it can be overwhelming for new users due to its wide range of features and customization options, which can take some time to fully master.
Sometimes can be slow to load. Also you need to remember to save your work recurrently if you don't want to lose it.
Overall our main challenge at the moment is internal Adoption by certain departments

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many projects in our company run by several PM. SS brings together all these projects and the information associated with them in one unique solution. It also provides reports based on the data already entered without the need of having to create separate reports

I like that it can be used for project management. it has a robust set up features for that are stronger than google sheets for this use csae. Also great for collaboration.

I think the UI could be better, more modern and intuitive. Maybe start using AI
