What do you dislike about the product?
As we are more used to use excel, so we always compare it with excel, therefore somethings it becomes difficult to search formula's like - if I have to merge a cell, if I have to add bullets to my data.
I faced this difficulty when I was entring the data I was not able to add bullet to my pointers. I googled it but still not able to find anything.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I am using this for it for training plans so I realyy like the feasiablity that If I am preparing a planner I can even attach the content in the same line.
So it becomes easy to use for the new joiner as well to use it and see the details and content together.

Smooth Workflow with Smartsheet
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet helps in creating dashboards seamlessly and easy for applying formulas.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit difficult for new users to adapt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is benefitting me in creating dashboards and applying formulas which helps in a easy workflow among all the departments.
Intuitive and time saving programming tool
What do you like best about the product?
Simple UI, good shortcut functionality and graphical options make programming a less daunting task. Collapsible rows work really well and functionality of assigning tasks to individuals and tracking changes is great for clarity of responsibilities within a design team. Web based platform feels like an appropriate place to host and communally edit a programme rather than an excel stored in a folder.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few more options for the content that is held within a line would be useful, e.g. changing behaviour of a line to represent a meeting occurrence rather than a time period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides an out-of-the-box platform to go straight into project planning and easily visualise relationships between workflows and periods of time. I endorse this software to my colleagues for sharing live updates and working more collaboratively - seeing tasks assigned to you and having alerts to your inbox when the situation changes feels like a more meaningful exercise in project management than an offline excel programme.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been tremendously helpful in creating automated workflows for business processes. We were able to manage a very complex daily operations with automated approval workflow, reminders, update requests, and data interchange. With advanced integration using the Smartsheet API, we were able to connect the service with some of our other used services which maximized the capability of Smartsheet. We also used the reports functionality of Smartsheet for better organizing the summary or data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data visualization is not that powerful in Smartsheet. We regularly experienced the need of a more dynamic dashboard with more capabilities like dynamic dropdown, more types of charts, widgets, and sharing options. Also, we faced challenges with moderate to large data set as Smarthseet is not good to handle large data. We often reached the limitation causing the service to break.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is providing an opportunity to use useful automated workflows and reports with simpler user interface without the need of programming or coding. Automated update requests, approval management, reminders, alerts, data interchange have been really easier with Smartsheet which otherwise would require advanced coding and software development. For advanced users, Smartsheet API can maximize the usability by connceting with other services and platforms.

Eases approval processes, action tracking and assigning tasks. Also has multiple pre-made templates.

Amazing Project Management and Workflow software
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it makes workflows and projects streamlined. I no longer have to micromanage projects because it sends reminders and manages the workflow for me. The dashboards are also a great visualization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing data relationships is not easy, but could be done with a software like PowerBI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for event registration, managing check-in for intl visitors, billing workflow, agreement repository. It is an essential toolbox that I visit almost daily. It helps us keep track of the tasks at hand.
Excel with a modern look and feel + functionality
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of Microsoft Excel with smart features like automation allows a better productivity for my business overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of visual customisation and integration with chatgpt is something that I find missing from smartsheets currently.

The ease of inter team and intra team communication that Smartsheets is resolving is something that Excel cannot provide and because of these features, along with automations the tools is of very good use to my organisation.
