What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the formulas that I use don't work properly. It doesn't allow multiple sheet options like it is given in MS Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It mainly helps in sorting and compiling the team data. It helps in making life easier when managing the overall organization's data. Moreover, it can be said its user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet helps to manage the project on a real time tracker, and it helps me to work with the team together more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experienced occasionally glitches like slow loading times as well not responding, not getting open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps me to organize the data and task more effectively then other tools, like it helps a lot to keep the track on my deadlines & it helps to increase the team producitivity.

Smartsheet doesn't allow multiple tabs and a few of the formulas for analysis purpose

What do you like best about the product?
Visibility in real time is the best thing about Smartsheet, there was significant efficiency improvement coupled with seamless collaboration. At least it is easy to learn and use.

More intergration with Mircroft products might help for better sharing to clients outside organisation.

Smartsheet has limited formulas and it might hang if the sheet has a heavy data.

Smartsheet makes it easy to manage taska and teamwork in one place.
Good multi-purpose application, especially good for project management

I especially like the many ways you can customize it, as well as the functions and preconfigured columns.
What do you dislike about the product?
For one who has worked with MS Project (the "gold standard" for project management applications, there is still some functionality that I do not see in Smartsheets, but it is not much at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to share project plans with non PMs, since they do not have to have (or know how to use) MS Project to view the project plans.

Automated date options especially weekends and bank holidays. Cost options being quick and easy to fill out.

Excellent PM Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to learn and to use Smartsheet. Compared to other PM tools on the market, I appreciate that I don't have to obtain licenses for everyone I need to be able to view and interact with the tool. I love the automation that can be created to do things like send emails to people showing what their tasks are and reminder emails of a task that is due or over-due.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the materials out there are not as easy to figure out as I had hoped. The automation piece for example, it took me a lot of testing in order to get it to do what I wanted it to do, which took a good chunk of my time to figure out. I wish some of the functionality was more intuitive or if there was a way to incorporate the tool asking more questions so I could make better choices on what I am looking for, that would be great!

Smartsheet helps me to keep my teams aligned on what's due, what's next and helps to identify potential gaps in our project work by providing visibility into the tool for anyone that I need to be able to see it.
Perfect tool for managing multidimensional projects and processes
What do you like best about the product?
Automations makes managing a project or daily operations a breeze. The ability to automatically alert people based on preset criterias is a wonderful feature. The templates that come with smartsheets are also very useful and are easy to customize as per a project's requirements.
Another thing I like is the ability of load and off-load data through Data Shuttle and various other connectors directly to a visualisation tool like Tableau.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a risk of overwriting data when multiple people are working on a sheet. I have faced this personally multiple times and it is very difficult to control the same in some cases.
Another issue is of the row limits and speed of a sheet once you have few hundred rows. Smartsheet becomes really slow once a lot of data is loaded onto it. We usually have to either create a fresh sheet or switch to tools like Excel in such cases.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have digitalised our forms and approvals for the same using smartsheets. This has saved us lot of effort, time and money (and paper as well!)
I've also created multiple sheets for our different tasks and track progress being made by the resources on a master sheet. This allows me to share with maangement what all team is working on and the progress made on multiple items at once.

The name of certain users sometimes come only as last name

Helpsme assign task to my team. Creates create accountibility also data is easily extracted to excel and can be analysed
