What do you like best about the product?
Keeps the data sorted, organized and is much powerful then an basic excel!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! As such, just if it can merge two or three sheets into one and have multiple sheets with one smartsheet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can visualize data without involvement of excels, boards, etc.
Great for PMS, but sometimes hard to share outside a PM community
What do you like best about the product?
Clear deliverables, clear owners, clear cascade and milestone creations. You can attach notes and documents, comments, plus drag and drop item lines into other phases of the project
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no decent Gannt chart view when you get beyond 80+ deliverables for a large audience. Neither is the calendar viewable / sensible at that point. I've had to recreate everything visually on a plan on a page. If everyone in our charity had Smartsheet (which we don't we only have 10 licenses) it'd not be so much of a problem I think...

Allowing for a managed view of complex Projects

What do you like best about the product?
The automation part is the best thing in smartsheet. You can set reminders in few seconds whereas in Excel it takes sometime.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few formulas which doesn't work on Smartsheet especially lengthy formulas. We can have only 20k rows due to which it cannot be used for bigger files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple users can use smartsheet at a same point of time hasslefree and like I mentioned automation and notification part is next level.

The easiness to create Project Management Schedule.

It needs a lot of work and manipulation to get into it but after it is really easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is best I like helps me to make a lot of record,data for my office work and some online forms for our lobby fill up forms. And easy to make a simple dashboard for my reports and data analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Smartsheet is that it sometimes lags if I have data that is large and bulk-adding for my record, some time is hard to connect if I use my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet solves a lot of problems in my work like making records, and data for my office, making a form for ticketing forms for my IT's technical, and Making a dashboard for my activation list of new clients, that's benefiting me a lot easier to make a lot of database records etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and learn. Easy to link activities so when you make an adjusment it will automaticaly update all following activites linked together. It is exportable to Procore which keeps both platforms in sync with each other. I have been using this software for over 4 years now and I was able with no training from anyone to build and use the program effectively my first time in less than an hour. You can make templates which makes it much quicker to build a new project you don't have to start from scratch every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have dislikes about the software. One thing that would be nice is if I could share the schedule to people to view in smartsheet without them haveing to be a user. Now I have to print to pdf and email it to them for outside people to see my schedule. the linkup with procore is a work around

It helps us sync our schedule needs with other trades on a project

What do you like best about the product?
I was introduced to Smartsheet almost 6 years ago and instantly took a liking to the easy to use platform and structured artifacts. Although the concept is simple the results are very effective and have made a huge impact to the way myself and my team work on a daily basis.
I've submitted improvement suggestions in the past and I really like the level of development and support available from a professional team.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if things work they don't necessarily need changing just for changing sake.
You are not able to see the full artifact name when selecting source sheets for reports if the file path is to long. So you have to hover over the name and wait for it to be displayed. Would be great to simply add a scroll bar so we can see the full sheet name.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows the whole program team to be able to view the information that is important to them. Access can be controlled and managed easily via user groups, workspace and atifact permissions.

Smartsheet has been a gamechanger
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has made my life so much easier. It has been so easy to install and set up, and can set up a new sheet so easily. There is also great support to get to grips with the tool so easily, with regular webinars and online tutorials to help with any issues I might have or answer questions. I use smartsheet on a daily basis and is now an essential software in all of my day-to-day tasks. I love how it can make my tasks and reports look more aesthetically pleasing. It makes presenting and planning so much easier, especially as it is so easy to share to anyone in the business. It also makes collaboration on tasks much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative thing I can see is that sometimes the taskbar can take a while to understand and find where actions are, so needed to take time to refer to some videos to find the actions that I wanted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was resorting to Excel to produce status reports and project manage, which looked very basic and didn't always visualise the message that needed to be conveyed. Whereas in Smartsheet, there are so many different ways to visualise these plans, and easily share with the stakeholders involved. It is also great to have one place that is easily accessible to maintain that we always have one source of truth with these plans

What do you like best about the product?
Very well suited to small groups of users, with individual licenses at low cost and all the functionality needed for running complex projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited in the ability to scale for resource management across a large portfolio of projects.

Quick and intuitive to use, overcomes the clunkiness of platforms intended for large groups of users.
Smartsheet is very adaptable to lots of different project types and really intuitive to use

It doesn't autosave so you sometimes lose changes. But it does warn you when you try to exit without saving.
