Great software
What do you like best about the product?
Great for work management, creating marketing plans and timelines. It's easy to use, I use it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be good to be able to create other tabs

Project Management, collaboration across teams.
Robust platform, ideal for collaborative work
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is easy to use and the platform is flexible enough, allowing the usage of different documents/formats within each sheet. It is easy to connect it with other tools and I have never needed support since its user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit complex for someone not used to working with sheets and platforms with several interfaces. There is so much you can do and create with Smartsheet that it can be a bit overwhealming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to have all information of one account in the same place. My manager can get in the Smartsheet of one of my accounts and easily know where is that account standing and what I am working on.
It also helps a lot with cross-collaboration with other teams in my company.

Putting together timing and workloads for projects to share clearly and concisely with clients and colleagues within the team
Information and related documents in one sheet
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can attach documents in the sheet making it very easy to review and check them. The automation tool is amazing as you can set up notifications and not miss any date. The integration with Docusign for signing documents is very smart and helps a lot to have everything under control.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that it is missed the posibility to mark lines

Integration with DocuSign helps me to keep all the signed documents under control.

Smartsheet addresses the challenge of consolidating diverse data sources into a unified platform, streamlining data management. This benefits me by providing a centralized and organized space, enhancing collaboration, and facilitating a more efficient workflow.
Fantastic Work Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
When I first began using Smartsheet, I had limited experience of even excel, so it is a testament to its intuitive interface and functionalities that I picked it up so quickly. Smartsheet has become an integral part of my department's project planning and is used constantly. It makes tracking projects far easier and the linking feature allows information to seamlessly pass between sheets. I am currently in the process of fully moving our department's files over to Smartsheet and I am certain this will improve our efficiency and productivty even more. I've fortunately never had to use customer support services, which I suppose is further testament to how fantastic the service is.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real criticism of Smartsheet is inability to have tabs, although I do understand the reasoning behind this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our work requires a lot of different departments to collaborate. Smartsheet allows for transparency and a better flow of information This greatly saves on time, reduces the chances of mistakes, and improves communciation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact i can create visual representation with graphs, and the fact i can export the data to Power BI whihc i use to monitor tasks within our business which we frequently use. also the integration into Power BI was very easy.

I dont have any issues, and i love the app you can use on the desktop it makes it very convenient

it is solving the fact i dont have to monitor each individuals tasks and can use the integration into Power BI to view them easier

What do you like best about the product?
That it is so easy to shera information and work with other stakeoholds/colleagues. I use it everyday and it is very easy to implement and integrate many new features. Customer support is great.

sometimes i get too many notifications and it is hard to manage it.

What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to task management the applications base package lacks detailed task views utilized in JIRA. Although it may be possible to create it lacks pre-built design
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to create customized formulas and import tasks, form administration is perfect for surveying IT assets, retail store site surveys, and DCs audits. Processes can be easily adapted and automated after learning their datasheet structure and formulas. I often compare it to Excel online due to the layouts with improved dashboard capabilities.
