Having a full coverage and details of every inputs. Convinient in checking all the needed data

What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful to have a tool that brings life visibility and is available. 24/7 for all team member to update. It also brings a very simplified view of project dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to change calendar dates from reports, which makes the updates less agile. And the display from sheets not being really user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is bringing a visible report of project status that we can share to other stakeholders without the need of sharing a full workspace. It is also giving us a unique tool where to analyze portfolio status, and to generate task to attend report for our daily work.
Smartsheet is great for cross-functional project…I recommend it 100%

Smartsheet is the best since it has enabled us to manage tasks and collaborate with remote coworkers.

It is very easy to use and very effective when it comes to workplace collaboration.
Smartsheet allows for quick adoption significantly resulting in increased productivity.

Smartsheets simple and reliable automated triggers allows me to relate multiple tables and dashboards to create a dynamic worfkflow management tool.

The dashboards to not allow for a modern website design.

Great for forms, needs improvement on reports

The form is great together with its automation stuffs
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a very limited data range, the sheet itself can only contain up 5000 rows if I am not mistaken
The report is not very smart at all as it does not allow pivot, thus, the visuals for trend amd the likes are not easily feasible compared to excel
