What do you like best about the product?
The transparency for our office and field team. The ease of use and functionality. Easily implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like an easier way to contact and communicate with support. When building our sheet, I would prefer to speak to someone who understands the industry we work in and could provide more solutions to our ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the lack of transparency to our sales team when managing referrals. It provides live updates to our team.
Works great, but some few extra functionality would be great

It seems impossible to export a PDF view that makes sense for sending to stakeholders.

Automating schedules : if a variant changes, the plan can be easily updated
I think its a great way for different departments to communicate with each other.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows for interdepartmental and external departments to communicate with us on common goals. Really like the layout and system. It usually is a great way to organize our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we could integrate it better, i use like 8 smartsheets everyday, and some are closely connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are communicating and working closely with our accountants, budget directing team, and payroll as Human Resources. And we can relay changes easily, and effectively.

Smartsheet is easy to use, especially for non-coding workers who want to streamline processes and automate tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some missing functionalities to the project/resource management side that should match other platforms.

Smartsheet has helped us implement complex project portfolio management tools, saving hours of work and updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is highly effective for managing a bunch of projects all at once. The platform's versatility isn't just for show. It helps manage various workflows using just one interface, cutting down a lot on admin work. What's super cool is its real-time collaboration feature. Everyone can pitch in their inputs immediately which really fast tracks decision-making when you need quick responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
New users might find the platform a bit tricky at first. Like any advanced team management solution, Smartsheet comes with its own learning curve. It takes some time to get used to all the features and capabilities it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization, Smartsheet has really shown its worth for enhancing visibility across different projects. It has made our work processes more efficient and ensured everyone has a clear understanding of task dependencies, deadlines, and overall progress. This has effectively got rid of the previous hurdles like information silos, delays, and confusion. Now, our team members know exactly what they're doing and how it slots into the broader project timeline.

What do you like best about the product?
I have really gotten to enjoy Smartsheet. I use it everyday at work. At first I thought it was basically just another version of excel, but I've learnt that it's way more than just that.
Smartsheet has a lot of components like Excel, but in my opinion has so much more!
One thing I really like is how you can can attach files/documents to each line item. This is probably one of the most useful things for me.
I also love how easy it is to filter data.
Another thing that is amazing about Smartsheet is the customer support that I've received. Everyone that I've worked with from Smartsheet has gone above and beyond to help me set up my Smartsheet best for my needs, and help answer/resolve any tech related issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't really think of many downsides with Smartsheet. The only thing that I do find annoying is you can have specific fonts in a cell bigger than the others, or have a part highlighted, and a part not. This is really the only thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helped us solve our credit card reconciliation problems. We were using Excel before and printing out all the sheets + associated receipts. Everything is now housed on Smartsheet as you can attach all receipts/docs to each credit card transaction line!

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a great tool that we use frequently for keeping our annual work plans organized, monitoring progress throughout the year, and telling the story of our work. The UX is intuitive and helps keep all of our entries organized and clear. The data visualization tools are also help to make material digestible for our target audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited in terms of inter-operability with integration into our website.

Smartsheets help us plan out strategies, tactics, and goals over one and three-year time horizons that help track and demonstrate the impact of our work. The program keeps things organized and allows us to collaborate easily across impact areas.

For now, I cannot think of Any that i will dislike the smartsheet.

There is a reminder notification that will be helpful to remember the task you will do.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the features I like in Smartsheet is the dashboard. Because I can customize my own dashboard using reports, trackers, etc. It is also easy to use for the beginner since the navigation tools are clear. I also like the automation in Smartsheet since it help our team to do their designated task.

I think one of the features to be improved by Smartsheet is that data tracking

One of the problem that fix by Smartsheet is the easy to see the data in reports using the dashboard.

In a large program we tend to have too many sheets and if you don't live in the files it is difficult to know what is housed in the software.
