May find the learning curve slightly steep, especially when diving into advanced features. The pricing structure might be a downside for smaller teams or individuals, and users with very complex project management needs might seek more specialized tools. Additionally, occasional performance lags can be a minor inconvenience.

Great for forms, needs improvement on reports

The form is great together with its automation stuffs

It has a very limited data range, the sheet itself can only contain up 5000 rows if I am not mistaken
The report is not very smart at all as it does not allow pivot, thus, the visuals for trend amd the likes are not easily feasible compared to excel

What is most valuable?
The report preparation and dashboard creation are valuable. We can collaborate within the teams easily. The product is easy to use.
What needs improvement?
The product must include more modules for project management. It should also include more graphics for dashboard creation.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using the solution for six months.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I rate the tool’s stability an eight out of ten.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I rate the tool’s scalability an eight out of ten. We have close to 200 users. Currently, we do not have plans to increase the usage.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
Previously, we used Microsoft Planner and MS Project. The collaboration between the teams is easier in Smartsheet.
How was the initial setup?
I rate the ease of step an eight out of ten. We can set up the tool within a couple of days. One person is enough for the deployment.
What other advice do I have?
The solution is easy to use and collaborate. Whoever has a basic knowledge of Excel can use Smartsheet. Overall, I rate the tool an eight out of ten.
Great online solution for internal processes
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow and notification that let any member of the team to improve processes and better work together

It has some limited tools - if add some features available in excel or google sheets, it would be the perfect solution

Enhanced the process for building a social media calendar and notifiying every member of the team to do their part
Great For Construction Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is very easy to use and easy to share with my coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I only use it for keeping an accurate construction schedule and it does that great.

I like Smartsheet real time collaboration with team members which has led to effective communication and productivity.

It has helped us in keeping track of projects particulary for our large scale projects.
Great workhorse project management program
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet makes great, flexible project timelines that are easy to maintain and update in a frantic work environment. It's something we use every day, and never run into any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Particularly large sheets sometimes have difficulty loading. We've occasionally used Smartsheet for more ambituous tracking projects - ones with thousands of interlocking dependencies - and when pushed it occasionally has trouble keeping up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Smartsheet to create client-facing timelines that require constant maintenance and updating as dates shift. Our job would look very different without it.

Great tool for the whole company
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create forms for anyone in the field to complete and then I have a quick database of their answers. From this database, I can create a report to analys the data and create tasks based on specific data and assign those tasks to different people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more functionality was available for free or individual users outside of a company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep track of multiple projects and report out on it in an easy to use and configure dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet helps you in keeping your work organised. In one place you find notes, tasks and reminders. The customization option is great and also it is easy to convert existing trackers from excel and G-sheets. The best thing about smartsheet is automation. With automation you get email automation, automatic reminders etc which is really useful in diffrent times.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing sort to dislike but if you are an excel user and switching from excel to Smartsheet, is a little time taking process as there is so much to learn.

In one place you find tasks,reminders and notes, where team can track the progress and manage projects. Like Google sheets, it is shareable so that the team can work collabertively. The automation feature helps you do repetative tasks without errors while saving a lot of time.
