What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Smartsheet is the field mapping capability. Allowing to easily have one field entry mapped to many other Smartsheet locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to have quick tab access to multiple Smartsheets within one project, similar to Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving many general project management duties and allowing ease of communication between many different teams. It keeps everyone on the same page with project pipeline items.

What do you like best about the product?
SmartSheet is ideal for allowing our team to plan and manage a large number of our development projects. The ability to provide differing levels of access, notifications, and views makes it ideal for all our staff to use the tool efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really a significant downside that our team has encountered. If we had to note something, it would be the admittedly-minor amount of effort need to 'learn' the product. While most users find it to be very intuitive, it can take certain staff a small amount of time to become comfortable with SmartSheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is multi-functional, and SmartSheet allows each group of members to view and edit information that is applicable to them. We can provide views that avoid displaying unnecessary information/details, while emphasizing data that is more relevant to that particular user. The cloud-based nature of SmartSheet is critical as well to allowing anywhere/anytime access.

The dashboard feature that allows multiple sheets to feed into and display data in several types of formats in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the sheets had formulas like excel

Smartsheets is solving our need for team collaboration on projects and automatic emails and workflows we can add to customize.
Once you learned the ins and outs its a breeze for project management.
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling. I like the format of the Gantt chart. helps us create construction schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its hard to learn at first and get used to the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling. having things clearly written out in schedules weekly and monthly helps us plan better and move more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows multiple people from different teams to collaborate with each other. It is really good for projects with multiple timeframes and deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sheet has quite a few options to select and could be overwhelming when first set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to provide updates and show progress without requiring a meeting for this and a different meeting for that. You can see all the key players and contributors on any project created and add notes for questions, in the event that there's a snag or delay anywhere in the process.
The team members are able to efficiently manage the workflow thanks to some helpful features.
What do you like best about the product?
For more than a month, my activities have included using Smartsheet. In addition, one of the things that I appreciate the most is its capability to facilitate the management of multiple projects. The collaboration tools within the software are indeed priceless for anyone into consulting. Real time observation of all tasks in progress can be done using the dashboard and reports feature. Moreover, it has export and notification functions so I’m always current on the newest data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be problematic to integrate Smartsheet with usual items like Word, PowerPoint, or Excel. For instance, when it comes to Gantt charts, there are some minor hurdles when transitioning from a software to email and/or presentations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has helped simplify complex tasks in my work. It facilitates organized table/project coordination eliminating human made errors. To that extent, this has been of great assistance, as it has saved me a lot of time that can be dedicated to more important issues.

The ease of use is really great. Getting to share info across a group of employees proves to be very helpful.

There is nothing I I really dislike. Everything is easy to use

It helps us track contracts and ask questions and get answers from legal for all to see

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can drill down data needed and it is easy to show clients on a high level that is particular to their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
getting data to download into Excel documents is a hit and miss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having somwthing the client can acess as well for data, when we are on different platforms internally.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the sharing aspect. I love how i cna create a sheet and share it with my coworkers to work out of instead of having a million copies of 1 excel sheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that the forms have to have the link sent over and over again.I wish there was a reset button that will bring you back to the form page for someone else to enter information. We were just at a conference and as we were networking, we took people's information to follow up next week. We had to keep clicking the link and reopening a new tab everytime we had to go back to the form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to stay on track with projects for our clients by having everything laid out. Its also helpful becasue we can share the sheet with clients and coworkers as they complete tasks so we don't have to keep waiting for our weekly meeting.
