Great tool with endless opportunities
What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides endless opportunitities to collaborate in a very streamlined way. It's basically excel on steroids, much better to look at, easier navigation, endless customization options.
What do you dislike about the product?
similar to comparable platforms, in order to take full advantage of all features, it takes a steep learning curve with some time invested. However, the user can definitely figure out the basic features without additional help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of pipeline, ongoing projects, easier collaboration with the team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love it because it is very flexible in smartsheet which can be used in agile project management. However, the best bit is the ease of project management with which it provides user experience. This greatly increases efficiency by customizing Smartsheet’s features and powerful workflows. It also makes real time updates so that our team is always up to date with what goes on in the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nonetheless, we’ve managed to note some cons. This can be annoying when we want to produce neat project reports. Furthermore, there are some delays in real-time updates that may cause differences in information between fellow team members. These comprise of aspects that can be developed so as to improve the overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In regards to efficient project management, Smartsheet provides a user-definable and flexible environment. This is good to us since it makes our work simple and we all are on the same line which means that at the end of the day we end up with a good work.
Great product but hoping for more features in the feature
What do you like best about the product?
I think genreally it is a great way for me to organize products when it comes to implementing them. I do enjoy how custom you can make the sheets to tailor it to clients. It is easy to share with clients and they genreally understand how to use the sheet as a project tracker. I would say this is something that helps me keep everything on track when working with multiple clients at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing a smartsheet is not as easy as it should be. I own all templates for my team and learning how to edit existing templates was more difficult than I initally thought. I had to be extremely careful becuase if I changed one thing it could completely mess up the whole template for everyone. I would also like to see more built in macros and features in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think this is helping my implementation team drive their projects, keep everything in track, and have a tangible product that we can share with our clients.

Smartsheet is a one stop shop
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is like excel, but with a much higher level of functionality. The automation & ability to vreateworkflows that enhance our ability to deliver services & streamline electronic processes has been a game changer for several processes that were cumbersome

Downsides are the limitations with dashboards & how to push & pull data through this for multilayered users that need to see various levels of data.

Transitioning from paperbased, human generated workflows to automated electronic docs, data collection through forms & managing staffing data bases
Perfect system for my daily work needs
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is great because it has a friendly interface, straightforward commands, and never gives me issues. I use Smartsheet for a number of things from daily work needs, to tracking projects throughout the year.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I could find to dislike about this product is that I am not always a fan of the updates that occur or when the system is having a down time. However, that is going to be true of any system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is allowing me to have a one stop shop for project management. I use it to track and communicate about events that I schedule for my company. My work requires me to obtain approval and/or comments from numerous people and departments for each step and it tracks it all beautifully.

Very useful for timelines and easy to edit and make updates

Due to the formatting, it sometimes can look very busy or complicated upon first glance

Timelines- I just need to update the document once and everyone can see it. Saves me time from having the individually update people for the smallest change in timelines

Tracking of tasks, you can enter several line items

Its sheets are good having multiple columns that enable filtering of relevant information for the projects we work on.
I like the intake form that summarize details of the project, initiatives etc.
Dashboards provide a good insight into completed and started projects by a time period.

What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed automation is sometimes having issues. Like I enter details into an intake form but it won't show inside the sheet and some fields remain blank.
Also I tried to change the owner of the project and despite that I still receive notifications about the project being overdue while it's really not mine.

Recording of all projects as we do quarterly reviews and SS is great for tracking purposes.
Smartsheets are an eye opener
What do you like best about the product?
I have found Smartsheet to be extremely easy to use, I have been able to create my own Smartsheet’s with no issues and have easily been able to convert existing spreadsheets into Smartsheet. I have easily been able to access and update Smartsheet set up by other members of staff and I use Smartsheet every day of the working week.
I am really enjoying using Smartsheet, they allow me to easily share information in a meaningful way with my work colleagues and to track my own tasks in a very efficient manner. I am particularly pleased with the reminder functions and the fact that I can upload copies of emails/ documents sent so that I do not have to track through all my emails to find the relevant one when I need to send reminders out to other members of our company/external sources.
