If you share a single sheet from a workspace, it allowes the user to access whole workspace.
Sometimes it takes time load.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project and Task tracking and overloaded resources was a major problem in our organization and Smartsheet helped efficienlty in overcoming these.
Project planning and reporting is easy using smartsheet and it saves alot of time of a project Manager.
Easy to use for individuals to assign the tasks and sharing the updates.
Managing the portfolio has been easier as it connects different sheets and link the cells.

A versatile desktop tool with adaptable outputs for users and easy report creation for viewers
What do you like best about the product?
Many functions above and beyond being just a spreadsheet including external alerts and also creative form development to capture data from non-smartsheet users, and report and dashboard functions to help summarise data for management and partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filter funtion could be slightly refined so it is quicker to flick between the different filters in a column
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling in external data (by way of forms) and also being able to include attachments per row eg photos

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy Smartsheets ability to hold large amounts of informaiton and the being able to assign tasks to users throughout my organization. It is easy to use, once you get familar with tabs and options.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside about Smartsheet are its many features, for users who may not be active in it frequently and only use it temporarily. The ease of integration could be explained better or a simpler process.

Complete platform but challenging licensing model
What do you like best about the product?
Complete project management platform with abilities to resource, provide multiple views of a plan, add attachments, notes, etc. Can also share with anyone online.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing model is pathetic. I can bring 4 different agencies to a Project all of whom have "enterprise" licenses for Smartsheet but they can't view "my" sheet on their license. i have to provide them one of my own. For a small business that's insane. It makes me pay out of pocket for someone else's work, it makes their pre-paid licenses less useful (or useless) and it creates internal tension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to quickly product project management plans without the overhead and complexity of the old Microsoft Project-era original concept.

I like how easy it if for differenet users to take information from a central place and use only the pieces they need to meet their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you only have a few admins it makes taking over a sheet for someone harder

we have so much information for our business to keep track of. We created a master sheet where we could put the everything and then users can go to one place looking for the information they need.
Good planning software
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the easiness of creating the Gantt charts. The relatively easy way to make connections and dependant actions is also a great way to understand the timeline of the project. While the learning curve is a little long, the basics can be impletement quite easily and work on the platform can be done from the get-go.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't connect with a lot of software, it wiould be good that it can connect with outlook directly or the microsoft suite, so the tasks generated by Smartsheet could be exported directly to to-do list in outlook, this will minimize the amount of software people in involved had to open and check.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The principal problem that smarthseet is solving in our organization is the timeline planning and the gantt chart generation. It also eases the updates that need to be delivered to upper management.
Use everyday to manage client projects
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to present the project management sheets in a collaborative way
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating a new set of project management sheets the copy over is a bit manual, very easy to do but it would be a great new feature - hint hint!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client issue log that tracks the status of each issue, the location of the training links, and access to our teams project dashboard which is a perfect place for a client to start at.
Powerful reporting tool for automatic dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating dashboards that visualise data for you automatically is the best feature. My small team uses smartsheet every day to manage our pipeline of video projects. None of us are data scientists so when it comes to reporting back to stakeholders we rely on dashboards to consistently deliver our metrics/
What do you dislike about the product?
There are tons of use cases for smartsheet many of which involve project tracking, but tracking tasks tied to those projects can feel like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. You can make it work, but it feels like there are a lot of extra hoops to jump through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my team, Smartsheet is the solution to reporting progress on all of our work. Smartsheet dashboards have saved us from status update emails.
A Convenient App for all things Data
What do you like best about the product?
Quick access to all your data and you are able to search for specifics with filters and the search bar function. Also adding attachments for specific lines of data comes in super handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The load times when you are searching for a specific piece of data can take some time and in some cases when inserting data into a line if another user saves it can mess up the data that has just been input (this is rare but can happen on occassions)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps organize our data and makes it easy to access and search exactly what you are looking for. This benefits me as we are able to Log order information and helps share important data with the company.
