ease of use , shareing and creating Ar's for folow up

The sorting is somthing bit annoying , somtime Im not getting the resualt and have to start all over with it , it does not find the requested data ,

Ease of anaylisis of weekly Indicator, creating a snap view for viwing set of indicators . tracking AR's

What do you like best about the product?
Once you get a good template which takes time it works really well. It can feel overwhelming at first but once its complete should be good to go. We love how we can assign people to tasks under a project then keep track of those tasks..
We use the system everyday to track projects. Never had to reach out to customer support but my coworkers have with great responses.

Can feel overwhelming at first. Wish users could assign task alarms instead of it being system setuip.

Keeping track of each task we have per project and who is assigned that task and when its complete.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate with team members and outside contractors on shared spreadsheets to manage our projects and run our business.

Cost keeps going up and lack of immediate (chat) support, although the email support was relatively prompt.

Ability to work as a team in realtime on shared spreadsheets

What do you like best about the product?
It allows my teams to store files in a centralized location.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not seem to have a simple way to select certain rows of sheets to create a summary document that could be easily shared with our clients. I am relatively tech saavy and couldn't seem to get the 'Sheet Summary' to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing all team members to collaborate on documents and be aware of timelines.
Easy to use and easy to share with others.

We use it to share our schedules in and out of the office.

The cost is a little steep and requiring all editors to be in the same company is not good.

Excellent Dyanmic tool for Project Management and increase productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Firstly it is very easy to use and helps us to improve our project mananagement with reduced time. Another very nice feature it to publish the dashboard to client so that they can have a better understanding that too without creating account on this platform. It also provides the project planning and management software which enable us to assign any activity to our colleagues. Its customized templates and automation features makes it unique.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sheets are sometimes not updating in real time which can be improved bythe development team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All team members can work together as one team and get the project delivered on/before time. With the help of dashboard we can view huge data in designed form which helps us to visualize the performance.
Very helpful tool to use at work, it gives up-to-date information and allows me to track my projects
