Very tantalizing, I'm keen to see what other great additions Smartsheet will add to it's platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Excel Formulas combined with intuitive graphing widgets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somtimes the support documentation is quite sparse or doesn't fully encapsulate the finer details of the topic it covers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing us with a tool to help track progress on our internal projects.
I'm also using it for document control as it natively creates a good audit trail.

Smartsheet: Awesome productivity tool
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has excellent usability and linking between sheets. It is much more powerful than excel and has a bunch of handy automation features which make using the software a breeze. As the smartsheet ecosystem is is easy to use, we have implemented this across our business with great success. All projects within our company have integrated and use smartsheet on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet does not automatically sync sometimes, meaning you have to press 'save' occassionally. Links cannot be opened in a new tab with a shortcut or middle click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows all users visualise and see the state of a project in realtime. This reduces wasted time asking other staff members on the state of a project.

What do you like best about the product?
One stop shop for Project Management. From weekly reports to project schedule and action register. Easy to use, easy to customise. Team members can do real time updates - easy to collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Taking (relatively) long time to save changes. Some options are not intuitive and some research is required to accomplish the task.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can automate things for people to check or colours to change when it meets a criteria. This makes it easy to seek approval from managers. I like how you can view it in the calendar view and gant view as this makes it easy to visualise information. The attachment feature is great to keep everything in one place. Our account managers are very attentive and provide lots of support and check ins.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it difficult to set up a new sheet and add all the conditions and settings as this can be complicated when starting from scratch. I don't believe we use Smartsheet enough and could definitely intergrate other platforms into this to make use of the features to increase the frequency in which we use it as a team to get the most out of our subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is allowing us to keep track of when people arre in the office and keep track of their time in lieu. This is great as it can be checked off by a manger with ease. It also allows me to keep a stocktake of items with the ability to attach a photo example of the item.

Smartsheet has always had great usability and general functionality. The UI is a fantastic addition and kept as simple as can be.

Smartsheet helps us manage all of our team projects, and is a helpful way of keeping us on track to meeting deadlines and briefs.
A tool made to boost team's performance and to streamline everyday task
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet gives me the ability to collaborate with my team effectively and efficiently. Being able to quickly create dashboards and reports streamlines project management. Smartsheet provides a full turn key solution to team and resource management. My team uses it every day to manage our daily tasks and help boost the performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Smartsheet offers a full suite of tools to help manage our team, it has a steep learning curve for the new users specially who are not tech savvy. Usually new members off my team requires alot of training to be able to successfully create sheets, reports and dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coming from an engineering background and having to work on tasks which involves project management smartsheets does makes it easier for me to adapt to the new task at hand. Being able to easily create dashboard also helps me represent the progress in the most effective manner.
Easy to navigate and develop useful applications to complement project work.

It uses similar logic to commonly used systems, meaning existing knowledge can be transferred.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product support seems to be lacking in Australia, particularly given the timezone.

Easy to create a bespoke application to suit the needs of a particular project or stakeholders.

i like how the flows work well, i use smart sheet to track upcoming trainings, and what is dues to expire. receiving notifications is easy, and effiecent to my role

i would like there to be more affordable, face to face training on how to use smart sheet

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a great all round tool that is far superior to google sheets and excel. The automations and reporting allow you to build a customised tool for any project or work place that can be tweaked to meet your organisations needs. I now implement smartsheet in any new workplace that I join as it makes my life so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
That pivots are an extremely expensive addition to the licence and automating the loading of data from Xero is a costly expense for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to combine reports from multiple data sets means I can get a complete view of the umbrella of companies within our group at a glance. Automating onboarding systems and enabling QR codes to enable staff to access leave requests etc easily means less time sending info to staff and more time getting the data I need quickly.
