What do you like best about the product?
It's functinality to create lists and coding
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer if it allowed more than one user to manage the sheet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows ease of project timelines to be created, registers, survey sheets etc
Smartsheet is a user-friendly tool for our whole team on every construction project
What do you like best about the product?
Accessbility off all information to allllll team members in real time and collaboration on these tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting of the exported program looks less professional than Microsoft for tender submissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows us to track our cosntruction programs in real time, tracking delays and identifying the critical path

The configuration you can do and the different types of columns / data you can include.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you create a row and start typing in the conversation, Smartsheet automatically starts to save. This can mean then that the typing you are doing ends up in the row's name rather than the conversation.

I have a shared task list that I am working through in conjunction with my client.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is helpful with filtering information and providing access to team members which helps with deligation of task and areas of opportunity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet can be a tool of misunderstanding when building a new workflow or determining what information is needed to provide the needed outcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task and process change is frequent in my space of business and Smartsheet is a quick and efficient way to make changes and /or updates to tasks and communicate the changes with all teams involved.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet enhances our ability to manage and support our global chapters efficiently. Its versatility, customization, and automation features are particularly beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionally I come across features that should be available for obvious reasons, but have been listed as a possibilty for future development. It can be frustrating to find solutions to work around these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is automating proceses that used to take us 3 times as much time to do. Its approval feature allows us to quickly get feedback from our global staff without the added task of numerous email exchanges.
Easy collaborative solution
What do you like best about the product?
That teams can contribute to the same resource in real time. No sharing back and forth of excel sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
At least for me, it tends to lag loading when other sites don't do that. I also wish your entries auto-saved. I've had to remember to go back and re-enter items multiple times for lack of saving.

Smartsheet is very clean and more user-friendly than other equivelant software such as Excel

Smartsheet allows us to organize our user setup and IT project tasks all in one area.
With its ability to integrate into Microsoft Power Automate, we can create and modify items in our Microsoft Teams automatically when we create/modify a smartsheet which reduces setup time for a new task.

Smartsheet has simplified a lot of our workflow, saving us hours of work, updates and time. it also organises our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The wording we use in our industry is a bit different to the Smartsheet wording, so it does take a bit of getting used to. it also does take a few hours upfront to learn the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows us to update our owners every month with forecasting of their properties, funds, allocation of funds and taxes.
This is a big part of our work flow.
Secondary we need arrival date information detailed so nothing slips through the cracks, this also assists us allowing for one sheet to feed to various sheets providing everyone with updated and timely information.
