Intuitive, Smart and Scalable Project management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet helps me organize my data, collaborate extensively with internal and external stakeholders. It makes it easy to automate repetitive tasks. Develop project and programme workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic functionalties like Dynamic Dropdown Menu need to be available to Pro users. Smartsheet Dashboard functionality is quite basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us develop bespoke as well as scalable programme management platforms. It provides the right environment to efficiently interlink the data between sheets and make it seemless to automate repetitive workflows to both capture information and perform tasks.
Easy to use & good user experience
What do you like best about the product?
I use Smartsheet every week and like the flexibility of Smartsheet and how the same data can be viewed in different ways, depending on your needs. I also like how the sheets can be layered and information shared between them, to support processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though it's got a great user interface, sometimes I struggle to find what I'm looking for to amend something but the customer support and help information has everything in there so I get there in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me collate my pipeline of activities, so I can see where things are and keep them progressing.

Limit more advanced capabilities that are found in microsoft project or other larger PM tools

What do you like best about the product?
I like how agile smartsheet is as a platform. My company adopted smartsheet a year ago and it has increased our productivity, efficiency, and colaboration across the business. As a system admin I am learning new innovative ways to use smartsheet for our business.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations that we only realised later on and had to create solutions or purchase add-ons to solve the issue.

We are now able to deploy projects seemlesly without wasting time and resource. Once projects are setup, the collaboration and automation workflows make managing large projects extremely easy.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendy, it has good data visualizations. Easy to share and asign roles and permits.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has issues when you run many projects and big amounts of data. It is very fragile. Too much information needs to be mantain in too many different sheets.

Simple but powerfull
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is simplicity of use. Person after short online training is able to build own solutions and manage actions together with the team. What is good is that Smartsheet is able to move discussion from mailbox and one big bag into Smartsheet directly, where all informations are organized and well managed. I really like Smartsheet university feature, which is very help[ful during implementation. One of the best things are forms, where I can easily manage data input and I am able to source feedback usign dedicated tool from different collaborators, who is even not a Smartsheet user. With this tool I have increased feedback level from company employees and reduced numebr of faulty or not full records.
Using formulas I was able to built some solutions even out of project management / task management areas, where data is collected and stored. This is gread tool for companies, where managing using Excel is already not enough, but scale is not so big to invest in dedicated solutions in different areas.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the thing, that Smarstsheet is built in a way, that there is no general perspective for task management, but software is focused on separate projects. I think focus should be put on visualisation of tasks coming from different areas / workspaces, which is not covered by standard reporting . What should be improved is management of reocurrences, so routine tasks which should be automatically re-scheduled or copied based on setup rules. If possible should be implemented linking to company web-drive (now only possible by just not active text). What is really big field of improvement is main page for user, which is now not used - only some most used, or recent items are visible there. I think this page should be more customized. What is really missing is to-do list for user. Now I need to go acroos different workspaces / reports to see where I am assigned - this should be in one place, no matter what workspace or grid schema.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is replacing manual Excel action plans with applications, where a lot of people can collaborate at the same time. Increase visualisation and manage communication. I can manage different action plans and registries in one place and similar form increasing standarization.

What do you like best about the product?
It is accessible 24/7, and reports can be personalized per each user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gantt and general visibility/display could be improved, it is slow with big sheets, and some data (End Date) can not be edited from reports which makes it less user friendly

It gave us a consolidated porfolio list, that can be consulted by all team members.

Smartsheet helps our organization to have a clear view of all the projects and task involved in the day to day functioning of the company. The humans resources are easily assignable to any of the tasks and the colours code for the status of tasks contributes to have a fast overview of the workload and flow.
