An excellent experience using Smartsheet
What do you like best about the product?
Handy tool for controlling and managing projects, tasks, and data in general. Intuitive UI (Similar to Excel, but with some restrictions and different syntax).
The best part is the ability to share and work on the same sheets simultaneously without any fear of losing Info.
The automation and triggers can be customized for your needs, and it works very well.
In general, excellent experience!

What do you dislike about the product?
The variety of functions could be improved (sometimes you need to do an annoying workaround to get the desired result).
The VLOOKUP function is very handy for summarizing and visualizing data from different sheets, but when you make some structure changes (adding or removing columns), you must adjust the function manually in all related sheets (time-consuming and confusing sometimes). The option of an automatic adjustment could improve the experience very much.
Also, the option of tracking changes during a set period is limited and requires once again manual work.

What do you like best about the product?
This app has a varieties tools with automation features to support project and data management tasks such as forms, pivot, data shuttles, dashboard, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes still experence issues like cannot save data or have limit of lines and row in a data sheet.
Support team often could not help resolve the issue immediately, have to wait for few days so they could escalate to dev team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This app offers automations workflow and tools help update data automatically and allow multiple persons work on the sheet simutaneously to keep the database as live, also provide audit feature to review if needed.

Reporting issue is still there we are unable to extract report with more and relevant information as compared to other tools

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is an excellent tool for project management, offering substantial flexibility in accommodating extensive user collaboration. Its real-time updates significantly enhance the accuracy of project tracking, assisting project managers in maintaining project adherence. Additionally, the automation workflows are excellent. Users can effortlessly set reminders, automate personalized email communications, generate PDFs, facilitate approval processes, and more, all consolidated within a single interface.

Very Good but could be better
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it is formatted like a spreadsheet. It is mostly easy to navigate but the copy and past feature needs more work. Overall, I find it undifficult to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see better translation and easier to see what has been writte in German translated to English. I would also like to see more ease with the copy and paste functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is making it easier for me to see leads that the orgnizer would like me to manage and when I contact them, I am able to update the sheets with my activity.
I also enjoy that once a client has taken an action and the agency has updated on their side, I get to see that almost immeditally.

Impressive modern tools to solve modern problem
What do you like best about the product?
The best quality of Smartsheet is with the modern solutions that it provided in managing and tracking projects. the tracking can send an alert to the users for any changes to the status of the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The spreadsheet is not very good at retaining data. No complex operation can be done and lacks features to use for larger datasets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a platform to collaborate with clients, especially regarding project tracking and monitoring. Clients can join the project process and give their input on the process.
Cool features for a modern project management
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet can be accessed by any device since the platform is web-based. It eliminated the conventional problem that needing to install the software on a workstation and not being flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no specific issues that I dislike with Smartsheet. There are some glitches in the file-uploading system, but it is not too serious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective and efficient project planning and execution. Modern features let some of the operations in autonomous mode and no manual work need to complete the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is our new project manager that is accessible and easy to operate. We can prioritize the task on the projects and assign the correct user roles for the task automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any error or problem while operating Smartsheet. It is one of the few software that is highly praised by our users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The auto sorter helps me to arrange newly added tasks and copy the same task properties of the project to the new task automatically. It has saved time for management.

Smartsheet is one of the few task managers that worked well with the other software stacking that we use. The integration is flawless and makes us able to use it without any problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet needs to revamp the spreadsheet to be able to solve complex calculations like MS Excel can do.

Our projects need collaboration from users in different departments as well as our client's involvement. Smartsheet provides an easy platform to make this collaboration happen and to have total control over the collaboration settings.

What do you like best about the product?
Its intuitive and excel-like design helps users to get familiar with. Collet data and prepare documents is effective and streamlined through forms and document generation. Access through the mobile app is very helpful for mobile teams, as it allows them to enter and consult information conveniently on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is missing certain options, such as including multiple rows in document generation, previews for notifications and an assistant option to develop customized dashboards.

Smartsheet serves as a beneficial and comprehensive tool, fostering efficiency, transparency, and collaboration to meet project requirements. It enhances tasks management, scheduling, cost tracking, communication and reporting aspects of projects, contributing to their overall success.
