What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet's capabilities to organize data and information is superior due to the customization, visualization, and collaboration options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Smartsheet can be a bit difficult to learn (i.e shortcuts, formulas, etc.) at first. Once you get into regularly thought, it does get a bit easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has helped our team(s) across our business solve for the need for a uniform platform to hold and organize data such as calendars, workflows, projects, and more. This is especially beneficial because while the teams that currently utilize Smartsheet are all managing different projects and have different workflows, we are all able to share templates easily and leverage each other's Smartsheets as needed while modifying them to our unique needs.
Smartsheet is a powerful reporting tool!
What do you like best about the product?
A typical corporate job needs you to manipulate a lot of sheets and graphs, where you need to show a lot of information. Sometimes you need to make reports out of it, but it takes a lot of time. With smartsheet, you can do it quicker and with less effort!
What do you dislike about the product?
When you make very complex reports, you could get lost in all the formulas, because it has a very specific syntax. Also, when using the API, there is not a lot of content available related to first-use or courses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you need to make KPI's or big data reports, smartsheet is helping me doing them on time, without affecting the main goals and deadlines. Simply an awesome platform!

What do you like best about the product?
It can be used to meet different needs. In one waterfall project we are using it as a standard Project Management Planning and Scheduling tool. In a different agile project we use it to ensure all tasks are completed in each sprint.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using it as a tracker where you add commment week after week in the same cell can be challenging. Also sometimes the intenting functionality can make deleting rows challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working with a partner 3rd party professional services provider on a complicated project. There are a lot of people involved that have to do their part in the proper order to be able to complete a sprint. We are all sharing the smart sheet and it is our one source of truth for this project. Everyone has created a report to see the prceeding task status so they know when to do their steps for each location. collaborating across companies like this has cut out almost 100 emails a day for this project. Plus all information is real time. This is great!
I am a big fan of this product
What do you like best about the product?
It's an amazing product for running workflows, and it is easily customizable for each specific item we're producing. I'm also a huge fan of the reports and automations. I manage a lot of production schedules, and it makes it really easy for me to keep track of everything. Having 30+ production schedules running at once is no small task!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love how hard it is to add new sheets to reports. It always takes me a ton of time to go through and update every individual report. I wish there was a way to add a sheet to multiple reports at once. Cell linking between sheets also takes a ton of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reports save my life. I have a ton of SmartSheet schedules to monitor, and my overdue task report makes it easy to track down who needs to be reminded to finish their tasks.
Incredibly helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows me to organize my work, share it with my teammates, and keep the information organized. I also like the feature where changes made can trigger an email to be sent out
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a little bit of a learning curve. For example, I thought that by putting teammates emails in one of the columns and assigning something to them that it would trigger an email automatically, but I forgot that I need to initiate that step first, so small things like that, that may not be obvious to a new user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team has to travel to various events. We need SS to keep track of event locations, dates, registration fees, materials that need to be ordered, then we need to keep track of travel budget, hotels booked, flights booked, etc. Then we need to keep track of who is going to which event. Finally, we can upload pictures/ important documents with the attach button for each row. SS keeps all of that information organized and accessible where it would have been chaotic otherwise

What do you like best about the product?
It is highly recommended for any size organization that can be tailored according to the needs. It helps me communicate and share data with my teams and track the assigned project progress with detailed insights. I like the ease of the approval process and reviewing the project with great action tools. Realtime action tracking and seamless communication help in improving efficiency in teamwork and enhance overall productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lags due to low internet connectivity but overall It performs fantastic. Smartsheet helps us a lot with internal and external project tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet provides great transparency while collaborating in real time and tracking multiple tasks on a single dashboard. The automation workflow keeps improving our team's performance and saves time on repetitive tasks.
You wouldn't imagine how much can you do
What do you like best about the product?
The features this tool offers are incredible, so far as I can tell, I have only seen the tip of the iceberg on what I have been able to create by myself, really impressed with it since I started using it a couple of years ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I dont have anything bad to say, I can only complain, I have not had the time to learn more about how to take more advantage of the tool and all the resources that offers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had to do cross check on many documents and now because of automation capabilities, the fact that allows to link multiple sheets, saves a bunch of time autofilling some documents for me, this is amazing!
Well-suited tool for its intended purposes
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet's user-friendly design and intuitive interface make it accessible to both beginners and experienced users. Navigating through the various features, creating sheets, and managing data is straightforward, which saves time and enhances productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its relativaly expensive for a small organisation. However, the possibility of having free users is a bonus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Smartsheet, I successfully established a Project Portfolio within our organization, developed an efficient task management system for multiple teams, and created a streamlined workflow to handle our contractors. Moreover, the platform enables me to set up insightful dashboards for our management team, providing a comprehensive overview of our projects and processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Smartsheets allows me to collaborate seamlessly, manage projects, create forms and analyse data all in one place. I also appreciate the platform's easy-to-use interface, which makes it easier to work with large amounts of data. The fact that it supports asynchronous webinars and tutorials ensures that everyone can quickly get up to speed on how to use the system effectively for whatever task they're undertaking. The platform's ability to help me create data dashboards has been incredibly helpful in providing different visualisations and insights from the same source of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Smartsheet quickly becomes cluttered and difficult to navigate when notifications are enabled. To improve organisation, I would like to see a single hub where all tasks and deadlines could be managed more effectively. In addition, an automated system that monitors the progress of outstanding work would provide greater visibility for sheet owners/administrators and reduce the time spent tracking down updates from users.

Smartsheet helps me stay organised and focused. I can clearly see who is responsible for what tasks, which makes tracking our progress much easier and faster. Thanks to Smartsheet, I'm able to plan my work efficiently without worrying about confusion or chaos.
Good tool for team productivity.
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is usefult for team colaboration. Many spreadsheets and gantt charts can be created for different projects, but it is still easy to find everything via the search function and workspaces. It is easy to control who has access to sheets and assign taskes to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see minor user-interface tweeks. It is difficult to navigate to different sheets if a window is not full screen which is a problem when using another window side-by-side for reference and switching between many sheets in a short period of time.

SmartSheet helps everyone at our company be on the same page with multiple projects. When utilized consistently, SmartSheet can decrease time emailing individual team members for information.
