Great tool, clean and neat
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet's clean design and ease of use make it incredibly accessible, even for newcomers. Its dynamic sheets, Gantt charts, and Kanban boards allow for seamless visualization and management of tasks. Real-time updates, shared views, and automated notifications facilitate smooth communication and teamwork. The platform's integration capabilities and mobile app ensure you can connect and work on the go. What do you dislike about the product?
While it offers a user-friendly interface, the platform's extensive features and customization options can be overwhelming for beginners. It may take some time and effort to fully grasp and utilize all the functionalities effectively.

Smartsheet simplifies project management by offering intuitive tools like Gantt charts, kanban boards, and customizable sheets. Best tool to manage proyects
What do you like best about the product?
It is a wonderful tool for me that I need to manage several projects at the same time, it has the right templates to start working quickly or if you already have a little experience using the platform you can customize it practically as you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found some limitations when creating tables as a database or the way to store the information from the forms, it would be great if some rules or conditions could be added to the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The opportunity to have a platform where all your colleagues can be informed in real time with notifications about changes made in projects and the facility to share information, also helps me manage inventories and work orders in a laboratory that I manage.

the ability to nest lines under categories. the options are endless for how to make things look and feel
What do you dislike about the product?
How quickly you can become overwhelmed with all the data that can be added to a Smartsheet. But it can be mitigated with some of the features that I am not all familiar with

gives us a place to share and collaborate with more options than just a simple spread sheet

What do you like best about the product?
We use Smartsheet to set up new vendors by collating information from our suppliers and internal teams. The form is a starting point to get the information and then use the automations that are easy for anyone to use and create a process from start to end with little to no manual intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails sent in automation do not allow for formatting (ie bolding or highlighting etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To set up Vendors in our system by getting them to submit a form and then using the automations our internal teams are sent updates to complete or approve so all the right information is received by the team entering the information in.

Smartsheet Review: Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a beneficial tool to our organization. I use multiple features of the product for both internal and customer activities. For customers, we use it for tracking project progress and assigning tasks. For internal purposes, I use the dashboard views to track the status of multiple customers, metrics and data points. Smartsheet has allowed me to access many customer details in a single place. I also leverage features for various initiatives, including forms that trigger automation emails and card views for workforce management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only area of Smartsheet that I would like to see improved is its filtering capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet solves many problems, including project tracking, workforce, and workflow management. The forms and auto-emails have solved many problems. The card views help with work management. The dashboards make a nice executive view on customer accounts.
Good platform for tracking data
What do you like best about the product?
It is helptul the fact that you can track different data and do different reports that helps you overview the business.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be easier to do stacked charts. It is a bit tedous to do them at the moment - maybe developping an easier way of doing these would be appreciated by everybody using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a data base of all projects completed and in schedule that we can rely on. Everybody on our company is integrated in the smartsheet so it is a perfect platform for workflow collaboration: from marketing to accounting and invoicing the final product to the client.
Easier group communication with Smartsheet
What do you like best about the product?
I love the streamlined user experience and powerful productivity features that Smartsheet offers. It is incredibly easy to design data collection forms, which is much faster than other approaches. In addition, using Smartsheet to manage projects helps keep everyone in production and graphics connected to current initiatives. This also allows our Matrix Grid system of workflow processes to reach higher levels of reliability while promoting interactive collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how Smartsheet doesn't allow users to retrieve and modify instructions for templates. This lack of customisation caused considerable extra effort in editing the PMO template - forcing me to develop my own guidelines while documenting deviations from standard procedure. Having easy access to updated versions would have been a huge help in this instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I benefit from Smartsheet because it's easy to work together on it. Everyone is clear on their roles and responsibilities, while all the relevant information we need to work efficiently is in one place that's accessible to everyone.
Great for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
This product combines multiple useful solutions that otherwise would be usually available from multiple different vendor solutions. For example smartsheet allows the user to turn spreadsheets into workflows by connecting multiple sheets, however it also allows the user to create forms. It is also user-freindly enough that users that are not so data-oriented or spreadsheet wizards can use it. Case in point, I have seen Operations departments use this as well as Marketing departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with saleforce has a cost on top of the cost for the user license, which is a major factor for whoever works across departments and wants to work with another department that use Salesforce. In addition to the cost itself, this leads to additional red tape to be faced within most large companies that then naturally treat consideration of this add-on as a seperate procurement process facing the same rigourous business case proposals and security certificate checks. These kind of hurdles make it easier to lean toward something that is more easily linked to Salesforce, like Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a project requires multiple stakeholders to come together on a single platform to access data and make necessary updates as the project progresses. This software solves this problem in a good way by making it easy for non-regular users of the software to be able to access and use.
Smartsheet feels like the best sidekick for my project adventures
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a powerhouse for organizing and managing tasks. Its templates and forms make it seamless to start new projects, and its notification system ensures that the team stays informed about updates. The file sharing capabilities are also commendable, making it easy to collaborate and communicate within the project context.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet could do with more varied and customizable templates. Sometimes, the existing templates don't quite fit the project needs. Additionally, though the sheet-based layout is generally beneficial, it can be less effective when dealing with non-tabular data or more creative project planning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet makes sure everyone’s looped in and moving in sync on projects. Alerts and file-sharing mean no one’s left in the dark, and everyone gets what they need. It also makes dishing out tasks and keeping tabs on them a cinch, so things get done faster and nothing’s late.
