Very useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and various tools that are avaialbe to make organising easier.

Wea re working through a major content refresh the tools on smartsheet are very helpful

What do you like best about the product?
I like the best of Smartsheet it to collaborate with coworkers in real time. All relevant information when developing new processes or ensuring project integrity is presented in an easy-to-read and editable format. You can get the information as detailed as you like.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the platform can be a bit slow and there can be some issues and bugs. And the search function "find" sometimes does not find the object in the first place. It has to click twice to get the result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Smartsheet for schedule management. The platform is very beneficial for production management duties. The ease with which I can create, edit and access timelines allows me to use the product efficiently. And the notification to alert the team member, it is great
A very customizable software to fill those gaps within your business operational software
What do you like best about the product?
The customizable work flows. With a little training, you can make custom forms and assign tasks. This helps with getting those certain processes that you have in your organization that can be streamlined or automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way you need certain sheets and reports to connect to create dashboards. Once you learn how it works but takes time to figure it out. If they could create a more user friendly way to do this like their forms, I feel it would really improve the user experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the businesses that I implemented Smartsheet was a manufacturing facility that had no planning department or system to do this. We looked at adding the planning module to the ERP but the costs and timeline did not work for us. We build sheets for each business unit with workflows and production dashboards to create our own planning and production scheduler.

Much information is combined via various sources and from many other teams in a real-time platform. This information is presented in a clear & tidy manner which helps the participants to follow up on the projects more efficiently
Maximise productivity with Smartsheet: Get more done in less time
What do you like best about the product?
I love the usability, versatility and ease of use that Smartsheet offers. The Gantt timeline view has made it easier to stay on top of tasks and manage my time efficiently. With alerts to remind me when a task is due and columns that I can customise based on how much information I need, everything is easier to navigate. This makes it easy for me to get more done in less time! It's easy to see why Smartsheet stands out from the crowd - with all these fantastic features at your fingertips, the possibilities are endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Smartsheet's saving process is more complex than Google Docs during multi-user collaboration on the same page at the same time. Even after additional training, it was difficult to complete this task efficiently. In addition, it would be easier to create a single document with tabs rather than having to create new workspaces/folders for each multi-page project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized and on track is made easier with Smartsheet. It allows me to assign tasks and track progress so that nothing slips through the cracks or falls behind schedule. Having a clear understanding of who's responsible for each task that's due, which ensures that everything gets done on time.
Great for a variety of business needs
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is very easy to use, and easy to learn - in all levels of operations, from production to client-facing roles. Our staff rely on it quite a bit for a number of internal and external items.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some areas where smartsheet could improve; the formula system could use a refresh, and being able to copy and paste data outside of smartsheet has always been a sore point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use smartsheet for project coordination and schedules - as an architecture firm, having a collaborative resource that multiple team members can reference at a glance is paramount to project success.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has made automation, data entry and analytics - simple and extremely user-friendly. We have implemented majority of our workflows in smartsheet internally from building lead dashboard to help us with forecasting to partner related sheets that helps us collaborate with external resources such as partners and resellers.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it was slightly difficult to get our heads around using smartsheets/formulas etc but a little bit of digging around helped us understand how our processes and expectations can be embedded into the sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us build lead dashboards as well as scheduling calendar that we work on in colaboration with internal as well as external resources. We have also connected smartsheet to the Salesforce to help us keep track of pipelines, leads and forecast values.
A great tool with plenty of great advanced options
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation capabilities and variety of ways to utilize the system. Our team uses the WorkApps feature and many sheet templates. We incorporate automation workflows into our projects, making it much easier for us to continue using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Repetitive tasks could use some love from Smartsheets. We'd love to have the ability to automate the re-creation of tasks after completion or after specific dates have passed, and it isn't easy to recreate this kind of functionality with what is offered today. That is our biggest downfall with how we have our Smartsheets set up today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps our team collaborate and manage our workload appropriately. Our stakeholders can submit tasks to us in one place, and we can control our independent workload and collaborative projects better as a team.
Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the sheet view of the Smartsheet. I love that you can attach any document to the line level. The collapsable lines are very nice feature too. I can see that it is good for both small and large company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a tool, so it depends on the person who uses it. Without proper training on the product for all staff members, it is easy for staff members not to follow the deadlines or topics, and just one or a few people manage it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet lets user view complicated projects in just one sheet.

What do you like best about the product?
the workflows / automations are so convenient, the forms function makes it super easy for inexperienced users,editing tools are good enough and the Last Comment function makes tracking very easy and convenient
What do you dislike about the product?
the main thing that bothers me is that editing a cell is not as easy as it is in excel and also some basic mathemitcal functions would be very useful
