Smartsheet is super user friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is navigate for any user making it super user friendly for people of all ages and levels of expertise. It's system helps to streamline things so it is less work for us on the backend.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about smartsheet is that once updated you can not easily revise an archived object to be included in data with the rest of the updated items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to see our jobs and budgets in real time with multiple users and helps to relieve of us of back-end data compilation. It helps to decrease the amount of time that I spend on every job due to the different forms we were able to create.
Great for AEC Industry use
What do you like best about the product?
In an architecture firm setting, my teams primarily utilize the Project Dashboard feature to organize schedules, work plans, coordination lists, and project team members. Dashboards are incredibly helpful in organizing this information.

What do you dislike about the product?
My team has minimal downsides to working in Smartsheet. Some revision tracking and syncing issues can sometimes lead to lost work, so remembering to hit save manually now and then prevents future headaches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating on project management documents is the primary problem that Smatsheet solves for my team members and myself. With Smartsheet being a cloud-based solution, working on project budgets, project schedules, and coordination lists is much easier, especially with increased remote employees and remote work.
Great tool for project management applications
What do you like best about the product?
I love the added functions that allow me to effectively communicate within the application itself. Being able to attach files directly through Box so people have the most up-to-date information, adding comments/ having a dialogue regarding a specific sheet or task, and being able to set reminders for myself and/or members of my team are just a few of my favorite functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We rely very heavily on Smartsheet within our organization. If access is interrupted, it really puts pause on the productivity of my team and the organization. This happens occasionally on the Smartsheet side, which causes some angst and frustration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet acts as our "single source of truth" for all our project information including timelines, relevant files, notes on specific tasks and management of the workflow from start to finish. It's a one stop shop for project information.
Recommend it as a IT Consultant
What do you like best about the product?
The design is oriented towards fulfilling the objectives of task management for uncomplicated tasks while being visually understandable and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sole drawback that comes to mind is the need for a more comprehensive understanding of my capabilities while generating a spreadsheet utilising the software mentioned earlier. The occasional appearance of informative pop-ups is not objectionable to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet offers our business an integrated system to generate and distribute worksheets to various departments and designated team members. Maintaining up-to-date information on multiple worksheets has had and is going to continue to have a positive impact on productivity within our organisation.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that sheets can be linked together and that you can manage the tasks and timelines at different levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the calculation tools could be improved to get closer to the standards that exist in Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing visibility to the team on project due dates and timelines- especially cascading dates that occur when the project events move.

What do you like best about the product?
1) Access management with Dynamic View, groups, reports, current user filters, WorkApps, cross-sheet references to collaborator management sheets, etc.
2) WorkApps to bring all users to one place and show them exactly what they need to see. Massive improvement over sharing links to OneDrive files.
3) Data Shuttle, DataMesh, and automation to eliminate manual data entry
4) Continued incremental improvements being made to premium apps. Keep it coming!

What do you dislike about the product?
1) Smartsheet's range of dashboard charts is disappointing.
2) DataTable has limited functionality. I would use it more than I do if it were a more robust tool.
3) Smartsheet is hard to scale within my organization because it is so expensive for connected users.

1) Pulling together innovation teammates and stakeholders from many areas of the company to work on a single dataset and share live results: this increases participation, enhances data integrity, and reduces time spent compiling data
2) Massively reducing the time spent producing portfolio reports
3) Providing a framework for pulling together various sources of data into a consolidated view (using Data Shuttle, DataTable + connections): this reduces time spent manually moving data around
4) Providing a framework to manage my workflow with a scrum process: this increases my productivity and enhances conversations with my manager

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about using Smartsheets is its versatility. With Smartsheets, you can create spreadsheets, charts, Gantt charts and online forms in a single platform. It's also easy to collaborate with your team and your customers because everyone can view and update data in real time. Smartsheets also offers extensive integrations with other software tools, making it easy to transfer data between different applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that Smartsheet could improve. Navigating the platform can be a bit tricky, especially when you first start using it. Also, some of the controls and functions are not intuitive and can take some getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solves common project management problems. For example, I can set deadlines, assign tasks and receive update notifications to make sure projects are completed on time. I can also customize the data visualization for better analysis.
Best tool for work management
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to use and it's numerous templates which are easy to use. And it's is easy to assign the task to the team members and able to give any update on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to follow the tutorial, and sometimes the smartsheet works a bit slow, the price for single user is a bit high. The integration to other tool are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the dashboard we could show the data which can be easily understandable to others, and easy to assign the task and able to give feedback on that. And while exploring the template it gives new ideas to solve the issue.
Effective, fast and secure
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way Smartsheet simplifies and streamlines project management processes. Its wide range of powerful, automated features make it easy for teams to communicate and organise their projects in an efficient way that saves time and energy. Its easy-to-use form designs quickly update spreadsheets with updates, while its pre-configured templates require minimal setup before use - making it ideal for any task or skill level! I'm really impressed with how quickly this software can complete tasks with such a high level of accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Smartsheet's dashboards are not flexible enough in terms of tracking metrics. Almost no visual indicators are present, such as table borders and other markers, which makes it difficult to spot omissions. Additionally, I have difficulty integrating data from different spreadsheets into one dashboard where short text strings can be added as metrics summaries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Smartsheet, I can stay on top of all my projects and streamline our processes, saving me both time and money. Even if several people are working simultaneously on the same project, updates and priorities can be adjusted quickly.
Very comfortable, easy to use, easy to share with coworkers.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can use @ to point someone's attention to specific parts of a sheet, and you can add comments to specific lines. Also, our team was given multiple options for tracking our work, and we decided after considering other apps and websites this is the easiest one to learn and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wanted to create a simple sheet, and there were too many options. I succeeded in the end, but It's nice to have a simple table with nothing attached (like the first column with all the options to @ someone or add a file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to track budgets and tasks mostly. I work from Israel, and my manager is in NY, so it's easy to remain on top of everything with smartsheet as it saves automatically and is updated whenever one of us logs in. We don't have to read through all the mailboxes to keep track of requests and answers to questions we forgot about.
