easy dashboard customization and linkage
What do you like best about the product?
the cloud feature and dashboards and linking all files to one dashboard

I am an excel user and i am used to shortcuts realted to excel and would like to be more shortcuts in smartsheet

one platform for all the bussiness
Great tool for many uses (Dashboards, Project Management, and some Spreadsheet functions)

Very accessable and I enjoy how it can interact with other smartsheets.

The cost and the need for additional licensing to acheive some basic features.

As a team of ~50 people we can easily collaborate on items in one spot

The consistent templates, tailored views, ability for others to use with a link.

The template formulas and layout are not intuitive

Consistent place to view organization projects and initiatives underway with real-time reporting updates
Simple and Easy to Use-Similar to Excel!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's the only project management tool that's similar to excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate the agile features like the kanban/cards view because there's no way for me to prioritize the cards by due date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheets is able to give me a space to collaborate with my team on all of our project and departmental tasks. It's easy to assign someone, set a due date, color code things to make it more visually appealing as well as easy to flag an upcoming due date.
Pretty much the same as Excel
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can easily move around rows without having to insert/delete.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has the same function as excel with a bit less intution. I would rather use excel as everyone has access to that platform where smartsheets is restrictive access.

It helps people who don't understand excel create spreadsheets.

Many features compared to spredsheets or sheet, easy to tag people and accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
APP version is not perform well when compared to web, sometimes it is very slow

Clear format, and it's easy to use for people.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are many rows, it's slow to open the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides background data support and can send task reminders directly.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a large, easy to use, spreadsheet that is easily shareable, automated and broadly searchable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations to how you can upload data, such as 500 lines maximum copy/paste and it's vlookup functions are not the most user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, it is best helping as a tracker for ongoing issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful with project organization and layout. Easy to sort tasks for each person assigned to the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes reloads and says things cannot be viewed while in the middle of typing a comment and the comment will disappear

Allows me to see all of the tasks I have that are assigned to me with easy sorting
