Smartsheet Dashboards: Clear, Well-Organized, and Improved Fast from Feedback
What do you like best about the product?
Project dashboards and task sheets provide a great workspace with well-structured tables and clear organization. I’m also happy to see that Smartsheet continuously updates both the platform and the dashboards.
One thing I especially appreciated was how responsive they were to feedback — after I reported that some numbers in dashboard charts were overlapping and hard to read, the issue was fixed within about a month. That really impressed me. Now my project dashboards are much clearer, readable, and easier to work with.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes backup processing can take longer than expected. Also, some of my colleagues occasionally had issues logging in, although I personally have never experienced this problem myself — just mentioning it for transparency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps us manage, track, and document projects and workflows in one place. It gives me a clear overview of ongoing projects, task lists, current progress, and planned changes. This makes it much easier to stay organized, prioritize work, and keep track of what needs to be done and what is coming next in our projects.

Smartsheet helps simplify and integrate processes within a company, saves time, and allows large amounts of essential data to be managed in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
May be it is not learn the system for new users but basically I did not received any negative feedback from company employees who currently use Smartsheet function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of cross border projects, so Smartsheet helps us to manage projects and processes of different countries in one place.

I appreciate Smartsheet's simplicity and flexibility. It's easy to edit and create new phases, which allows me to quickly reflect changes in the tool. This in turn provides visibility to all stakeholders. The initial setup was easy and just required a small introduction from the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Smartsheet could improve in email integration and task management. I wish it could create tasks based on specific lines in the project that are then managed on different pages by the assigned user.

Smartsheet keeps activities on track and generates visibility for stakeholders. It's simple and flexible, easy to edit and create new phases, allowing me to quickly reflect changes and provide visibility to all stakeholders.

I use Smartsheet to keep things organized and manage schedules and tasks both at work and in my free time. It's easy to use and clear once you learn how to use it. I find it versatile for sharing tasks with others. I like that tasks can be assigned to specific people with deadlines, and the assigned person can mark the task as done once it's finished. The initial setup was easy, with a clear sign-in process and mostly good instructions. It's a functional tool once you know how to use it, and it's easy to follow the progress of a project.

I can't say exactly, but at first the program can feel a bit difficult to use until you get familiar with where everything is and how it works.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate using Smartsheet to keep track of orders for our solar energy company, as it helps coordinate information between different teams. It's beneficial that every single team member has access. I found the initial setup to be fairly easy and very straightforward, and the learning curve was also straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working with multiple different people, there's normally a very long loading process when load new information. I think that can be improved.

I use Smartsheet to keep track of orders and manage procurements. It helps my team and me to organize all order information in one place, facilitating collaboration between us.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Smartsheet's automated notifications, which are very useful for keeping everything on track. It's basically as powerful as Microsoft Excel, which is impressive. Plus, everyone can work on the same project spreadsheet at the same time, making collaboration much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the server will be down which is not very nice for urgent matter. I think investing in more reliable servers would be beneficial. Also, the initial setup had moderate difficulties.

I use Smartsheet for deadline tracking and related metrics. It allows everyone to work on the same project spreadsheet simultaneously, and I really like the automated notifications.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the preparation of the questionnaire and sharing it with the larger team very helpful. Smartsheet makes it easy to prepare dynamic views and get our questions answered all at once, which is quite convenient. The initial setup was seamless for me and my team, thanks to our IT team providing us with the necessary licenses, saving us a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations in Smartsheet, like word limitations in the column headings and the description section in the main tracker. Also, sharing Smartsheet rights is a challenge in jurisdictions that have blocklisted the sharing feature.

I use Smartsheet for getting questionnaire answers and preparing dynamic views, which helps us get everything at one go, making it very helpful.
Comprehensive Project Management with Some Performance Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Smartsheet can do so many things for me that I can run projects through it. Resource management is great for seeing how my team uses their time. I can plan what I think they'll be doing and then, afterwards, review what they did. I can see who is working on my projects and check they are working as expected. I can set up and review project budgets, estimating how much we will spend, entering how much we did spend, and viewing summaries of budget status. Smartsheet fixes the problem of keeping track of activities that need to be completed by my team members. I can track how they are progressing and follow up if they are overdue. It fixes the problem of communicating project status to senior management by using reports and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet is quite slow to load. I have to log in each day, and I think that should be changed. The initial setup of Smartsheet was a big learning curve because there are so many functions available. We needed a dedicated resource at our company to set up templates for the different sheets we needed for each project.

I use Smartsheet to run projects, maintain schedules and budgets, track documents, and manage team activities. It solves tracking problems, letting me monitor team progress and overdue tasks and improves project status communication with reports and dashboards.
Great for Scheduling, But Limited for Full Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like Smartsheet for its ease of use, constant cloud updates, and beautiful visual charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's only a scheduling tool. It's not a true project management tracking tool like ServiceNow is.

I use Smartsheet for tracking dependencies, creating visual Gantt charts, and aligning resources to specific tasks and the overall mission of projects.
Easy Dashboard Building from Spreadsheet Data
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to build dashboards based on spreadsheet data. It’s also helpful that I can combine data from multiple sheets into a single view.
What do you dislike about the product?
While you can use Smartsheet for numbers/calculations in some respects, it doesn't have the same depth of options that Excel can do. I will use it for basics, but not indepth calculations or budget proposals.

We use it to track information for projects, such as basic to-do items, basic budgets, or people data. We also create dashboards to share with stakeholders with highlights of risks, project status, etc.
