Easy to Use and Flexible—A Winning Combination
What do you like best about the product?
Its quite flexible and makes collaboration on project easy thanks to the notifications and possibility to assign tasks, upload docs etc

Digital tool to log new batches produced and assign the tasks to the differen team members - the notification system has drastically reduced the number of emails circulating and provided clarity

Ergonomic and Easy, Need for Improvement of History
What do you like best about the product?
I particularly appreciate the ergonomics offered by Smartsheet. The simplicity of reading, with sheets classified by campaign and type of ad, allows me to easily find the elements I need. Moreover, the initial setup of Smartsheet was easy, which greatly facilitated the adoption of the tool. These features enhance the practicality and efficiency of Smartsheet in my work, making the sharing of creative assets and URLs naturally smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should be a better history in Smartsheet to understand what has been modified, with a log detailing the changes by log and by time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Smartsheet as a single platform to share creative assets between clients and agencies, simplifying communication. Thanks to its user-friendliness and organization by campaign and ad type, I can easily find the necessary elements.
Visual and Easy to Use, But Needs Better Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Smartsheet to generate data tables that I then transform into charts and share through Dashboards. I value this tool because it is easy to use and share, and the dashboards allow me to share information in a very visual and easy-to-understand way. I also like that it is very visual, which facilitates collaborative work on projects by creating workspaces where several colleagues can interact. I find that the initial setup of Smartsheet is simple, which makes it easy to integrate into our workflow. These combined features make it very likely that I would recommend Smartsheet to friends or colleagues, as demonstrated by my rating of 9 out of 10 in terms of likelihood of recommendation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the configuration has been changed and the option to have documents classified in folders has been removed, I find it very difficult to organize the different tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Smartsheet to generate tables and data charts, optimizing the visualization and sharing of information. It facilitates collaboration on projects by creating interactive workspaces, which improves project management efficiently.
Collaborative Editing Made Easy and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The online ability to edit a sheet with other colleagues without affecting each others time/use.

The fact the I need to manually save otherwise the information might be loose.

Improved Project Management with Intuitive Timeline

we can manage our projects with timeline there easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
1- when we create a project, it takes some while until the project link is available.
2- when we put one project as "Favorite", only the project number appears and not the project name.
3- when we create a report, it looks good on the report, but when we extract the report in excel all the grouping disappear and we should make everything again.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
all information are in Smartsheet and we do not need to search for them among all drives. we can easily see who did what and when. the communication is facilitated by Smartsheet in our company as well.
Intuitive and User-Friendly Platform That Simplifies Planning
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, not full of colours and big boxes like other products, you can see your plan on one page. It's intuitive easy for people to understand after just 5 minutes of coaching. Collaborative working works well in the most part with live updates when two people are on the same sheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the new licencing model, it has created another level of administration and fear of breaching member accounts. What was almost a USP over other products that everyone didn't need to be licenced and a clear direction of where Smartsheet is heading. The whole new licencing model is also not very straight forward.
I think some big improvements are needed on backups, it is not easy to restore and would prefer a more snapshot of time and easier to undo changes that people have made. Importing from excel could be better executed with field pickers for things like dates and multiple worksheet excel documents.
Adding a new user is clunky and doesn't always work, have had to add people twice as the first time didn't work then the endless refreshing of pages to get the change/addition to happen.
Dashboards need to be more powerful and are a bit basic.

I run PMO through it and all project delivery, workpackages etc.... it brings project teams together.
Great for Task Prioritization, but have a lot areas of improvement

I used it everyday for prioritizing my tasks and create my requests.
It allowed me to keep a live conversation with my collaborators.
Currently, I use it to share database chart info as translations, multiple information lists, then based on that create the SQL tables that I need.

What do you dislike about the product?
When i copied a row it didn't drag the files that were in the original, so i had to attached again.
I wasn't able to include images on my comments, I was only able to attach PDF files.
I was not able to link it to outlook, and create my requests from there.
I did not receive notification unless my collaborator tags me.

We needed a place where I can see all my tasks and request from my different brands, so we could prioritize work.
Currently, we are able to share multiple Database information, and keep a track of the different versions.

A Simple and Flexible Tool for Project Tracking

Smartsheet is easy to use and very intuitive, especially for teams familiar with spreadsheets. It makes it simple to organize tasks, track progress, and collaborate in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Smartsheet for organizing orders in my logistics company. I appreciate its compatibility across various devices, including computers, tablets, and mobile devices. This cross-platform functionality is crucial for us since we have experienced compatibility issues and limited functionality with other tools like Google Sheets. Smartsheet offers more advanced features such as filters, formulas, and the ability to edit various input fields from any device, including tablets like the iPad. This makes my workflow seamless and efficient. Additionally, I find the setup process for Smartsheet to be super easy, which made the transition from Google Sheets smooth for my team. Overall, Smartsheet provides visibility for all team members, especially regarding assignments and ownership of specific shipments, which is extremely valuable. Its ability to integrate with other tools such as Microsoft Teams and OneDrive further enhances our operational efficiency.

What I appreciate most about Smartsheet is how it enables every user to collaborate on a project effortlessly, thanks to its user-friendly interface. Additionally, the visually appealing reports and dashboards make updating data and tracking progress much less time-consuming.
What do you dislike about the product?
To fully take advantage of Smartsheet's features, users currently need to go through some complex steps. I believe the experience would be much better if Smartsheet could simplify the process, making it easier for users to make modifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the challenges Smartsheet addresses for me is the repeated task of generating progress reports for my team about my projects. With Smartsheet, I can set up live dashboards that deliver real-time updates, allowing my team to access reports whenever they need. This means I can concentrate more on the important aspects of the project, rather than spending time on manual reporting.
