End-User Experience for Administration
What do you like best about the product?
The ease to build and connect dashboards with reports is the biggest pro. It is intuitive, which takes less time, which in turn increases efficiency. Additionally, the attachment section proves useful from a project management perspective. It is nice to have smartsheets as a "connection point" between other databases, which centralizes project management.
I like that integrations are plug-ins, since that keeps the format of the application un-cluttered.
I like that i can frequently share my work with others (regardless if they're a Mac or Windows user).

What do you dislike about the product?
Minimizing/Magnifying the screen is a bit difficult on the desktop version. Sometimes there are issues with saving my work (it'll freeze for a couple beats before randomly saving or not). There isn't an easily accessible "Need Help" section - it always throws me to another site which isn't super effective, especially when I'm on a tight deadline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great temporary or interim reporting tool. This is helpful because it is difficult to find a platform that is 1) compatible with all computers; 2) is effective and intuitive when under a strict deadline; and 3) be connected to existing applications (ex: salesforce, outlook, box).

It takes a long time to update information when you work with others at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More and better tools are added to be able to apply filters and add colors to the cells to differentiate each one.
Helpful tool for managing various projects
What do you like best about the product?
The automations features are what drew me to using Smartsheets. In my role, I work on various projects with competing and overlapping deadlines. Being able to automate some of the routine parts of my work has been a game-changer. I use Smartsheets almost daily now.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much to learn on Smartsheets and not everything is intuitive. I am lucky to have access to people in my organization who can train me. I feel like I am not yet utilizing the full potential of Smartsheets. I am hopeful that with time, I will get a deeper grasp of all Smartsheets can do.

I use Smartsheets to help keep my tasks organized for my different projects. I use it to automate some routine parts of my work and I also use it to collect and organize data.

Best tool for organizing anything and everything!
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely powerful and broad it ins capabilities. So many templates, tools, and formats for ANY type of project.

There is a learning curve in the beginning (as with all powerful tools).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting feedback from large teams via forms as well as using Gantt timelines for portfolio planning. It has all the capabilities and ease of integration.

User friendly with all the required inputs. Can be worked as a pro with smart sheet.

Filtering options and scroll options can be improved.

Keeps the data in one place and can be used to export hassle-free. Also, ease of access was provided by publishing the managerial reports easily.

Being able to collaborate with other users in one central repository makes working on projects so much easier when multiple people's input is needed

Sometimes finding the smartsheet I require can take a bit more time than I like. I am not necessarily convinced its a Smartsheet issue , I believe it may just be the way my access was implemented.

What I find most helpful about Smartsheet is the way it streamlines organization and makes it easy to assign, track, and manage tasks across a team. It helps ensure everyone stays on the same page, deadlines are visible, and priorities are clear. The collaborative features also make it easy to communicate updates and keep momentum moving

One area for improvement is user-friendliness — some features aren’t as intuitive as they could be, which can create a learning curve for new users.
